- the US 2016/0097226 A1 shows a frame-free door assembly construction in which the door frame is integrated into the wall.
- the US 4,034,513 shows various holding structures for wall panels and doors.
- the basic idea of the invention was to eliminate the cost-, coordination- and time-intensive steps of measuring the wall opening; Making a door frame based on measurements; Installing the door frame; and if necessary, to eliminate the need to rework the area between the wall and the door frame, especially in the case of assembly walls.
- wall frame which essentially consists of gypsum material or fiber cement material.
- the artificially created term wall frame refers to the dual function of the wall frame according to the invention, namely the wall function and the frame function around a wall opening.
- the frame may be open on one or more sides, i.e. H. it is not necessary for the wall frame to enclose the wall opening.
- the frame function extends so far that the wall frame is set up to at least accommodate a door leaf and, in some embodiments, to attach it to the wall frame using one or more hinge holders.
- the wall frame can also include chipboard, in particular in accordance with DIN EN 520, or gypsum board sections, fiber cement board sections, chipboard sections, OSB board sections, coarse chips, which are processed in a similar way to the production of an OSB board, etc.
- a gypsum board can be a building material in a plate form, comprising gypsum with a cardboard cover on one or both sides in dry or acoustic construction.
- the gypsum boards can be building boards (GKB), fire protection boards (GKF), building boards impregnated (GKBI), fire protection boards impregnated (GKFI) or plaster base boards (GKP), in particular in accordance with DIN 18180.
- a gypsum board can in particular be a building material in accordance with DIN EN 520 in a panel shape, or a cut of a building material according to DIN EN 520 in a panel shape.

- insulation materials are polystyrene and polyurethane rigid foam as well as mineral wool insulation materials, in particular in accordance with DIN EN 13162
- the wall frame comprises one or more wall connection sections for receiving one or more wall paneling, in particular one or more gypsum boards, and a door leaf receiving section for frameless receiving at least one door leaf.
- Wall paneling is a covering or cladding made from panel materials on a wall that is applied to a supporting structure behind it.
- wall paneling are wood-based panels, clay panels, fiberboard or gypsum boards, which are designed to be attached to a structure behind them (e.g. wooden and/or metal studs) using drywall construction, for example in accordance with DIN 18181.
- the construction can include a single frame structure, a double frame structure or a lashed double frame structure, which is suitable, for example, as an installation wall.
- Drywall can refer to the production of space-limiting but not load-bearing components in construction, which is carried out by joining together industrially manufactured semi-finished products. Plate-shaped components are predominantly connected, for example by nailing, screwing, plugging or gluing. The use of water-containing building materials such as mortar, clay, concrete or plaster can largely be avoided. Drywall work can be attributed to the expansion of the building.
- Drywall construction can include space-limiting, component-cladding and decorative constructions of the expansion, especially for walls (e.g. assembly walls), ceilings and floors, which are installed using dry construction. Moistly mixed materials such as fillers are often used to finish the surface.
- drywall construction differs from concrete construction, masonry construction and clay construction. Drywall construction can be an assembled construction method and at the same time a lightweight construction method. Dry construction can make it possible to meet building physics requirements regarding heat, cold, sound, fire, moisture, radiation protection and impact safety in a flexible and modular manner.
- the wall frame is part of the wall and the connection between the wall frame and wall elements, for example a wall paneling, corresponds to the connection between two wall elements and / or a wall element with a stand construction, in particular a wooden or metal stand construction.
- the rigidity of the wall can be used to accommodate one or more door leaves and a separate installation of a frame by a door setter is unnecessary, i.e. the door leaf is held in the wall frame without a frame.
- the wall frame which is designed to accommodate a door leaf, can be assembled, for example, by a drywaller using the same techniques required to assemble a wall.
- the wall frame can be assembled by the drywaller as part of the wall assembly. This leads to cost and time savings.
