Claims (9)

  1. Machine (10) d'emballage de boîtes déjà formées (B) avec une feuille de recouvrement (S), la machine comprenant une station d'alimentation (12) et une station de travail (14),
    dans laquelle la station d'alimentation (12) est agencée pour alimenter la station de travail (14) avec un ensemble formé par une feuille de recouvrement (S) avec de la colle étalée sur son côté supérieur et par une boîte déjà formée (B) reposant sur ledit côté supérieur de la feuille de recouvrement (S), dans laquelle la station de travail (14) comprend :
    - une structure fixe (28, 30) définissant une zone de travail,
    - une unité de préhension supérieure (38) qui est supportée (62) par la structure fixe (28, 30) de manière à être mobile verticalement et qui comporte un dispositif de préhension (44) agencé pour prendre l'ensemble boîte (B) et feuille de recouvrement (S) alimenté par la station d'alimentation (12),
    - un premier moyen d'entraînement vertical (64, 66, 68) associé à l'unité de préhension supérieure (38) pour commander le mouvement vertical de cette dernière par rapport à la structure fixe (28, 30), et
    - une unité de travail inférieure (42) comportant une pluralité de dispositifs de travail (88, 90) agencés pour traiter, en coopération avec le dispositif de préhension (44), l'ensemble boîte (B) et feuille de recouvrement (S) de manière à plier les parties latérales (S1, S2, S3, S4) de la feuille de recouvrement (S) et à les faire adhérer au moins aux faces extérieures des parois latérales (SW1, SW2, SW3, SW4) de la boîte (B),
    caractérisée en ce que l'unité de travail inférieure (42) est supportée (96, 98, 100) par la structure fixe (28, 30) de la station de travail (14) de manière à être mobile verticalement et en ce que la station de travail (14) comprend en outre un second moyen d'entraînement vertical (102, 104, 106) associés à l'unité de travail inférieure (42) pour commander le mouvement vertical de cette dernière par rapport à la structure fixe (28, 30).
  2. Machine selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit premier moyen d'entraînement vertical (64, 66, 68) et ledit second moyen d'entraînement vertical (102, 104, 106) sont conçus pour commander les mouvements verticaux de l'unité de préhension supérieure (38) et de l'unité de travail inférieure (42), respectivement, de manière synchrone et phasée, mais dans des directions opposées.
  3. Machine selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite pluralité de dispositifs de travail (88, 90) de l'unité de travail inférieure (42) comprend une paire de premiers dispositifs de travail (88) conçus pour agir sur les premières parties latérales opposées (S1, S2) de la feuille de recouvrement (S) de manière à les plier vers le haut et à les pousser contre les premières parois latérales opposées (SW1, SW2) respectives de la boîte (B), ainsi que pour plier les bords supérieurs desdites premières parties latérales (S1, S2) de la feuille de recouvrement (S) vers l'intérieur de la boîte (B) afin de permettre à ces bords d'être repliés sur les faces internes desdites premières parois latérales (SW1, SW2) de la boîte (B), et une paire de seconds dispositifs de travail (90) conçus pour agir sur les secondes parties latérales opposées (S3, S4) de la feuille de recouvrement (S) de manière à les plier vers le haut et à les pousser contre les secondes parois latérales (SW3, SW4) respectives de la boîte (B), ainsi que pour plier les bords supérieurs desdites secondes parties latérales (S3, S4) de la feuille de recouvrement (S) vers l'intérieur de la boîte (B) afin de permettre à ces bords d'être repliés sur les faces internes desdites secondes parois latérales (SW3, SW4) de la boîte (B).
  4. Machine selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle lesdits premiers dispositifs de travail (88) sont agencés au-dessus desdits seconds dispositifs de travail (90), de telle sorte que pendant le mouvement vertical de l'unité de préhension supérieure (38), le long de l'ensemble boîte (B) et feuille de recouvrement (S), par rapport à l'unité de travail inférieure (42), l'ensemble boîte (B) et feuille de recouvrement (S) rencontre d'abord lesdits premiers dispositifs de travail (88), puis lesdits seconds dispositifs de travail (90).
  5. Machine selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, dans laquelle l'unité de travail inférieure (42) comprend en outre une plaque de support (92) sur laquelle sont montés lesdits premiers dispositifs de travail (88) et lesdits seconds dispositifs de travail (90), ladite plaque de support (92) étant montée sur la structure fixe (28, 30) de la station de travail (14) de manière à être mobile verticalement.
  6. Machine selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle ledit second moyen d'entraînement vertical (102, 104, 106) comprend une paire de moteurs (102), en particulier des moteurs électriques, qui sont montés sur la plaque de support (92), sur les côtés opposés de celle-ci, une paire de pignons (104), dont chacun est agencé pour être entraîné en rotation par un moteur respectif (102), et une paire de crémaillères verticales (106), qui sont portées par la structure fixe (28, 30) de la station de travail (14) et qui entrent en prise chacune avec un pignon respectif desdits pignons (104).
  7. Machine selon la revendication 5 ou la revendication 6, dans laquelle lesdits premiers dispositifs de travail (88) sont montés sur la plaque de support (92) de manière à permettre le réglage de leur position relative le long d'un premier axe (y), en fonction de la taille de la boîte (B) à traiter le long dudit premier axe (y), et dans laquelle lesdits seconds dispositifs de travail (90) sont montés sur la plaque de support (92) de manière à permettre le réglage de leur position relative le long d'un second axe (x) perpendiculaire audit premier axe (y), en fonction de la taille de la boîte (B) à traiter le long dudit second axe (y).
  8. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la station d'alimentation (12) comprend une unité de transporteur (20) ayant une courroie transporteuse (26) sur laquelle l'ensemble boîte (B) et feuille de recouvrement (S) est destiné à être placé pour être transporté vers la station de travail (14), et dans laquelle l'unité de transporteur (20) a une configuration télescopique, avec une partie d'extrémité proximale de-celle-ci, orientée vers la station de travail (14), qui est mobile le long d'une direction de déplacement (x) de la courroie transporteuse (26) entre une position rétractée et une position étendue, dans laquelle ladite partie d'extrémité proximale se trouve à une distance plus grande et à une distance plus petite, respectivement, de l'unité de travail inférieure (42) de la station de travail (14).
  9. Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la station d'alimentation (12) comprend une unité d'étalement de colle (18) permettant d'étaler une couche de colle sur un côté de la feuille de recouvrement (S), ladite unité d'étalement de colle (18) comprenant une paire de rouleaux (22, 24), un moyen d'entraînement permettant d'entraîner lesdits rouleaux (22, 24) en rotation dans des directions opposées et un moyen de chauffage permettant de chauffer lesdits rouleaux (22, 24), et dans laquelle ledit moyen de chauffage comprend des résistances électriques (146, 148) insérées dans lesdits rouleaux (22, 24).
