- the EP 2 425 758 A1 discloses a dishwasher with a washing container in which at least one upper basket and one lower basket are arranged or can be arranged to accommodate the items to be washed, the upper basket being able to accommodate more delicate items to be washed and the lower basket being able to accommodate more stable items to be washed.
- the dishwasher also includes a rinsing liquor circulation system which distributes rinsing liquor within the washing container by means of an upper spray arm and a lower spray arm and has at least one pump for supplying rinsing liquor to both spray arms and also has liquor heating means for heating the rinsing liquor in such a way that the rinsing liquor is at least can be heated up to a first temperature T 1 and a second temperature T 2 , wherein the first temperature T 1 is lower than the second temperature T 2 , and wherein the Rinse liquor circulation system stops supplying the rinsing liquor to the upper spray arm when the rinsing liquor temperature exceeds the first temperature T 1 .
- an object of the present invention is to propose an improved dishwasher.
- a dishwasher in particular a household dishwasher, is proposed, with a washing tub, a lower washware receptacle arranged in the washing tub, an upper washware receptacle arranged above the lower washware receptacle, a lower spray device assigned to the lower washware receptacle for spraying the washware in the lower washware receptacle arranged with washing liquor, an upper spray device assigned to the upper washware receptacle for spraying the washware arranged in the upper washware receptacle with the rinsing liquor, a hydraulic device for conveying the rinsing liquor to the lower spray device and to the upper spray device, and a control device for carrying out a washing program from a number of washing programs for washing the items to be washed, the control device being set up to control the hydraulic device in such a way that in a first section of the wash program, the wash liquor having a first wash liquor temperature is sprayed exclusively onto the lower wash items holder and in a second
- glasses are arranged in the upper washware holder, then these glasses are not sprayed with the washing liquor with the higher first washing liquor temperature that glass corrosion and/or wear of the glasses are reduced.
- the glasses in the upper washware holder can then be cleaned in the second section of the washing program by means of the washing liquor having the lower second washing liquor temperature.
- the first washing liquor temperature is preferably below 60°, preferably below 55°, more preferably below 50°C.
- the second rinsing liquor temperature is preferably above 65°C, preferably above 70°C, particularly preferably above 75°C.
- control device can be implemented in terms of hardware and/or software.
- the control device can be embodied as a checking device or as part of a backend, for example as a computer or as a microprocessor.
- the control device can be embodied as a computer program product, as a function, as a routine, as part of a program code or as an executable object.
- the rinsing liquor or rinsing liquid is water to which chemicals, such as rinsing agent or rinse aid, can be added, is circulated by the circulating pump in a circuit for rinsing the items to be washed and can contain dirt particles.
- the spray device comprises at least one device for spraying the items to be washed with the washing liquid.

- a sump 23 in which the washing liquor is collected as a template for the circulating pump 18 and a drain pump 20 is arranged under the washing container 2 .
- the control device 15 shown is set up to carry out a washing program from a number of washing programs for washing the items to be washed which are arranged in the washing compartment 2 .
- the control device 15 is set up to control the hydraulic device 18, 19 in such a way that in a first section of the washing program, the washing liquor having a first washing liquor temperature is sprayed exclusively onto the lower washware receptacle 12 and in a second section of the washing program following the first section the rinse liquor having an opposite to the first rinse liquor temperature lower second washing liquor temperature is sprayed onto the lower dishwashing receptacle 12 and onto the upper dishwashing receptacle 13 .
- the washing liquor is sprayed exclusively onto the items to be washed which are accommodated in the lower item to be washed receptacle 12 . Consequently, in this first section of the washing program, items to be washed which are arranged in the upper items to be washed receptacle 13 are not sprayed with the washing liquor having the higher first washing liquor temperature.
- the wash liquor has the first wash liquor temperature in the first section of the wash program and is provided as a first amount of wash liquor in the wash tub 2 .
- the washing liquor has the second washing liquor temperature and is provided with a second washing liquor quantity in the washing tub 2 .

- washing liquor temperature and quantity of washing liquor ensures that in the first section the hotter washing liquor is not sprayed onto the items to be washed in the upper washing items holder, whereas the cooler washing liquor is sprayed onto the items to be washed in the second section of the washing program to clean all of the items to be washed in the washing chamber 4 the wash items in the lower wash items holder 12 and in the upper wash items holder 13 are sprayed.
- control device 15 is set up in particular to set a speed of the circulating pump 18 and/or a position of the water diverter 19 such that only the lower spray device 16 is charged with the washing liquor. Consequently, in this first section of the washing program, the upper spray device 16 is not charged with washing liquor.
- the spray devices 16, 17 can be designed as spray arms.
- the lower spray arm 16 is arranged below the lower dishwashing receptacle 12 .
- the lower spray arm 16 preferably has outlet openings for spray jets of washing liquor, pointing upwards in the direction of the lower dishwashing receptacle 12 .
- the control device 15 is preferably set up to determine a speed of the circulation pump 18 in the first section of the washing program in such a way that only the lower spray arm 16 is loaded with washing liquid and the spray jets emerging from the outlet openings of the lower spray arm 16 only touch the washware accommodated in the lower washware holder 12 . This ensures that the washing liquor with the higher first washing liquor temperature does not touch the washware held in the upper washware receptacle 13 in the first section of the wash program.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a second exemplary embodiment of a washing tub 2 of the dishwasher 1 according to FIG 1 shown.
- the second embodiment of the washing container 2 of 3 includes all features of the first embodiment 2 .