- the one or more wall connection sections have one or more step offsets (butt offsets) for receiving one or more wall paneling.
- butt offsets can form an offset, in particular a step-shaped offset, shoulder, folds or a chamfer.
- a joint offset can include several steps/gradations, so that there is an offset of the joints between the wall connection section and the different wall paneling layers.
- Edges of a joint offset can be beveled, slightly sloping, round, semi-circular, etc., in particular in accordance with DIN 18180.
- an edge may be a flat edge, a semicircular It can be an edge, an angular edge, a semi-circular edge, a semi-circular flattened edge or a round edge or an edge in accordance with DIN EN 520.
- the wall frame can be designed to accommodate two door leaves. This allows a double-leaf door to be created.
- the wall frame can be designed to accommodate a door leaf. This allows a single-leaf door to be created. In some embodiments, the wall frame can be designed to accommodate a door leaf in an unrebated, rebated or multi-rebated design.
- the wall frame can include one or more hinge receptacles for receiving one or more door hinges of one or more door leaves.
- the door leaf can therefore be installed quickly in/on the wall frame.
- the wall frame may include a hinge receiving substructure (hinge substructure) for receiving frame parts of door hinges.
- the one or more band receptacles can be connected to the wall frame over a large area, for example via a substructure, in particular a metal band/metal sheet, in the wall frame or an inside of the wall frame and/or with structural elements of the wall frame.
- a substructure in particular a metal band/metal sheet
- the wall frame can be installed with little effort.
- this allows a Bending of the wall frame due to the weight of a door leaf can be avoided.
- the wall frame and door leaf can be mounted with a particularly positive fit to one another.
- the one or more tape holders can be connected to a stand, in particular a metal and/or wooden stand construction of a wall. This means that forces and moments that act on the hinge holders or hinge holder substructure through levers and movements of a door leaf can be transferred particularly efficiently to a wall construction.
- a stand can be a horizontal or vertical profile (substructure profile) or a post or bar of a wooden stand construction.
- a stand can be both a vertical and a horizontal element of a structure (stand structure/beam structure/substructure/framework).
- the wall frame in particular the door leaf receiving section, can comprise one or more striking plates with one or more recesses for receiving a lock latch, a lock bolt and/or one or more security bolts.
- the wall frame can be protected in areas that make detachable contact with a door leaf and thus prevent wear and tear. In addition, this can prevent a fold in particular from breaking away in the door leaf receiving section.
- a strike plate can be arranged in a recess to accommodate a lock latch, a lock bolt and/or one or more security bolts, for example as a flat, angle or tab strike plate.
- the wall frame in particular the door leaf receiving section, can comprise one or more recesses for receiving a lock latch, a lock bolt and/or one or more security bolts.
- a lock latch for receiving a lock latch, a lock bolt and/or one or more security bolts.

- the wall frame can comprise one or more folds (door folds) for receiving the at least one door leaf when the door is closed.
- the one or more folds can be set up as a stop for the door leaf.
- the fold can serve as a seal against air and sound.
- Several folds next to each other can increase the number of deflections (in the manner of a labyrinth seal) and improve the sealing function, for example with regard to fire, smoke and/or sound.
- over-stretching or deformation of the tape holders can be prevented by means of a stop.
- the one or more door leaves comprise a matching opposite (negative) fold.
- the wall frame can be designed to accommodate a bluntly folding door leaf without a fold on the door leaf.
- At least one fold, and in some embodiments also several folds can have a groove and/or a recess for receiving the door leaf for receiving a damping profile, in particular comprising the materials rubber and/or polyurethane.
- a recess advantageously extends along the door leaf receiving area, so that, after installation of the damping profile, the damping profile is arranged between the door leaf and the wall frame with the door closed. This can reduce the closing noise. Furthermore, this allows a door leaf to be firmly positioned when the door is closed. Another advantage is that Manufacturing inaccuracies in the wall frame and the door leaf or deformations, for example due to changes in humidity and/or the shrinkage of wood, can be compensated for.
