- Referring to
FIGs. 1 to 3 , a sofa module is shown, including asofa seat 1. Thesofa seat 1 is of a generally rectangular structure, withsupport legs 11 disposed at four corners on the bottom surface for providing support on the ground. A top surface of thesofa seat 1 is provided with at least twosplice slots 2 in a region close to each side edge, and afirst splice member 3A and asecond splice member 3B corresponding to thesplice slots 2. Thefirst splice member 3A and thesecond splice member 3B are configured to connect different items, and therefore thesplice slots 2 on sides of the top surface of thesofa seat 1 correspond to the same type of splice member (thefirst splice member 3A or thesecond splice member 3B). Thesplice slots 2 basically vertically extend downwards from the top surface of thesofa seat 1, and may further be slightly inclined. - The
first splice member 3A is configured to connect theback plate 5. Specifically, thefirst splice member 3A includes afirst insertion rod 31 and afirst connection rod 32. The first insertion rod is inserted into thesplice slot 2, and thefirst connection rod 32 has one end connected to thefirst insertion rod 31, and the other end connected to theback plate 5. Theback plate 5 may be of a flat panel structure or a curved panel structure. Theback plate 5 is connected outside a side of thesofa seat 1 using afirst splice member 3A, and theback plate 5 may be used as a sofa backrest or a sofa armrest. This is determined according to the specific position of the sofa module provided according to this embodiment in the entire sofa. - The
second splice member 3B is configured to connectadjacent sofa seats 1, that is, multiple sofa modules provided in this embodiment can be connected via thesecond splice member 3B. Specifically, thesecond splice member 3B includes asecond insertion rod 33 inserted in thesplice slot 2, a second insertion rod configured to be inserted in anadjacent splice slot 2 of thesofa seat 1, and asecond connection rod 35 connecting thesecond insertion rod 33 to athird insertion rod 34. - In this embodiment, two
splice slots 2 are provided on each side of thesofa seat 1, and are both close to one of the four corners of the top surface of thesofa seat 1. Twosplice slots 2 are the minimum quantity for effectively connecting theback plate 5 oradjacent sofa seats 1. In addition, thesplice slots 2 being close to the four corners allows for better overall stability and fastness of connection between thesofa seat 1 and theback plate 5 oradjacent sofa seat 1. - In the sofa module of this embodiment,
same splice slots 2 are correspondingly disposed on each side of the top surface of thesofa seat 1. Depending on the object to be connected to each side of thesofa seat 1, the first connection member configured to connect theback plate 5 and a second connection member configured to connect thesofa seat 1 is inserted in thesplice slot 2, allowing thesofa seat 1 to have modular properties, such that the assembled sofa can be customized. The sofa modules in this embodiment can be assembled into a multi-seater sofa, and each individual sofa module may further be used as a single-seater sofa. - Further, a
seat cushion 4 is provided on the top surface of thesofa seat 1, and covers thefirst splice member 3A or thesecond splice member 3B, thus preventing the user when sitting in thesofa seat 1 from directly contacting thefirst splice member 3A or thesecond splice member 3B. - After the sofa modules are spliced into the assembled sofa in this embodiment, the
back plate 5 is used as the sofa backrest or sofa armrest of the assembled sofa. Therefore, when sitting in the region on theseat cushion 4, the user does not cover a part blocking thefirst splice member 3A. However, when sofa modules in this embodiment are assembled into a multi-seater sofa, a part of theseat cushion 4 covering thesecond splice member 3B usually includes the region in which the user sits. Despite the cover of theseat cushion 4, thesecond splice member 3B may still have some impact on the comfort of the user. Based on this, two ends of thesecond connection rod 35 are respectively connected to top ends of thesecond insertion rod 33 and thethird insertion rod 34, thus reducing the sharpness caused by the top ends of thesecond insertion rod 33 and thethird insertion rod 34. For thefirst splice member 3A, when leaning against the backrest, the user generates a large load on thefirst connection rod 32. Thefirst connection rod 32 may be connected to the body of thefirst insertion rod 31, making thefirst insertion rod 31 longer than thesecond insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, thereby providing higher rigidity and strength. - Further, arc-shaped bent connecting
