Definitions
- the invention relates to a steam generator boiler of a large steam generator, in particular a power plant or a waste incineration plant.
- the invention relates to a power plant, in particular a fossil power plant, or a waste incineration plant with such a steam generator boiler and a method for securing maintenance work on a steam generator boiler.
- Generic steam generator boilers are used in industrial plants, for example power plants, in order to generate steam with a heat source, for example a furnace, which is typically fed by fossil fuels or waste. The steam can then be used to generate electricity, for example.
- the steam generator boilers usually have a membrane wall which at least partially surrounds an interior space.
- the membrane wall consists of tubes arranged side by side, which are connected to each other by webs or fins, so that a closed wall is created. Water, a mixture of water and steam or steam is transported in the pipes. The heat from the furnace is transferred to the water or steam via the membrane wall.
- a generic membrane wall is for example from the EP 2 297 517 B1 known, to which reference is hereby made.
- Industrial steam generator boilers are typically structures made of suitable metals and metal alloys in the order of magnitude of multi-storey houses. Since the construction times or the maintenance times of steam generator boilers have a significant influence on the economy of the respective system, if possible, maintenance is carried out at several points in the steam generator boiler, for example at different height positions. worked at the same time. It is therefore necessary to protect people working below from falling parts from the upper regions. To protect against smaller parts, smaller parts that are less than 50 kg here, typically closed stages are built, for example also inside the steam generator boiler. For design reasons, however, these platforms cannot hold heavier parts, ie parts with a weight of more than 50 kg and in particular more than a ton.
- the membrane walls are usually prefabricated piece by piece and assembled at the construction site. When servicing steam generator boilers, pieces of the membrane wall are sometimes cut out and replaced with new ones. It is therefore common in both construction and maintenance of steam generator boilers that heavy loads in the order of magnitude of more than 50 kg up to several tons are transported by crane. For reasons of occupational safety, it is therefore not allowed to work underneath the cranes when they are carrying heavy loads. This results in forced work breaks in the areas below the transported loads, which reduces the overall economy in the manufacture and maintenance of the steam generator boilers. It is also common to erect a scaffold inside the steam generator boiler for maintenance.
- the framework is usually arranged in such a way that it is at least partially spaced from the membrane wall in the horizontal direction, so that a distance or space is formed between the membrane wall and the framework, in particular in the horizontal direction, typically for example with a horizontal distance length of at least 30 cm and / or a maximum of 200 cm.
- gaps are particularly dangerous in the event of a heavy load falling from above for people working in the steam generator boiler, especially when, for example, membrane wall segments to be replaced, which can often have a weight of several tons, are lifted in this area with a crane.
- the solution is achieved in a steam generator boiler mentioned at the outset with a scaffold erected for maintenance purposes in the interior, the scaffold being at least partially spaced apart in the horizontal direction from the membrane wall delimiting the interior, so that at least one, in particular one in the horizontal direction and in particular also in the vertical direction Over the height of the scaffold, there is a space between the scaffold and the membrane wall, in that the steam generator boiler has a removable fall protection device that includes a safety net for catching heavy falling loads in the steam generator boiler, the safety net being arranged only where that The scaffold is spaced from the membrane wall or is positioned exclusively in or within the space between the membrane wall and the scaffold, and wherein the safety net is held by at least one drop brake, which is designed to slow down the case of loads landing in the safety network.
- the fall protection device according to the invention thus absorbs, in particular heavy, loads that fall from above in the space between the scaffold and the membrane wall, reduces their fall speed and prevents their further crash. Personal injury and damage to the construction site are avoided.
- heavy loads refer to loads with a weight of more than 50 kg, which can also be distinguished in particular by the fact that they can no longer be absorbed by the normally used closed platforms in the construction site area of the steam generator boiler. Heavy loads according to the present application can, however, in particular also be heavy up to several tons.
- the safety net thus spans only a small part of the interior of the steam generator boiler, in particular at the edge of the interior, and is therefore considerably smaller than, for example, a safety net that would span the entire interior. Due to the smaller dimensions, the safety net can be quickly and easily set up and taken down again, which significantly increases cost-effectiveness.
