COMPRENDE LA INTRODUCCION DE LA PULPA DE ALGARROBA TROCEADA, SIN SEMILLAS Y SELECCIONADA POR TAMAÑOS, EN EL INTERIOR DE UN DIFUSOR, CON LA ADICION DE AGUA O CIRCULACION DE AGUA A TRAVES DEL PROPIO DIFUSOR DURANTE UN TIEMPO Y A DETERMINADA TEMPERATURA, CON UNA POSTERIOR RECOLECCION DEL EXTRACTO O SEPARACION DEL MISMO DE LAS PARTICULAS SOLIDAS, CUYO EXTRACTO ES CONCENTRADO POR EVAPORACION U OTRO MEDIO, HASTA ALCANZAR EL NIVEL ADECUADO DE AZUCARES, EN FORMA DE JARABE DULCE, VISCOSO, DENSO Y DE COLOR MARRON OSCURO.
