SE COMPONE DE UNA CARCASA CON UN EJE LONGITUDINAL, COLOCADO HORIZONTALMENTE, CON UNA CAMARA DE CONTROL Y UNA CAMARA DE ACCIONAMIENTO, COLOCADA COAXIALMENTE A LA ANTERIOR. LA CAMARA DE CONTROL, TIENE UNA TAPA, CON APERTURA QUE CIERRA AUTOMATICAMENTE, PARA INTRODUCIR EL EXTREMO DEL TUBO A CONTROLAR EN LA CAMARA DE CONTROL. EL EXTREMO DEL TUBO SE TENSA AUTOMATICAMENTE Y, DESPUES DE LLENAR LA CAMARA DE CONTROL CON EL LIQUIDO DE ACOPLAMIENTO, ROTAN CABEZAS DE CONTROL ALREDEDOR DEL EXTREMO DEL TUBO.