- the basic finding of the present invention is that, contrary to the previous opinion, it is still possible to use a safety net in the interior of the steam generator boiler, which was not previously considered to be economical, as long as this safety net is additionally held by at least one emergency brake, the function of which is that Falling movement of falling, especially heavy, loads that hit the safety net to be braked comparatively gently. It is important here that it is not the task of the drop brake to stop the fall of the heavy load, but only to brake it. By abruptly stopping the case of the, in particular heavy, load, its entire force would be transferred to the safety net and / or the supporting structure at once, which would quickly lead to overloading, damage and, in the worst case, failure of the network with a further, uncontrolled crash the heavy load.
- the drop brakes according to the invention therefore differ significantly in technical training and function from conventional fastenings for safety nets, for example steel cables.
- at least one drop brake allows the safety net to be carried out comparatively easily.
- Conventional safety nets have to be at maximum Resilience are designed to be significantly oversized in order to be able to intercept the load peaks described above.
- a fall brake brakes the fall so that occurring load peaks can be significantly reduced, which in turn allows the safety net to be designed to be easier and therefore quicker to install and remove.
- the invention therefore makes it possible for the first time to set up a removable fall protection device suitable for the present application, which can be dismantled after the heavy loads have been transported, so that the interior of the steam generator boiler can be released for further assembly work.
- the assembly and disassembly of the fall protection device according to the invention is possible so quickly and easily that, despite the additional work with the fall protection device, the economy of the construction site increases due to the parallelization of work, in particular in the area under the transported heavy load.
- the fall protection device according to the invention is installed in particular only during the transport of heavy loads, that is to say it is attached before the transports and removed after the transports, ie in maintenance phases, for example, in which heavy loads in the interior of the steam generator boiler have to be moved in higher areas.
- the interaction of the safety net and the emergency brake is sufficient to confidently absorb the heavy loads, so that personal injury is excluded.
- the safety nets according to the invention are particularly suitable for securing the gaps present between the framework arranged in the interior of the steam generator boiler and the membrane wall.
- a space thus represents a horizontal distance between the scaffold and the membrane wall, which extends upwards in the vertical direction, in particular from the bottom of the boiler or a floor level.
- an installation height of the safety net in the interior surrounded by the membrane wall corresponds at most to an overall height of the scaffold.
- the safety net is therefore preferably arranged in the vertical direction at the level of the scaffold or next to it.
- the space between the scaffold and the membrane wall is spanned by the safety net, so that heavy loads falling in the interior of the boiler are reliably braked and intercepted in addition to the scaffold.
- this type of construction precludes a load, particularly a heavy one, from falling down to the ground between the scaffolding and the net.
- Both the safety net and the emergency brake are adapted to the respective application.
- the transport height and the weight of the heavy load are used to determine the respectively necessary design of the safety net and the emergency brake.
- the safety net and the drop brake must be designed in such a way that the drop weight of the load is braked with absolute certainty in the event of a failure of the lifting gear, for example on the crane, and the further fall is prevented.
- the safety net consists, for example, of a steel mesh with a previously defined or calculated cross-section.
- the cross section of the steel cables of the safety net has to be large enough on the one hand to be able to absorb and carry the heavy load with the help of the fall arrester, on the other hand the cross section should be as small as possible so that the steel cables and the safety net have the greatest possible flexibility, which means that the rapid assembly and disassembly of the fall protection device according to the invention is made possible.
- the safety net comprises steel cables, the diameter of which is at most 12 mm, preferably at most 10 mm, particularly preferably at most 8 mm and very particularly preferably at most 6 mm. The actual dimensioning is calculated for each application.
- the individual steel cables are connected to a network, for example, by crimping and / or screwing connections. They preferably comply with the steel cord standard DIN EN 12385-4.
- a plurality of drop brakes in particular drop brakes engaging on opposite edge regions of the safety net, are preferably provided in order to enable the falling heavy load to be intercepted evenly over the safety net.
- the drop brakes are arranged on the safety net in such a way or preferably carry the safety net in such a way that when the safety net is bent downwards by an impacting load, tensile forces act on the drop brake.
- the drop brake designates, for example, a rope-like or band-shaped element that deforms, in particular elastically and / or plastically, under the influence of these tensile forces, energy being absorbed from the tensile forces that are caused, for example, by the fall of the load on the safety net / or is destroyed. In this way, the fall of the loads is slowed down, so that the safety net itself only has to endure a lower load.
- the drop brakes are designed in such a way that they are subject to irreversible deformation as of a certain tensile force or load applied to them, which consumes the energy from the heavy load and thus destroys it.
