Definitions

  • the invention relates to a drawer accommodated in a cupboard, in particular a kitchen cupboard drawer, with pull-out telescopic rails, each consisting of a fixed rail and a moving rail, with a longitudinal mounting bracket being attached to the moving rail, the longitudinal mounting brackets also supporting a bottomless , are rigid suspension frames, in which one or more waste containers can be freely suspended and wherein the longitudinal mounting bracket has an inward-pointing, U-shaped opening in cross section.
  • a drawer of the type in question is, for example, from the EP 1136 392 A2 known.
  • the longitudinal mounting brackets provided in this solution essentially point towards one another and thus have inwardly directed U-openings for accommodating and holding a suspension frame.
  • a drawer is known in which the hanging frame is hung in an upper area of a cover profile of the pull-out telescopic rails.
  • the suspension frame mi a longitudinal fasteners, resting on it, connected by rivets.
  • the invention is concerned with the task of designing a drawer of the type in question in an advantageously further improved manner.
  • a drawer that is particularly improved in terms of handling is specified for receiving and holding one or more waste containers.
  • the hanging frame can thus sit completely in the U-opening at the end with its profile interacting with the longitudinal fastening bracket, as is also preferred, whereby initially and essentially a stable and favorable force transmission resulting interaction of hanging frame and longitudinal fastening bracket can be achieved .
  • the support plane for the refuse containers resulting from the upper, straight or stretched profile section can extend further essentially within the U-opening.
  • This support level can continue to be the inwardly facing opening surface of the U-opening push through. This also makes it possible to achieve a favorable introduction of force via the hanging container(s) and the hanging frame onto the longitudinal mounting brackets and via these via the telescopic rails into the associated wall unit.
  • the surface of the upper profile section pointing upwards in the usual position of use is preferably designed to be continuously closed, particularly in the area that is visible in the position of use, but also continuously up to the profile seated in the U-opening.
  • This continuously closed profile section thus preferably runs into the U-opening.
  • a closed surface of the suspension frame and the longitudinal fastening bracket can result overall, in particular in the area surrounding the containers. This advantageously results in a reduced susceptibility to contamination or a simplified possibility of cleaning.
  • the cross section of the upper profile section can have a bevel on the inside, relative to a central area of the suspension frame.
  • a fold can, as is also preferred, be made of the same material and in one piece with the upper profile section.
  • the fold can enclose an angle of preferably 90 degrees to the upper profile section with reference to a cross section in a sectional plane that is vertically directed in the usual position of use and extend essentially in the direction of the lower profile section.
  • This fold can also, as is also preferred, be the hanging opening for accommodating a waste container in the hanging opening to accommodate a waste container in the suspension frame.

  • the upper and lower profile sections can complement one another by means of bevels directed towards one another to form a profile which is closed on the inside.
  • the upper and lower profile sections can also be supplemented by folds directed towards one another to form a profile that is closed on the outside.
  • the folds can further optionally merge into one another from the same material and in one piece and thus optionally form a profile section that runs vertically overall in the usage position and connects the upper and lower profile sections.
  • the folds which are preferably made of the same material and in one piece with the associated upper and lower profile section, are optionally provided overlapping, with the folds being able to rest against one another in the area of the overlap.
  • there can also be a connection between the folds for example a welded connection.
  • the lower profile section can be part of a separate angle part which is connected to the upper profile section, for example by welding.
  • the angle part, as well as the lower profile section formed thereby, and more preferably also the upper profile section, can be formed as a bent sheet metal part.
  • the U-opening of the longitudinal mounting bracket matching hollow profile can result in a composition of individual angle parts.
  • the upper profile section can also be connected to all the profile sections forming the bearing edge in the same material.
  • a one-piece design of these upper profile sections is also preferred in this respect, for example in the form of a one-piece stamped and bent sheet metal part.
  • the suspension frame can be screw-connected to the accompanying rail via the respective longitudinal mounting bracket.
  • a possible screw connection can be achieved by a screw passing through the lower profile section and the lower section of the longitudinal mounting bracket delimiting the U-opening. Furthermore, a so-called hidden screw connection can advantageously be provided in this way, corresponding to a screw connection that is not or not readily visible to the user in the normal state of use.
  • the screw connection is preferably covered at least by the upper profile section of the suspension frame.
  • the hanging frame can have one or more fastening straps, which extend downwards, starting from the plane of the supporting edge, for connecting the hanging frame to a front panel the drawer.
  • This connection also provides an indirect connection between the front panel of the drawer and the traveling rails.
  • the fastening lug can be angled with respect to a horizontal section in the usual position of use, with a lug section extending in the pull-out direction of the drawer and a lug section aligned transversely thereto.
  • the angled design of the fastening strap provides increased stability in the fastening area of the suspension frame to the front panel of the drawer.
  • the tab section which extends transversely to the pull-out direction of the drawer, serves in particular to fasten the hanging frame to the front panel.
  • the tab section extending in the pull-out direction of the drawer can run below the lower profile section, in this case optionally without, at least without direct connection with the further profile section.
  • This tab section like the tab section extending transversely thereto, can extend beyond the underside of the lower profile section.
  • the tab section extending in the pull-out direction of the drawer can be firmly connected to the separate angle part having the lower profile section, for example as a result of a welded connection.

  • the hanging frame can have a connecting part which enables attachment to the front panel, it being possible for the connecting part to be angularly adjustable relative to the hanging frame.
  • a connecting part can, for example, (initially) be present as a loose part, which can be positioned in an area between the hanging frame and the front panel after the front panel has been attached to the hanging frame (e.g. by directly screwing it to a fastening strap of the hanging frame).
  • the adjustability of the connecting part makes it possible in particular to adjust the angle of the front panel connected to the connecting part relative to the hanging frame in a vertical plane essentially in the pull-out direction.
  • Such a relative adjustability can be achieved, for example, by means of a pressure screw that interacts with the connecting part via a thread be given.
  • the pressure screw can also be, for example, a standard metric screw with a blunt free end of the threaded section, further for example in the form of a threaded pin, via which free end the suspension frame is essentially supported on the connecting part.
