SE REALIZA UNA SIMULACION POR ORDENADOR DEL PROCESO DE ENVEJECIMIENTO SOBRE UNA REPRESENTACION GEOMETRICA DE UN MIEMBRO QUE TENGA LAS PROPIEDADES DEL MATERIAL DE UN MIEMBRO METALICO DESEADO. EL PROCESO DE ENVEJECIMIENTO INCLUYE LOS PASOS DE: A) FORMAR UN MIEMBRO NO CONFORMADO EN UNA HERRAMIENTA QUE TENGA UN CONTORNO DE MENOR CURVATURA QUE EL CONTORNO DEL MIEMBRO DESEADO; B) CONSTREÑIR EL MIEMBRO NO FORMADO A LA CONDICION DE SOBREFORMADO; C) APLICAR UN CICLO DE ENVEJECIMIENTO TERMICO AL MIEMBRO; D) ENFRIAR EL MIEMBRO CONSTREÑIDO POSTERIORMENTE AL CICLO DE ENVEJECIMIENTO TERMICO; Y E) LIBERAR EL MIEMBRO CONSTREÑIDO DE LA CONDICION IMPARTIDA POR EL PASO B) Y PERMITIR QUE VUELVA DE NUEVO A UNA CONDICION DIMENSIONALMENTE ESTABLE QUE DEFINE EL MIEMBRO DESEADO QUE TIENE UN CONTORNO SUPERFICIAL DE FORMA COMPLEJA.