- This typically leads to, in particular irreversible, destruction of the drop brake in such a way that it cannot be reused.
- the drop brake is therefore primarily not elastic, but energy-wasting in such a way that kinetic Energy of the falling load is converted into an irreversible deformation or defined destruction of the drop brake.
- the safety net would typically have to take on a load of approx.
- the fall arrester comprises, for example, a belt fall damper, for example made of nylon, as a pull brake.
- the drop brake includes nylon straps sewn into loops that tear open when a certain tensile force is exceeded.
- the drop brake comprises four to twenty, in particular eight to sixteen loops, each of which tears open when the load exceeds a threshold, so that, depending on the embodiment, up to 16 times a force braking the drop can be exerted by the drop brake .
- more or less of the loops are destroyed, and the fall brakes are replaced even if not all of the loops have been destroyed.
- the impulse of the falling load is slowed down step by step, which results in significant advantages in the dimensioning of the safety net and the fastening points of the safety net and the emergency brake.
- the safety net is preferably attached at statically recalculated points in the steam generator boiler or outside the steam generator boiler, depending on the geometry.
- the number of attachment points is selected so that the calculated fall load is derived from the attachment points.
- the safety net in particular exclusively, is attached to the membrane wall and / or a supporting structure of the membrane wall, in particular a steel frame, in particular directly, on two opposite sides.
- the safety net is rectangular, with two sides that are essentially parallel to each other being attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall. The other two, also opposite
- the safety net can preferably remain free. In this way, when a load hits the safety net in the area of the free sides, the safety net can bulge downward to a certain extent and thus slow down and absorb the falling load.
- it is also possible to fasten the safety net on all four sides to the membrane wall and / or a supporting structure of the membrane wall in particular by means of a drop brake.
- the membrane wall comprises the tubes and the webs or fins connecting the tubes.
- the support structure of the membrane wall is typically a steel structure arranged outside the interior, in particular made of steel girders, to which the membrane wall is also attached.
- the safety net is designed as a rectangle that is not equilateral, and thus has two short and two long sides opposite each other, the safety net is preferably connected to the membrane wall and / or the supporting structure of the membrane wall via the two short sides, which are elongated relative to the long sides are shorter, in particular in the ratio of short to long side of at least 1: 5, in particular of at least 1:10.
- the drop brake is generally arranged or clamped between the safety net and the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall. It thus represents the connecting element of the safety net to the diaphragm wall and / or to the supporting structure of the diaphragm wall.
- the fall arrester is already arranged so tightly that it does not have to tighten completely before tensile forces are applied to it before its braking function is triggered .
- the drop brake can be arranged at any point in the safety net.
- the drop brake has one end in the edge region of the safety net, in particular essentially in the middle of the opposite sides, and with its other end on the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall, in particular in the vertical direction above the safety net, is attached.
- the drop brake is attached to the safety net in the area that corresponds to the free sides of the membrane wall that are not attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure.
- the fall arrester thus attacks the safety net where the safety net can bend or arch down.
- the safety net is firmly attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall. This means that no elements need to be used to attach the safety net itself to the membrane wall and / or the support structure, which elements are themselves designed as a drop brake.
- the drop brake can therefore only be arranged in addition to this attachment.
- the safety net is attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall exclusively by means of drop brakes. In this case, for example, the securing of the safety net to the two opposite sides is also realized via drop brakes, which are arranged between these opposite sides and the membrane wall and / or the support structure.
- the additional drop brakes can be dispensed with.
- further fall brakes are provided, which are tensioned from the edge regions of the center or from a middle of a side edge of the safety net to the membrane wall and / or the support structure. In this way, the pulling force is distributed to a large number of drop brakes due to the falling load, the design of which can be correspondingly weaker and therefore cheaper. It is only important that the total number of drop brakes and their design is sufficient for the falling load.
- the drop brake has both a train brake for braking the fall of loads landing in the safety network and a train protection device, the train protection device being designed to substantially abruptly stop the case of loads landing in the safety network when the Braking capacity of the train brake is reached or exceeded.
- the train protection therefore serves in particular to prevent the drop brake from breaking completely. Since the loads to be transported and their respective potential drop height are already known when planning the work, the removable fall protection device according to the invention can be designed such that the strength of the Safety net and the drop brake is sufficient in any case to safely absorb the falling loads.
