So lässt sich leicht eine zuverlässige Verbindung herstellen. Die Grundplatte 40 sorgt im Übrigen dafür, dass im weichen Kissen das Verbindungselement 44 stabil geführt wird. Dazu kann sich die Grundplatte 40 etwa über ihre ganze Fläche an die Kissenhülle anschmiegen und/oder in das Füllmaterial drücken. Fig. 4 shows an expedient anchor element 38.