- a damping profile can be a sealing profile, for example a sealing tape, in particular according to DIN 68706-2.
- a sealing profile can be designed to seal an area between the wall frame and the door leaf from sound, smoke and/or fire when the door is closed.
- a door comprising a wall frame according to the invention can therefore easily meet sound, smoke and fire protection requirements.
- At least one or more parts of an outer surface of the wall frame can be set up to provide a wall surface, in particular a flush wall surface, such as a substantially flat wall surface, after wall paneling and after drywall work of the wall paneling.
- Drywall work can include, for example, the planking of a construction, for example a metal and/or wooden stud construction using wall planking, the filling of gypsum boards, gypsum fiber boards, etc. and/or the sanding of the drywall including the wall frame, in particular the wall connection section, and wall planking.
- the wall including the door leaf receiving section, has no protrusion or interruption.
- At least the outer surfaces of the wall frame can have at least the same fire protection, sound insulation, smoke protection and/or impregnation properties as the wall paneling. This has the advantage that corresponding fire protection, sound insulation, smoke protection and/or impregnation requirements are met in a simple manner, since the Wall frame is part of the wall and has the same properties. In addition, there is no transition material installed between the wall and the door leaf holder.
- the outer surface of the wall frame can match the outer surface of the wall. This means that cracks in the wall, especially between the wall and the door leaf holder, can be prevented, as no extraordinary joints or fillings between different materials, which could lead to cracks, are necessary.
- At least part of the outer surface of the wall frame, in particular of the wall connection section can have a surface, which in particular comprises the materials plaster, plasterboard, polyurethane and / or plastic, for receiving a filler.
- At least part of the wall connection section can be set up to accommodate a filler for producing a cohesive connection between the wall frame and one or more wall paneling and/or for producing a flat wall surface, comprising at least part of the wall connection section and wall paneling.
- At least one edge on a fold and/or butt offset of the wall frame, in particular for receiving the at least one door leaf, can be provided with an edge protection, in particular made of metal or plastic. This can prevent the edge from peeling off. This has the advantage that the wall frame is more robust against wear and tear.
- the wall frame can comprise a stand, in particular a wooden stand construction and/or a metal stand construction.
- a stand in particular a wooden stand construction and/or a metal stand construction.
- the wall frame can be particularly well connected to the stand construction of a wall and/or integrated into it and thus the rigidity of the wall frame can be improved.
- the stands can be designed to be cut to length.
- the wall frame can be set up to be attached to at least one stand, in particular a wooden stand structure and/or a metal stand structure. This means that the wall frame can be mounted flexibly, in particular regardless of the wall height. Furthermore, the transport size of the wall frame can be reduced.
- the wall frame can be at least partially filled with an insulating material on an inside and/or a cavity.
- the inside can be inside the wall after the wall frame has been assembled and the wall has been covered.
- the inside or the cavity of the wall connection sections and the door leaf receiving section can be defined in the inside of the, for example, U-shaped cross section that is defined by the wall connection sections and the door leaf receiving section.
- Insulation can be thermal insulation and/or acoustic insulation/sound insulation.
- Non-limiting examples of insulating materials are foamed plastics (e.g. polystyrene, polyurethane), foamed elastomers (particularly based on neoprene rubber), mineral fibers (such as mineral wool, glass wool, high-temperature wool, rock wool), mineral foams (such as pumice, expanded clay, foamed glass), animal fibers (such as sheep's wool), recycled material (such as cellulose), etc.
- An insulating material in an interior side and/or a cavity can have the advantage of two adjacent rooms that are connected via the wall frame , thermally and/or acoustically better decoupled from each other.
- the wall frame is designed to be assembled using drywall work and connected to wall paneling in a particularly time-saving manner.