- the train protection can additionally be provided for this purpose, which is only used or only engages if the braking capacity of the train brake, for example of the belt absorber, is not sufficient to fully load the load brake and stop.
- the train protection is, for example, a rope, chain or band-shaped element made of an inflexible or rigid material, which essentially does not deform elastically or plastically even under the action of high tensile forces.
- the train protection is preferably arranged together with the train brake, that is to say attached to the same fastening points on the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall and the safety net as the train brake.
- the train brake can be designed such that its length extends when energy is absorbed from the fall of the loads.
- the train brake therefore has an initial length in which the train brake still has the full braking capacity.
- the train brake has an end length into which the train brake can be extended or irreversibly deformed, and which is greater than the initial length.
- the train protection has a length that corresponds to the end length of the train brake or is only slightly larger.
- the train protection is designed in such a way that it can safely absorb the entire falling load and divert the resulting forces into its fastening. If the train brake is pulled out to its final length when braking a falling load, the train protection is tightened. If the falling load pulls further down when the end length of the train brake is reached, the train protection system intervenes and stops the movement of the load and the safety net abruptly. The train protection is only intended as additional security, which should not be used at all. If, despite the well-considered design of the safety net and the train brake, their capacity is exceeded, the train protection system ensures that even in this special case, there is no danger to persons.
- the drop brake comprises a chain, for example made of steel, in addition to a train brake as a train safety device.
- a train brake as a train safety device.
- Other materials and designs are also conceivable.
- the drop brake has a vertical braking distance of at most 2.5 m, preferably at most 2.00 m, particularly preferably at most 1.5 m and very particularly preferably at most 1.25 m.
- the vertical braking distance refers in particular to the vertical distance between the positions of the lowest point of the safety net before and after the impact of a falling load. The lowest point of the safety net does not have to be in the same position in the horizontal plane before catching a falling load as after catching the load.
- the vertical braking distance therefore denotes the distance between two imaginary horizontal planes, one horizontal plane running through the lowest point of the safety net before the load is caught and the other through the lowest point of the safety net after the load is caught. If the safety net and the drop brake are designed in such a way that the vertical braking distance moves in the specified ranges, the falling load is particularly safely absorbed. For this, it is advantageous, for example, if the train brake is designed such that the linear extension of the train brake between the initial length and the end length is at most 2 m, preferably at most 1.75 m, particularly preferably at most 1.5 m and very particularly preferably at most 1. 25 m or 1.0 m.
- the drop brake or at least one of the drop brakes is arranged in addition to the arrangement in the vertical direction substantially above the safety net at an angle to the safety net or to a virtual horizontal plane, preferably in a range of 30 ° up to 60 °, in particular in a range from 40 ° to 50 °. Seen from the safety net, the fall brake thus slopes upwards in the direction of the membrane wall. This relative positioning enables optimal braking.
- the safety net can be attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall in various ways.
- the water or steam-carrying pipes of the membrane wall should not be damaged and should not be subjected to excessive stress by catching a falling load, in order to avoid the resulting damage.
- passages through the membrane wall are required for fastening the safety net, these will preferably be arranged in the webs connecting the pipes and / or in particular passages not leading through the pipe interior. In this area you can install the safety net holes are made relatively easily, which are simply closed again after the fall protection device has been removed, so that the membrane wall is tight again.
- the safety net is fastened to a fastening rope which is led outwards from the inside of the steam generator boiler through the membrane wall, and that on the outside of the membrane wall by means of a thimble and a thimble inserted through the thimble. preferably beam-shaped, lock is secured.
- a fastening rope which is led outwards from the inside of the steam generator boiler through the membrane wall, and that on the outside of the membrane wall by means of a thimble and a thimble inserted through the thimble. preferably beam-shaped, lock is secured.
- holes are provided in the webs for the fastening cable to pass through the membrane wall.
- the fastening rope is inserted through the membrane wall with both ends coming from the inside, so that a tab is formed on the inside of the membrane wall.
- the safety net is preferably attached to this tab, for example using suitable shackles.
- the outwardly projecting ends of the fastening rope can each be pressed with a thimble.
- a lock can then be inserted through both thimbles, which positively locks the thimbles and the fastening rope in the direction of the membrane wall or the interior of the steam generator boiler.
- the lock can be a steel tube, for example.
- two thimbles are provided for a fastening point with a fastening rope, through which the lock is inserted.
