Definitions
- the invention relates to a trench wall milling device according to claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for milling a milling slot in the ground with such a trench wall milling device according to claim 13.
- trench wall milling devices To create slots in the ground, it is known to provide trench wall milling devices, as they are for example from the DE 10 2004 013 790 A emerge.
- a so-called trench wall cutter is arranged vertically adjustable on a mast or cantilever arm.
- the masts or extension arms on the carrier devices usually have a height of 15 m to 30 m or more. The height of the mast is largely determined by the height of the trench wall cutter.
- trench or cut-off walls are created which can reach depths of up to 100 m and more.
- Such slot or sealing walls are used for.
- This trench wall milling device has a rail-guided carriage with a frame and a cantilever arm, which is only insignificant is higher than a vertical length of a trench cutter.
- a cable drum for a suspension cable as well as connection cables and a hose drum for a supply hose are mounted on the support frame close to the ground.
- the trench wall cutter is limited to the essential components such as cutting wheels, drives, pumps, with a guide frame being made small.
- FIG. 1 Another compact trench wall cutting device is based on the EP 3 208 384 B1 emerged.
- a compact trench wall cutter is adjustably mounted below a yoke which is formed by two carrier devices arranged next to one another.
- the two carrier devices are connected to one another via a swivel joint.
- an operating height is essentially limited by the height of the trench wall cutter.
- a trench wall cutter cannot be reduced in size at will, since a certain size is required for the cutting wheels, the drives, the pump and, in particular, for a guide frame.
- a trench wall cutter is known in which a maintenance time for changing the cutting teeth on the cutting wheels can be shortened. This is achieved by not replacing individual cutting teeth but rather a cutting head on the milling frame as a whole.
- the invention is based on the object of specifying a trench wall milling device and a method for milling a slot in the ground with which efficient milling is made possible even in particularly confined spaces.
- a trench wall milling device with a trench wall milling machine which is constructed from at least two milling modules, and a support structure for hanging and moving the trench wall milling machine in a vertical direction to form a milling slot in the ground
- the supporting structure has a guide device which is designed to feed the separate milling modules to a work area at which the milling slot is to be created.
- a basic idea of the invention can be seen in dividing the trench wall cutter into at least two cutter modules which are releasably connected to one another. Furthermore, a support structure is provided for suspending and moving the trench wall cutter in a vertical direction to form the milling slot, the support structure additionally having a guide device for feeding in the separate milling modules. According to the invention, it is no longer necessary to transport a fully operational trench wall cutter to a work area in which the cut trench is created. Rather, according to the invention, the trench wall cutter is divided into its milling modules and fed to the work area and only there assembled to form the trench wall cutter.
- the supporting structure is designed with a corresponding guide or transport device.
- the supporting structure can preferably have an overall height which is less than the height of the trench wall cutter that is ready for use. The supporting structure only needs to be the same height or higher than the height of the milling modules.
- milling can also be carried out at work locations at which only a very low working height is available, which is even less than the height of the assembled trench wall cutter.
- This can be the case in particular if a so-called guide slot, which can have a depth of approximately 1 m to 4 m, is prefabricated in the work area, so that one or more milling modules can already be inserted into the guide slot when assembling the trench wall cutter.
- the trench wall cutting device according to the invention can not only be used in tunnels or in buildings. Due to the very low overall height, which can be less than 5 m and also less than 3 m, the trench wall milling device can be provided or surrounded as a whole with a visual protection, dust protection and / or sound insulation cover. It is even possible to permanently install the entire trench wall cutting device in one or two to three standard containers. This can be especially true when milling in cities, inhabited areas, Airports or other infrastructure projects, buildings or other sensitive construction site areas can be advantageous.
- a preferred embodiment of the invention consists in that a first milling module with milling wheels and a second milling module with at least one drive unit are provided.
- the first milling module can have the lower section of the trench wall milling machine with the milling wheels and the bearings of the milling wheels on a base support.
- the second milling module contains at least one drive unit, preferably for a pumping device, which is designed in particular for flushing and / or pumping out suspension with the milled soil material.
- this or a further drive unit can also be for the milling wheels.
- guide elements for guiding and adjusting the milling cutter in the milling slot can also be arranged on the second milling module.