transition sections 36 are respectively provided between the two ends of thesecond connection rod 35 and the top ends of thesecond insertion rod 33 and thethird insertion rod 34, to further reduce the sharpness at the joints between thesecond connection rod 35 and thesecond insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, thus enhancing comfort of the user. - In order to facilitate the connection between the
first splice member 3A and theback plate 5, one end, of thefirst connection rod 32, configured to connect theback plate 5 is provided with a thread, and a threaded hole is provided at a part of theback plate 5 correspondingly connected to thefirst connection rod 32, the thread at the end of thefirst connection rod 32 being fixedly connected to the threaded hole through matching. - The
sofa seat 1 in this embodiment is made of wood material. To make thesofa seat 1 suffer less damage after thefirst splice member 3A or thesecond splice member 3B is inserted, aninsertion tube 6 is inserted in a position corresponding to thesplice slot 2 in the top surface of thesofa seat 1, thesplice slot 2 being formed in the internal space of theinsertion tube 6. In this embodiment, theinsertion tube 6, thefirst splice member 3A, and thesecond splice member 3B are all made of metal material, providing good structural strength. - A top end of the
insertion tube 6 includes aflange 61 protruding along a radial direction and attached to the top surface of thesofa seat 1. Theflange 61 is of a flat annular structure for precisely positioning theinsertion tube 6, preventing exposure of the top surface of thesofa seat 1 by theinsertion tube 6 or complete recess. - The lengths of the
first insertion rod 31,second insertion rod 33, andthird insertion rod 34 are positively proportional to the stability of connecting thefirst splice member 3A and thesecond splice member 3B to theback plate 5 and adjacent sofa seats 1. Therefore, thefirst insertion rod 31,second insertion rod 33,third insertion rod 34, and thesplice slot 2 cannot be too short, and a larger length leads to more difficulty in insertion. Calibers of theflange 61 and alower part 6b of the insertion tube match an outer diameter of thefirst insertion rod 31/second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, and a caliber of an upper part 6a of the insertion tube is greater than the outer diameter of thefirst insertion rod 31/second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, that is, thelower part 6b of the insertion tube and theflange 61 limit hefirst insertion rod 31/second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, avoiding loosing. In addition, a gap is present between the upper part 6a of the insertion tube and thefirst insertion rod 31/second insertion rod 33/third insertion rod 34, reducing the insertion difficulty. - Referring to
FIGs. 4 and5 , thesofa seat 1 is of a hollow structure, the top surface of thesofa seat 1 is of a frame structure 1-1, a cover plate 1-2 is disposed in the frame structure 1-1, and the cover plate 1-2 is able to be moved out to form an opening in the top surface of thesofa seat 1. The internal space of thesofa seat 1 can be used for storage. Specifically, the user can move out the cover plate 1-2, store objects in thesofa seat 1, and move back the cover plate 1-2 for normal use of thesofa seat 1. - In addition, a fastening structure may be disposed between the side plate of the
sofa seat 1 and theback plate 5. A threaded fastener s1 penetrating through the side panel of thesofa seat 1 and diving into theback plate 5 may be selected as the fastening structure. A nut s2 is provided on the threaded fastener s1 and located in thesofa seat 1. Screwing the nut s2 can tightly clamp the side plate and theback plate 5 of thesofa seat 1. Thefirst splice member 3A and the threaded fastener s1, that is, two connection structures above and below, makes theback plate 5 less likely to shake. Due to the disposal of the hollow structure of thesofa seat 1, in a case of moving out the cover plate 1-2, the user can screw the nut s2 tightly and then move back the cover plate 1-2. - Referring to
FIG. 6 , an assembled sofa includesmultiple sofa seats 1 provided according toEmbodiment 1. Any adjacent two of thesofa seats 1 are connected by the second splice member; and a sofa backrest or a sofa armrest is formed on thesofa seat 1 by theback plate 5 connected to the first splice member. - The user can customize the assembled sofa based on their needs. The sofa modules in
