Abstract

Aus der Praxis ist es bekannt, Schalelemente zur Herstellung von Betondecken einzusetzen. Dabei kommen insbesondere Rahmentafelschalelemente oder Paneels zum Einsatz, die zumindest teilweise eine Form zum Einfüllen von flüssigem Beton bilden. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch ein Verfahren zur Montage wenigstens eines Deckentischs zur wenigstens teilweisen Schalung einer Betondecke gelöst, welcher ein Trägerskelett, wenigstens ein Schalelement und wenigstens eine Stütze aufweist, wobei das Verfahren in der Abfolge bzw. Reihenfolge wenigstens umfasst:
- a) Bereitstellen eines, insbesondere verfahrbaren Umsetzwagens bzw. Montage- und Umsetzwagens mit einer heb- und senkbaren bzw. absenkbaren Aufnahmeeinrichtung, welche zur Aufnahme des Trägerskeletts des Deckentischs ausgebildet ist;
- b) Montieren des Trägerskeletts des Deckentischs auf der Aufnahmeeinrichtung des Umsetzwagens;
- c) Reversibel lösbares Befestigen des wenigstens einen Schalelements auf dem Trägerskelett des Deckentischs;
- d) Anheben des Trägerskeletts mit dem wenigstens einen Schalelement;
- e) Montieren der wenigstens einen Stütze an einer dem wenigstens einen Schalelement abgewandten Unterseite des Trägerskeletts des Deckentischs;
- f) Positionieren und Ausrichten des Umsetzwagens an dem vorgesehenen Montageort des Deckentischs;
- g) Positionieren des Deckentischs in der Montagehöhe mittels der heb- und senkbaren Aufnahmeeinrichtung;
- h) Justieren der wenigstens einen Stütze, um den Deckentisch auf der wenigstens einen Stütze abzustellen; und
- i) Absenken der Aufnahmeeinrichtung und Entfernen des Umsetzwagens.

Durch die erfindungsgemäßen Maßnahmen kann die Montage und Demontage der Deckentische kranunabhängig in sicherer Arbeitshöhe erfolgen. Trotzdem können alle Vorzüge von Deckentischen genutzt werden. Die Deckentische können auf einem heb- und senkbaren, manuell oder automatisch verfahrbaren Wagen in sicherer Arbeitshöhe montiert werden. Durch Anheben können die Stützen unter den Tischen befestigt werden. Im Anschluss können die Tische in der Höhe sowie in der Position mit dem Wagen positioniert werden. Nach dem Betoniereinsatz können die Tische in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder demontiert werden, ohne dass ein offener Deckenrand bzw. ein schwerer Kran oder eine Umsetzgabel vonnöten ist. Beispielsweise könnte der Abtransport über eine an dem Gebäude angeordnete Bühne oder dergleichen erfolgen. Die Deckentische können modular ausgeführt sein und aus Trägern sowie Deckenschalungselementen in verschiedenen Größen zusammengebaut werden. Die Tische können direkt auf einem Umsatzwagen montiert werden. Die Montage kann somit in einer ergonomischen Arbeitshöhe durchgeführt werden. Durch geeignete Aufnahmen wird der Tisch direkt bei der Montage in der Diagonalen ausgerichtet. Ein genaues Diagonalmaß der Deckentische ist bei einer Deckenschalung von besonderer Wichtigkeit. Des Weiteren kann der Tisch nach der Vormontage in die geeignete Höhe gebracht werden, um die Stützen zu montieren. - b) Positionieren und Ausrichten des Umsetzwagens an dem Einbauort des zu demontierenden Deckentischs;
- c) Positionieren der heb- und senkbaren Aufnahmeeinrichtung in der Montagehöhe des Deckentischs und Aufnehmen des Trägerskeletts des Deckentischs in der Aufnahmeeinrichtung des Umsetzwagens;
- d) Abbauen der wenigstens einen Stütze;
- e) Absenken des mit dem wenigstens einen Schalelement versehenen Trägerskeletts des Deckentischs in eine Arbeitshöhe;
- f) Abbauen des wenigstens einen Schalelements;
- g) Zerlegen des Trägerskeletts des Deckentischs; und
- h) Entfernen des Umsetzwagens.
