Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de réaliser de façon légère un drainage des parois enterrées avec captage et évacuation des excédents d'eau. Ce procédé permet par le volume de vide qu'il propose une capacité drainante bien supérieure au remblai de cailloux traditionnel.Il est constitué d'un caisson (1) à double paroi (2-3) dans lequel peut être inséré un drain (10) permettant l'évacuation de l'eau. Les caissons sont prévus pour pouvoir être facilement adaptables les uns aux autres par un procédé de clipsage (9) et obturables sur les extrémités (4-5). Leur perçage (7) permet la perméabilité à l'eau qui se trouve ainsi captée en pied d'ouvrage (Figure 3). Elle est évacuée par le drain inclus afin d'augmenter la capacité drainante.Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné au domaine du BTP ou il permettra une moindre manutention de gravats et d'éléments lourds cause d'accidents de travail et d'entreprendre une démarche de prévention des TMS (troubles musculo-squelettiques). Les modules sont composés de plusieurs parties :
- Une paroi murale avec plots permettant l'emboîtement dans la paroi d'infiltration. Le clipsage se fait en force, pas d'éléments d'assemblage à manipuler (vis, goupilles, colle ...). La paroi murale reçoit un calage permettant le blocage ou le clipsage des drains qui y sont intégrés
- La paroi d'infiltration est équipée d'une membrane géotextile permettant la rétention des limons et éléments fins de façon à éviter le colmatage des drains dans la durée. Elle est pourvue dans sa structure de trous au diamètre des plots afin de se clipser sur la paroi murale. Les parois d'infiltration peuvent être livrées sans membrane géotextile, dans ce cas, un rouleau standard pourra être déroulé et clipsé devant si nécessaire.
- Les drains pourront être mis en place à l'avancement après pose de la paroi murale et du l'obturateur bas et avant fermeture de la paroi d'infiltration. Il sera possible d'avoir des drains aux cotes de largeur des modules, s'emboîtant lors du clipsage des modules entre eux.
- Des obturateurs, bas, hauts et latéraux pour les finitions et angles sortants ne recevant pas de colonne de service ou de connections d'angle.
- Les modules s'assembleront entre eux grâce à des profils de clipsage mâle et femelle suivant le côté défini. Des perçages seront disponibles afin de fixer si besoin par vis auto foreuse les caissons entre eux en cas de grandes longueurs posées sur des cunettes ne présentant pas un degré de pente constant.

Les modules peuvent être assemblés de façon interconnectée grâce à des obturateurs de grande longueur ou par alternance des parois murales et d'infiltration. Dans le corps de base des parois (2, 3) est formé par moulage un profil dans lequel vient se clipser un drain collecteur (10).
