Definitions

  • the invention relates to a maintenance facility with a maintenance track and a transport facility for rail vehicles, wherein the transport facility is designed for dismantling a chassis from a rail vehicle, for assembling the chassis in the rail vehicle and for transporting the chassis and comprises a transport track and at least one first carrying device connected to the transport track and movable on the transport track, wherein the maintenance track and the transport track are arranged to cross one another.
  • Rail vehicles require technically complex maintenance facilities, which are usually provided in vehicle depots or maintenance stations. In particular, extensive precautions are required for the removal or installation of running gear from or into rail vehicles. For such removal and installation procedures, the rail vehicle car bodies are often lifted and the running gear is rolled out from under the car bodies on a maintenance track so that maintenance personnel can access it. These removal and installation procedures require large facilities that require a lot of space and must be designed to lift large masses.
  • the state of the art is the CN111469884A It shows a portal-shaped lifting device for the chassis of rail vehicles.
  • a chassis is arranged on a base plate of the lifting device, which has two guide rails. Wheels of the chassis are guided in the guide rails.
  • a chassis frame can be lifted using lifting devices which are guided downwards to the chassis from a cover plate of the lifting device arranged above the chassis.
  • the KR 10-2114867 B1 a track-guided vehicle with a scissor lift on its base plate.
  • the scissor lift has a platform with a railing.
  • RU 2 099 222 C1 a device for exchanging the running gear of rail vehicles.
  • the device is guided in a pit on a track and comprises a lifting platform, via which a running gear arranged above the pit and below a rail vehicle can be lowered.
  • the invention is based on the object of specifying a maintenance device which is further developed compared to the prior art and which enables the removal of a chassis of a rail vehicle from a side flank of the rail vehicle.
  • this object is achieved with a maintenance device according to claim 1, in which the at least first support device is designed such that the chassis can be supported by a support structure designed as a chassis frame at The car body arranged above the chassis can be supported on at least the first support device.
  • This measure has the advantage that the chassis can be removed and installed in a short amount of time.
  • the rail vehicle does not have to be moved during the dismantling or assembly of the chassis, i.e. it can remain parked in its position on the maintenance track.
  • Maintenance work on the car body can be carried out at the same time as the installation or removal of the chassis, its transport on the transport track and maintenance work on the chassis.
  • the maintenance facility is universal, i.e. it can be used for different designs of running gear, as well as for different types of maintenance tracks (for example also for elevated maintenance tracks).
  • the maintenance device according to the invention is simple and can be retrofitted in an existing depot or in an existing maintenance station. Setting up and dismantling the maintenance device according to the invention requires little effort.
  • the chassis can be removed from or installed into the rail vehicle either transversely or diagonally to the maintenance track.
  • At least the first carrying device is designed as a lifting platform.
  • a favorable solution is further achieved if the at least first carrying device is connected to the transport track via a plurality of rollers.
  • This measure creates a low mechanical resistance to movements of the first support device on the transport track.
  • An advantageous embodiment is further achieved if the at least first carrying device has a travel drive.
  • a remote control or a radio remote control is provided to control movements of at least the first carrying device.
  • This measure makes it possible for maintenance personnel to control the maintenance facility in the immediate vicinity of the first carrying device, but also from a greater distance (e.g. from a cockpit).
  • An advantageous use of the maintenance device is achieved with a chassis of a rail vehicle supported on the at least first support device of the maintenance device via a support structure designed as a chassis frame.
  • the support structure is reinforced in at least one contact area with the at least first support device. This measure prevents damage and excessive wear of the chassis in the contact area with the first support device due to the contact between the chassis and the first support device during lifting and lowering operations of the chassis.
  • An efficient procedure with regard to the removal of the chassis from the rail vehicle is achieved with a maintenance method in which at least one first support device, designed as a lifting platform and movably connected to a transport track guided under the chassis, is guided under the chassis arranged on a maintenance track, that a lifting platform of the at least first support device is raised until the undersides of the wheel flanges of the wheels of the chassis are arranged above the top edges of the rails of the maintenance track, that the chassis is decoupled from a car body of a rail vehicle arranged above it, and that the at least first support device with the chassis supported on it is guided away from the maintenance track on the transport track.
  • at least one first support device designed as a lifting platform and movably connected to a transport track guided under the chassis, is guided under the chassis arranged on a maintenance track, that a lifting platform of the at least first support device is raised until the undersides of the wheel flanges of the wheels of the chassis are arranged above the top edges of the rails of the maintenance track, that the chassis
  • a rapid and efficient installation of the running gear in the rail vehicle is achieved if the at least first support device with the running gear supported thereon is guided on the transport track to the maintenance track until the wheels of the running gear are aligned with the maintenance track, the running gear is coupled to the car body, the lifting platform of the at least first support device is lowered until the running gear is supported on the maintenance track, and the at least first support device is guided away from the maintenance track on the transport track.