- extendable adjusting elements can be provided which can be implemented by means of adjusting cylinders in order to adjust the trench wall cutter with respect to the trench walls.
- the trench wall cutter can be constructed from a large number of further cutter modules, which can have different functions. It is particularly preferred that at least one further milling module is provided which has a guide frame.
- the guide frame can be purely passive as a scaffolding-like frame with contact elements for placing and guiding along the milled slotted walls. These plate-shaped elements can preferably also be openable in order to bring about a relative change in position in the milling slot.
- several such milling modules with guide frames can be arranged, with a guide accuracy and guide stability of the trench wall milling machine in the milling trench being increased as the height of the guide frame increases. In this way, milling slots with great depths of up to 100 m and more can be created with good guidance accuracy even with limited overall heights.
- a support device is arranged on at least one, preferably the uppermost milling module, with which the trench wall milling machine is held on the support structure via a support cable or a rod-shaped support device.
- the support structure has at least one guide rail along which the individual cutter modules are mounted displaceably transversely to the cutting slot.
- the supporting structure therefore not only allows the trench wall cutter to be displaced vertically in one advance direction, but also a displacement of the individual cutter modules transversely to this advance direction. This allows an efficient supply and removal of the individual milling modules and an appropriate assembly and disassembly.
- a displacement device has a displacement drive for moving the milling modules.
- This can be a motor with a pinion, for example, which effects a movement along a rack.
- a cable mechanism with a cable winch or a linear adjusting cylinder or some other suitable drive device can also be provided.
- the drive can preferably be operated electrically or hydraulically.
- the milling modules can basically be connected in any suitable manner which enables the fastest possible detachment and connection. According to a further development of the invention, it is particularly advantageous that the milling modules have connecting surfaces which are directed transversely and / or longitudinally to a longitudinal or milling direction of the trench wall cutter. As a result, connection surfaces are created over the largest possible area, which allow a particularly stable connection between the individual milling modules.
- connection devices are both mechanical connection devices in order to couple the milling modules in a stable and fixed manner.
- the connecting devices can also comprise devices for connecting supply hoses and lines, for example for electrical energy and for data transmission.
- quick connection devices can also be provided. These can be operated manually or at least partially by means of appropriately driven actuating elements, such as actuating cylinders.
- the lines between supply units are preferred and milling modules are not separated and therefore no longer have to be connected when assembling the milling machine.
- each milling module can be assigned its own supply unit with a direct line connection.
- the supporting structure can be constructed compactly from steel girders overall, the supporting structure being arranged exclusively in the work area.
- a particularly efficient mode of operation of the trench wall cutting device can be achieved in that the support structure extends along a work area in which adjacent cutting slots are made. After creating a first milling slot, the trench wall cutter can be moved along the supporting structure while dismantling the individual milling modules and reassembled to form a trench wall cutter in order to create a second or further milling slot in the work area. In this way, a continuous milling slot can be created in an efficient manner, as is desired, for example, for a slotted or cut-off wall.
- the supporting structure can in principle be built up individually from supporting elements.
- An advantageous variant of the trench wall milling device according to the invention can be seen in the fact that the supporting structure can be displaced or moved.
- the supporting structure can be moved as a whole or in parts by means of a hoist or by means of a moving device, for example a walking mechanism, which can also be part of the supporting structure.
- a moving device for example a walking mechanism, which can also be part of the supporting structure.
- longer milling slots can also be produced, which are produced from a large number of individual, adjacent slots.
- the lifting unit for vertically moving the trench wall cutter is arranged on the supporting structure.
- the lifting unit is preferably designed as a winch arrangement with a support rope or as a telescopic linkage.
- the lifting unit has a corresponding lifting drive, such as a rotary drive. This can be operated electrically or hydraulically.
- the lifting unit itself can be mounted in a modular manner as an easily detachable and adjustable module on the supporting structure.
- Via at least one corresponding deflection roller for example a support cable can be guided from the winch arrangement of the lifting unit along an upper region of the supporting structure to the trench wall cutter and detachably connected to it.
- the at least one deflection roller can be rotatably mounted on a roller carriage which is mounted displaceably on the supporting structure.