- Drywall work includes, for example, creating a stand construction, covering the stand construction with planking and/or filling the planking. Drywall work can in particular correspond to the activities mentioned in DIN 18340 and the documents referenced in DIN 18340.
- the wall frame can be composed of several prefabricated individual parts, in particular plasterboard.
- the prefabricated individual parts can, for example, be individual sections of the wall frame, such as vertical and/or horizontal wall frame sections.
- the prefabricated individual parts can be, for example, plasterboard or OSB boards. This can have the advantage that the wall frame can be manufactured particularly cost-effectively.
- the transport of the wall frame can be simplified because it consists of parts that can be assembled.
- a prefabricated individual part may be a molded part.
- At least a section of an individual part of the prefabricated individual parts can adjoin one another after assembly at a corner at a joint, in particular a butt joint or a miter, with a section of another individual part of the prefabricated individual parts.
- a miter can also be a false miter, i.e. H. a miter angle is not 45°.
- joints can be offset from one another in superimposed layers of planking and in the prefabricated individual parts. This can increase the stability of the wall frame.
- the wall frame can be made from a workpiece or cast as a workpiece. This has the advantage that the stability of the wall frame is particularly high, as there are no connections between individual elements that could lead to weak points.
- two wall connection sections and the door leaf receiving section can form a U-shaped cross section.
- This has the advantage that a U-shaped profile/cross-section is particularly stable.
- the two wall connection sections are connected to one another by means of the door leaf receiving section.
- the wall frame may be designed to form part of one or more wall sections with a predetermined wall thickness. This has the advantage that the wall frame and a stand construction can be coordinated with one another, thus simplifying the manufacture and assembly of the wall frame. In particular, standardized wall thicknesses can simplify automation of production and installation of the wall frame. This can save time and costs.
- the wall frame may be a drywall molding.
- Drywall moldings are prefabricated molded parts made from drywall materials.
- a molding is an object with a special shape that has been given this shape. Molded parts have the advantage that they are prefabricated and therefore have special properties, such as corners and edges, with particular accuracy and precision. This means that work processes can be made much more efficient. Due to prefabrication, assembly times can be significantly shortened and rework can be reduced to a minimum.
- a method according to the invention can include the steps of assembling stands of a stand structure, in particular a wooden stand structure or a metal stand structure; Assembling the wall frame using the stand construction, the wall frame being adapted to receive a door leaf; and covering the stands with one or more wall coverings.
- a metal stand construction is, for example, a substructure comprising horizontal and/or vertical sheet steel profiles that are designed to be covered with planking.
- a wooden frame construction is, for example, a substructure of a wall with horizontal and/or vertical wooden beams that are designed to be covered with planking.
- a wall frame is a wall element comprising a door leaf receiving section and one or more wall connection sections, the door leaf receiving section being set up to accommodate a door leaf, and wall connection sections being set up to have wall paneling, in particular by means of steps/activities that are used to produce a drywall and/or assembly wall are necessary to be connected.
- the movable part of a door is referred to as a door leaf and/or door leaf.
- the planking of the stands can include planking at least part of the wall frame.
- the planking of the stands and/or at least parts of the wall frame with one or more wall planks can include mounting the wall planks on the stands and/or on at least parts of the wall frame.
- Wall paneling can, for example, be attached/mounted to the stands, in particular a metal or wooden stand construction, and/or to parts of the wall frame using screws, nails, adhesives and/or staples.
- This method has the advantage that the step of assembling a frame and connecting the frame to the wall is eliminated.
- creating a wall with a doorway designed to receive a door leaf can be accomplished by a drywaller without the need for a door setter.
- the method can include the step of assembling the wall frame, which is designed to accommodate at least one door leaf. This can simplify transport. Another advantage may be that the size of the wall frame can be flexibly determined on site, for example by cutting individual wall frame parts to length before assembling the wall frame.
- the wall frame can be a wall frame according to one of claims 1 to 11.