- the fastening rope preferably encompasses at least one tube of the membrane wall, but preferably at least two, in particular three or even more, tubes. The more pipes the fastening rope grips, the more pipes the potential pulling force caused by a falling load in the safety net is divided and diverted.
- the barrier is preferably in contact with a plurality of tubes of the membrane wall, for example with at least two, preferably with at least four, particularly preferably with at least six, very particularly preferably with at least eight. This also leads to particularly good power dissipation and prevents damage to the membrane wall.
- the drop brake For the attachment of the drop brake to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall, the same applies to the safety net. This applies to both the above and the following parts of the description.
- the safety net is fastened to several fastening points. This applies in particular to both sides to which the safety net is attached.
- the safety net on at least two, preferably at least three, particularly preferably at least four and very particularly preferably at least five fastening points on each of two mutually opposite sides, in particular with a fastening rope as described above, having.
- the fastening points are also preferably evenly spaced in the longitudinal direction of the respective side.
- the force dissipation is further preferably distributed in that the same lock is inserted through several thimbles.
- the lock rests on a large number of pipes, all of which contribute to dissipating the forces. It is therefore preferred that the safety net is fastened with thimbles by at least two fastening ropes, and that the lock is inserted through both thimbles, in particular through all thimbles arranged on one side of the safety net.
- This embodiment is not only characterized by a particularly advantageous power dissipation, but is also particularly simple and quick to install.
- a power plant in particular a fossil power plant, or a waste incineration plant with a steam generator boiler as described above.
- All of the features, advantages and effects of the steam generator boiler according to the invention described above also apply in a figurative sense to the power plant according to the invention or the waste incineration plant according to the invention. To avoid repetition, reference is therefore made to the above statements.
- the above-mentioned object is also achieved by a method for securing maintenance work on a steam generator boiler with a membrane wall at least partially surrounding an interior and a scaffold erected in this interior for maintenance purposes, the scaffold at least partially spaced from the membrane wall delimiting the interior is arranged so that there is at least one space between the frame and the membrane wall, as described below.
- a method for securing maintenance work on a steam generator boiler with a membrane wall at least partially surrounding an interior and a scaffold erected in this interior for maintenance purposes the scaffold at least partially spaced from the membrane wall delimiting the interior is arranged so that there is at least one space between the frame and the membrane wall, as described below.
- the method according to the invention comprises the steps: installing a removable fall protection device by opening a safety net that only spans the at least one space between the scaffold and the membrane wall for catching heavy falling loads in the steam generator boiler in an interior space at least partially surrounded by a membrane wall below a maintenance point at the Membrane wall of the steam generator boiler; Arranging at least one drop brake between the safety net and the membrane wall and / or a support structure of the membrane wall, the drop brake being designed to brake the case of loads landing in the safety net; and dismantling the removable fall protection device after carrying out the maintenance work to release the interior of the steam generator boiler.
- the term “maintenance work” also includes only the simple one Transporting a heavy load.
- the method according to the invention is also based on the basic idea that by using a fall arrester a sufficiently flexible safety net can be used, which, because of its small dimensions and to cover only the spaces between the scaffold and the membrane wall, can be quickly and easily assembled and dismantled economically which, with the help of the drop brake, is at the same time sufficiently strong to be able to stop the heavy falling loads with absolute certainty.
- Another preferred step of the method according to the invention is to equip the drop brake with both a train brake for braking the fall of loads landing in the safety network and a train protection device for stopping the fall of loads landing in the safety network if the braking capacity of the train brake is exceeded. Since the safety of the workers is paramount, this additional security measure is also preferably carried out in the method according to the invention.
- the removable fall protection device that is to say in particular the safety net and / or the fall brake
- the method preferably also includes braking the fall of a load landing on the safety net by the train brake, and in particular stopping the case in the event that the brake capacity of the train brake is reached or exceeded a load landing on the safety net by the train protection.
- the at least one hole in the web of the membrane wall is closed in particular.
- FIG. 1 shows a steam generator boiler 1 with a membrane wall 5.
- the steam generator boiler 1 has different areas. For example, it comprises an evaporator 2, in which the tubes of the membrane wall 5 are typically arranged obliquely and predominantly contain water or a mixture of water and steam.
- the membrane wall 5 also has a superheater 3, for example, in which the tubes are typically arranged vertically and only carry steam.