- At least one supply unit with at least one hose and / or cable reel is arranged on the supporting structure.
- the one or more supply units can also be mounted on the support structure as easily detachable and displaceable modules.
- the hoses can be designed for the supply and discharge of suspension or hydraulic fluid to the trench wall cutter.
- the lines on the line reels can be designed for the transmission of electrical energy, hydraulic fluid or as data lines.
- the lifting unit and the supply unit can also be formed together on a module or a unit.
- the supporting structure can in principle be designed as desired. It is preferred that the supporting structure has vertical supports on which the at least one guide rail is held at a distance from the floor. In this way, the milling modules can be reliably moved along the supporting structure along one or more parallel guide rails and mounted at the work site.
- the individual milling modules can have holding points for attaching the lifting unit, in particular a support cable, so that the individual milling modules can be lifted into a guide slot or out of the milled slot and then moved along the support structure.
- the invention further relates to a trench wall cutter, which is characterized in that it is constructed from at least two cutter modules which are essentially of the same height.
- This trench wall cutter can preferably be used with the previously described trench wall cutter.
- the trench wall cutter can, however, also be used independently of this, in particular from the support structure described above, and can also be used, for example, on conventional carrier devices.
- the design of the individual milling modules with the same height and in principle The same cross-section allows the individual modules to be easily and uniformly transported.
- the height of the milling modules is not higher than twice the diameter of the milling wheels.
- the diameter of the cutter wheels is typically between 0.5 m and 2.5 m.
- a possible height of the milling modules extends between 0.5 m and 5 m.
- a difference in the heights of the individual milling modules is not more than 20%, in particular not more than 10%.
- the height of the milling modules is not higher than 3 m.
- the milling modules can be accommodated in a standard or at least a so-called high cube container for transport purposes, which is easily suitable for road transport.
- the compact height of the milling modules according to the invention allows them to be used in tunnels, basements or other confined spaces.
- One or more standard or high cube containers can also be provided as a cover or a housing for the use of the trench wall cutter.
- a trench wall cutter which is characterized in that it is made up of at least two cutter modules which are mechanically detachably connected to one another, a first cutter module with the cutter wheels independently of the second cutter module directly to a first supply unit Energy supply is connected.
- This trench wall cutter according to the invention can also be provided in combination with the previously described trench wall cutter or as a further development of the aforementioned trench wall cutter with essentially the same height of the cutter modules.
- this trench wall cutter according to the invention is preferably independent of this.
- An essential advantage of the trench wall cutter according to the invention is that the at least two cutter modules only have to be mechanically assembled without a line connection having to be closed between the at least two cutter modules.
- the first milling module with the milling wheels is directly connected to a first supply unit via a supply line which is directly from the first supply unit leads to the first milling module.
- the at least one further milling module can be free from an energy supply.
- the further milling module serves as a passive guide frame.
- a preferred development of the trench wall cutter according to the invention consists in that the at least one second cutter module is also connected to an independent supply unit. This can be provided, for example, for actuating adjusting elements for controlling the trench wall cutter in the trench.
- a respective supply line from a first supply unit to a first milling module and a second supply unit to a second milling module can be arranged on the opposite narrow sides of the trench wall milling machine.
- a method for milling a milling slot in the ground with the previously described trench wall milling device or one of the trench wall milling machines is provided, in particular in which a supporting structure is arranged with a guide device, and a trench wall milling machine is arranged on the supporting structure and lowered into the ground in a vertical direction is milled off in a work area soil material and thus the milling trench is formed, the trench wall cutter being built up from at least two milling modules, which are fed separately from one another by means of the guide device to the work area and connected to each other at the work area to form the trench wall cutter.
- This process can also be used to mine mineral resources that are located below what is known as a micro-tunnel that was created for this purpose.
- the trench wall cutter can then be pulled out of the cut slot and dismantled in the opposite way.
- a particularly advantageous variant of the method of the invention can be seen in the fact that at least two adjacent milling slots are created, the trench wall milling machine being withdrawn from the first milling slot with separation of the milling modules after the creation of a first milling slot, and that To form a further milling slot, the milling modules are moved along the guide device and reconnected to the trench wall milling machine, which is then lowered into the ground while milling away soil material.
