LA PRESENTE INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA PRODUCIR LA ADHERENCIA DE UNA CAPA DE ELECTROLISIS COLOREADA SOBRE ARTICULOS DE ACERO ZINCADOS ELECTROLITICAMENTE. EL METODO UTILIZA UN SUMINISTRO DE CORRIENTE ALTERNA QUE SUMINISTRA ELECTRICIDAD A UNA FRECUENCIA DE 10-120 HZ, VOLTAJE DE 60-120 V Y DENSIDAD DE CORRIENTE DE 20-80 AMP/DMBS2 SC; ASI COMO UNA SOLUCION DE ELECTROLISIS DE TIPO ACUOSO QUE CONTIENE 150-200 G/L DE SILICATO, 15-20 G/L DE HIDROXIDO SODICO Y 550 G/L DE UNA SAL DE COBALTO. EL LIQUIDO DE ELECTROLISIS SE MANTIENE A UNA TEMPERATURA CONSTANTE DE 20GC-30GC.