- a discharge 4 At the lower end of the steam generator boiler 1 there is a discharge 4, in the area of which the firing also takes place.
- the discharge 4 is usually funnel-shaped in order to collect sinking solids, for example residues from the combustion.
- preheated water is fed into the tubes in the lower region of the membrane wall 5, which heats up on the way up and at some point changes into steam, which is then overheated.
- This superheated steam is then used to produce electricity, for example in a turbine (not shown).
- FIG. 2 shows a section of the steam generator boiler 1 with detachable fall protection device arranged in its interior for securing such work, for example in the area of the superheater 3.
- a framework 12 indicated by a broken line is constructed, from which maintenance work is carried out on the membrane wall 5.
- the scaffold 12 is, for example, on a floor that can be installed for maintenance purposes.
- the scaffold 12 is spaced horizontally on three sides from the membrane wall 5 in the horizontal direction, thereby creating a space.
- the scaffold 12 can also be constructed in such a way that an intermediate space is only one, two or all Sides of the membrane wall 5 is formed.
- This scaffold 12 is specially constructed for maintenance work in the interior of the boiler 1 and dismantled again before the boiler is started up.
- the removable fall protection device spans this intermediate space, in particular exclusively, and comprises a safety net 6 which has a rectangular shape and is stretched along one side of the interior of the steam generator boiler 1.
- the extent of the safety net 6 essentially corresponds to the size of the space between the frame 12 and the membrane wall 5, in particular in a virtual horizontal plane.
- the safety net 6 is arranged under an area of the steam generator boiler 1 in which loads, in particular also heavy loads, are transported, for example by means of a crane, for example replacement segments of the membrane wall. There is also work to be done under the safety net 6, which is why there are also people here who have to be protected against an uncontrolled falling of the heavy load.
- the safety net 6 is connected on two opposite sides, in particular the short sides (“short sides” or “narrow sides”), via net fastenings 9 to the membrane wall 5 or a scaffold of the steam generator boiler 1 located behind it and fastened thereon. These are described in more detail below. It is important that the safety net 6 can only be attached to the membrane wall 5 on its two opposite sides, so that the other two, in particular the two long sides (“long sides”) of the safety net 6 are free. In this way, the safety net 6 can bend or arch to a certain extent when a load falls on the safety net 6 from above. This is in Figure 2 indicated by the downwardly curved, dashed position of the safety net 6. The route that bulges the safety net 6 vertically downward is also referred to as the vertical braking route L.
- the safety net 6 is held by a total of four fall brakes 7 in the exemplary embodiment shown.
- the drop brakes 7 are fastened to the safety net 6 in the area of the safety net 6 that can arch the most vertically downwards via brake fasteners 11.
- the drop brakes 7 are attached to the edge of the safety net 6, namely two drop brakes 7 on the opposite sides of the safety net 6, ie towards its narrow sides. From the brake fasteners 11 in the middle of the safety net 6, the drop brakes 7 are guided upwards or above the safety net 6 and fastened with their upper end via brake stops 10 to the membrane wall 5 or a framework of the membrane wall located behind it.
- the two drop brakes 7 fastened on the same side of the safety net 6 are on different, in particular opposite sides of the Steam generator boiler 1 attached to the membrane wall 5 and / or a framework of the membrane wall.
- Two of the drop brakes 7 fastened on opposite sides of the safety net 6 are fastened to the same side of the steam generator boiler 1 and are clamped essentially parallel to one another between the membrane wall 5 and the safety net 6.
- the brake stops 10 of the two drop brakes 7 fastened on the same membrane wall 5 or on the same side of the steam generator boiler 1 are therefore essentially as far apart from one another as the opposite brake fastenings 11 on the safety net 6.
- the distance therefore essentially corresponds to the narrow side of the safety net 6
- the longitudinal brakes 7 thus extend at an angle W to a horizontal plane, for example the (essentially) plane of the safety net. This is preferably in a range from 30 ° to 60 °, and very particularly preferably in a range of 40 ° up to 50 °.
- the angle W of all drop brakes 7 is preferably identical.
- the drop brakes 7 each comprise a train brake 20 and preferably a train safety device 8.
- the train brake 20 is, for example, a belt fall damper and is designed to brake the fall of a load in steps or suddenly or continuously.
- the train brake 20 brakes the fall of the load while the load has already landed on the safety net 6 and pushes it downward.