- the milling slots lying next to one another do not have to be directly adjacent to one another.
- it can also be primary or secondary milling slots when producing a slot wall using the pilger cut method.
- the individual process steps can be repeated as required, the supporting structure with the guide device possibly having to be adjusted or moved along the work area as the work progresses.
- the at least one milled trench is filled with a settable suspension which hardens to form the trench wall.
- the filling with a settable suspension can already take place during milling in a so-called single-phase process or by subsequently replacing a support suspension with a settable suspension in a so-called two-phase process.
- At least part of the milled soil material can be used, which is mixed with a settable liquid to form the settable suspension directly in the trench or in a processing plant outside the trench.

Description
The invention relates to a trench wall milling device according to claim 1. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for milling a milling slot in the ground with such a trench wall milling device according to claim 13.
With such trench wall milling devices, trench or cut-off walls are created which can reach depths of up to 100 m and more. Such slot or sealing walls are used for. B. the support of construction pits or to create a groundwater barrier. It is also possible to mine natural resources with such milling machines.
In certain cases it is necessary to create a cut-off wall in or near a structure, in a tunnel or in confined spaces. Carriers with large masts and large trench wall cutters cannot be used for this.

In the case of these known compact trench wall cutting devices, an operating height is essentially limited by the height of the trench wall cutter. A trench wall cutter cannot be reduced in size at will, since a certain size is required for the cutting wheels, the drives, the pump and, in particular, for a guide frame.
The invention is based on the object of specifying a trench wall milling device and a method for milling a slot in the ground with which efficient milling is made possible even in particularly confined spaces.
The object is achieved on the one hand with a trench wall milling device according to claim 1 and on the other hand with a method according to claim 13. Preferred embodiments of the invention are specified in the respective dependent claims.
According to the invention, a trench wall milling device with a trench wall milling machine, which is constructed from at least two milling modules, and a support structure for hanging and moving the trench wall milling machine in a vertical direction to form a milling slot in the ground is provided, the supporting structure has a guide device which is designed to feed the separate milling modules to a work area at which the milling slot is to be created.
A basic idea of the invention can be seen in dividing the trench wall cutter into at least two cutter modules which are releasably connected to one another. For this purpose, the supporting structure is designed with a corresponding guide or transport device. The supporting structure can preferably have an overall height which is less than the height of the trench wall cutter that is ready for use. The supporting structure only needs to be the same height or higher than the height of the milling modules.
Thus, in principle, milling can also be carried out at work locations at which only a very low working height is available, which is even less than the height of the assembled trench wall cutter. This can be the case in particular if a so-called guide slot, which can have a depth of approximately 1 m to 4 m, is prefabricated in the work area, so that one or more milling modules can already be inserted into the guide slot when assembling the trench wall cutter.
The trench wall cutting device according to the invention can not only be used in tunnels or in buildings.
A preferred embodiment of the invention consists in that a first milling module with milling wheels and a second milling module with at least one drive unit are provided. The first milling module can have the lower section of the trench wall milling machine with the milling wheels and the bearings of the milling wheels on a base support. The second milling module contains at least one drive unit, preferably for a pumping device, which is designed in particular for flushing and / or pumping out suspension with the milled soil material. Alternatively or in addition, this or a further drive unit can also be for the milling wheels. In the case of a compact design, guide elements for guiding and adjusting the milling cutter in the milling slot can also be arranged on the second milling module. In particular, extendable adjusting elements can be provided which can be implemented by means of adjusting cylinders in order to adjust the trench wall cutter with respect to the trench walls.
In principle, the trench wall cutter can be constructed from a large number of further cutter modules, which can have different functions. It is particularly preferred that at least one further milling module is provided which has a guide frame. The guide frame can be purely passive as a scaffolding-like frame with contact elements for placing and guiding along the milled slotted walls. These plate-shaped elements can preferably also be openable in order to bring about a relative change in position in the milling slot. In principle, several such milling modules with guide frames can be arranged, with a guide accuracy and guide stability of the trench wall milling machine in the milling trench being increased as the height of the guide frame increases. In this way, milling slots with great depths of up to 100 m and more can be created with good guidance accuracy even with limited overall heights.
In principle, a support device is arranged on at least one, preferably the uppermost milling module, with which the trench wall milling machine is held on the support structure via a support cable or a rod-shaped support device.
For efficient operation of the trench wall cutter according to the invention, it is advantageous according to an embodiment variant that the support structure has at least one guide rail along which the individual cutter modules are mounted displaceably transversely to the cutting slot. The supporting structure therefore not only allows the trench wall cutter to be displaced vertically in one advance direction, but also a displacement of the individual cutter modules transversely to this advance direction. This allows an efficient supply and removal of the individual milling modules and an appropriate assembly and disassembly.
In principle, it can be moved by hand if the bearings are suitable. According to a further development of the invention, it is particularly expedient that a displacement device has a displacement drive for moving the milling modules. This can be a motor with a pinion, for example, which effects a movement along a rack. A cable mechanism with a cable winch or a linear adjusting cylinder or some other suitable drive device can also be provided. The drive can preferably be operated electrically or hydraulically.
The milling modules can basically be connected in any suitable manner which enables the fastest possible detachment and connection.
It is particularly preferred that releasable connecting devices are arranged on the connecting surfaces. The connection devices are both mechanical connection devices in order to couple the milling modules in a stable and fixed manner. In addition, the connecting devices can also comprise devices for connecting supply hoses and lines, for example for electrical energy and for data transmission. In principle, quick connection devices can also be provided. These can be operated manually or at least partially by means of appropriately driven actuating elements, such as actuating cylinders. The lines between supply units are preferred and milling modules are not separated and therefore no longer have to be connected when assembling the milling machine. In particular, each milling module can be assigned its own supply unit with a direct line connection.
In principle, the supporting structure can be constructed compactly from steel girders overall, the supporting structure being arranged exclusively in the work area. A particularly efficient mode of operation of the trench wall cutting device can be achieved in that the support structure extends along a work area in which adjacent cutting slots are made.
The supporting structure can in principle be built up individually from supporting elements. An advantageous variant of the trench wall milling device according to the invention can be seen in the fact that the supporting structure can be displaced or moved. The supporting structure can be moved as a whole or in parts by means of a hoist or by means of a moving device, for example a walking mechanism, which can also be part of the supporting structure. With such a mobile support structure, longer milling slots can also be produced, which are produced from a large number of individual, adjacent slots.
Another preferred embodiment of the invention consists in that at least one lifting unit for vertically moving the trench wall cutter is arranged on the supporting structure. The lifting unit is preferably designed as a winch arrangement with a support rope or as a telescopic linkage. The lifting unit has a corresponding lifting drive, such as a rotary drive. This can be operated electrically or hydraulically. The lifting unit itself can be mounted in a modular manner as an easily detachable and adjustable module on the supporting structure. Via at least one corresponding deflection roller, for example a support cable can be guided from the winch arrangement of the lifting unit along an upper region of the supporting structure to the trench wall cutter and detachably connected to it. The at least one deflection roller can be rotatably mounted on a roller carriage which is mounted displaceably on the supporting structure.
Furthermore, according to a further development of the invention, it is preferred that at least one supply unit with at least one hose and / or cable reel is arranged on the supporting structure. The one or more supply units can also be mounted on the support structure as easily detachable and displaceable modules. The hoses can be designed for the supply and discharge of suspension or hydraulic fluid to the trench wall cutter. The lines on the line reels can be designed for the transmission of electrical energy, hydraulic fluid or as data lines. The lifting unit and the supply unit can also be formed together on a module or a unit.
The supporting structure can in principle be designed as desired. It is preferred that the supporting structure has vertical supports on which the at least one guide rail is held at a distance from the floor. In this way, the milling modules can be reliably moved along the supporting structure along one or more parallel guide rails and mounted at the work site. The individual milling modules can have holding points for attaching the lifting unit, in particular a support cable, so that the individual milling modules can be lifted into a guide slot or out of the milled slot and then moved along the support structure.
The invention further relates to a trench wall cutter, which is characterized in that it is constructed from at least two cutter modules which are essentially of the same height. This trench wall cutter can preferably be used with the previously described trench wall cutter. The trench wall cutter can, however, also be used independently of this, in particular from the support structure described above, and can also be used, for example, on conventional carrier devices. The design of the individual milling modules with the same height and in principle The same cross-section allows the individual modules to be easily and uniformly transported.
It is particularly preferred that the height of the milling modules is not higher than twice the diameter of the milling wheels. In the case of a trench wall cutter, the diameter of the cutter wheels is typically between 0.5 m and 2.5 m. Correspondingly, a possible height of the milling modules extends between 0.5 m and 5 m. A difference in the heights of the individual milling modules is not more than 20%, in particular not more than 10%.
According to a further development of the invention, particularly good portability is achieved in that the height of the milling modules is not higher than 3 m. In this way, the milling modules can be accommodated in a standard or at least a so-called high cube container for transport purposes, which is easily suitable for road transport. In addition, the compact height of the milling modules according to the invention allows them to be used in tunnels, basements or other confined spaces. One or more standard or high cube containers can also be provided as a cover or a housing for the use of the trench wall cutter.
According to a further aspect of the invention, a trench wall cutter is provided, which is characterized in that it is made up of at least two cutter modules which are mechanically detachably connected to one another, a first cutter module with the cutter wheels independently of the second cutter module directly to a first supply unit Energy supply is connected. This trench wall cutter according to the invention can also be provided in combination with the previously described trench wall cutter or as a further development of the aforementioned trench wall cutter with essentially the same height of the cutter modules. However, this trench wall cutter according to the invention is preferably independent of this. An essential advantage of the trench wall cutter according to the invention is that the at least two cutter modules only have to be mechanically assembled without a line connection having to be closed between the at least two cutter modules. Rather, the first milling module with the milling wheels is directly connected to a first supply unit via a supply line which is directly from the first supply unit leads to the first milling module. In principle, the at least one further milling module can be free from an energy supply. In such a case, the further milling module serves as a passive guide frame.
A preferred development of the trench wall cutter according to the invention consists in that the at least one second cutter module is also connected to an independent supply unit. This can be provided, for example, for actuating adjusting elements for controlling the trench wall cutter in the trench. A respective supply line from a first supply unit to a first milling module and a second supply unit to a second milling module can be arranged on the opposite narrow sides of the trench wall milling machine.
Furthermore, according to the invention, a method for milling a milling slot in the ground with the previously described trench wall milling device or one of the trench wall milling machines is provided, in particular in which a supporting structure is arranged with a guide device, and a trench wall milling machine is arranged on the supporting structure and lowered into the ground in a vertical direction is milled off in a work area soil material and thus the milling trench is formed, the trench wall cutter being built up from at least two milling modules, which are fed separately from one another by means of the guide device to the work area and connected to each other at the work area to form the trench wall cutter. This process can also be used to mine mineral resources that are located below what is known as a micro-tunnel that was created for this purpose.
The advantages described above can be achieved with the method according to the invention. In principle, the trench wall cutter can then be pulled out of the cut slot and dismantled in the opposite way.
A particularly advantageous variant of the method of the invention can be seen in the fact that at least two adjacent milling slots are created, the trench wall milling machine being withdrawn from the first milling slot with separation of the milling modules after the creation of a first milling slot, and that To form a further milling slot, the milling modules are moved along the guide device and reconnected to the trench wall milling machine, which is then lowered into the ground while milling away soil material. With this method, even in confined spaces, several milling slots can be efficiently produced with good milling guidance and with relatively large milling depths. In the context of the invention, the milling slots lying next to one another do not have to be directly adjacent to one another. For example, it can also be primary or secondary milling slots when producing a slot wall using the pilger cut method. The individual process steps can be repeated as required, the supporting structure with the guide device possibly having to be adjusted or moved along the work area as the work progresses.
According to a further development of the invention it is provided that, in order to form a trench wall in the bottom, the at least one milled trench is filled with a settable suspension which hardens to form the trench wall. The filling with a settable suspension can already take place during milling in a so-called single-phase process or by subsequently replacing a support suspension with a settable suspension in a so-called two-phase process.
To produce the settable suspension, at least part of the milled soil material can be used, which is mixed with a settable liquid to form the settable suspension directly in the trench or in a processing plant outside the trench.

After the mechanical connections between the two