- the braking function of the train brake 20 thus begins when the load has landed on the safety net 6.
- the tension brake 20 is tensioned relatively taut between the brake stop 10 and the brake attachment 11.
- the train brake 20 is tensioned essentially at an angle W of 45 ° starting from the brake attachment 11 up to the brake stop 10.
- the pull brakes 20 are, for example, in loops with self-sewn nylon bands.

Description
The invention relates to a steam generator boiler of a large steam generator, in particular a power plant or a waste incineration plant. In addition, the invention relates to a power plant, in particular a fossil power plant, or a waste incineration plant with such a steam generator boiler and a method for securing maintenance work on a steam generator boiler.
Industrial steam generator boilers are typically structures made of suitable metals and metal alloys in the order of magnitude of multi-storey houses. If, for example, heavier components are transported, work must not be carried out under these parts during transport until the heavy parts have been adequately fixed by mounting them on the steam generator boiler. In particular, the membrane walls are usually prefabricated piece by piece and assembled at the construction site. This often extends over the entire height of the steam generator boiler and is used, for example, to remove the membrane walls from residues of combustion, slag or similar. to clean. The framework is usually arranged in such a way that it is at least partially spaced from the membrane wall in the horizontal direction, so that a distance or space is formed between the membrane wall and the framework, in particular in the horizontal direction, typically for example with a horizontal distance length of at least 30 cm and / or a maximum of 200 cm. Such gaps are particularly dangerous in the event of a heavy load falling from above for people working in the steam generator boiler, especially when, for example, membrane wall segments to be replaced, which can often have a weight of several tons, are lifted in this area with a crane.
Against this background, it is the object of the invention to provide a possibility of how work can also continue in the transport of heavy loads in those areas of the construction site over which these heavy loads are transported. The top priority must of course be occupational safety, so that it must not be possible for people to be injured by falling loads. Basically, it is therefore the object of the invention To increase the cost-effectiveness of the construction and maintenance of steam generator boilers, in particular when carrying out maintenance work with a temporary maintenance structure in the interior of the boiler.
This object is achieved by a steam generator boiler, a power plant or a waste incineration plant and a method according to the independent claims. Preferred developments are specified in the dependent claims.
Specifically, the solution is achieved in a steam generator boiler mentioned at the outset with a scaffold erected for maintenance purposes in the interior, the scaffold being at least partially spaced apart in the horizontal direction from the membrane wall delimiting the interior, so that at least one, in particular one in the horizontal direction and in particular also in the vertical direction Over the height of the scaffold, there is a space between the scaffold and the membrane wall, in that the steam generator boiler has a removable fall protection device that includes a safety net for catching heavy falling loads in the steam generator boiler, the safety net being arranged only where that The scaffold is spaced from the membrane wall or is positioned exclusively in or within the space between the membrane wall and the scaffold, and wherein the safety net is held by at least one drop brake, which is designed to slow down the case of loads landing in the safety network. In the area under the fall protection device, the closed stages can even be dispensed with in extreme cases. The fall protection device according to the invention thus absorbs, in particular heavy, loads that fall from above in the space between the scaffold and the membrane wall, reduces their fall speed and prevents their further crash. Personal injury and damage to the construction site are avoided. In the present case, heavy loads refer to loads with a weight of more than 50 kg, which can also be distinguished in particular by the fact that they can no longer be absorbed by the normally used closed platforms in the construction site area of the steam generator boiler. Heavy loads according to the present application can, however, in particular also be heavy up to several tons. So far, the opinion prevailed that such heavy loads cannot reasonably be safely absorbed during maintenance work on a membrane wall, at least not with a device that meets the further requirements at a construction site for a steam generator boiler. For example, in particular the interior of the steam generator boiler, which is formed by the membrane wall, must be free for many assembly work and not least during operation, so that a permanent installation of a fall protection device in this area is out of the question. However, if, for example, a simple steel net is used to collect the heavy loads, this should be in the interior of the steam generator boiler completely spanning manner, the corresponding steel nets or their steel cables would have to have a diameter of well over 12 mm in order to ensure adequate security. On the one hand, this would limit the flexibility of the network in such a way that assembly and disassembly would be so time-consuming that the economics of saving time would be offset by the possible parallelization of work. On the other hand, such a network is very complex to set up and dismantle, so that there has usually been no such measure. In other words, it would of course have been technically possible to install devices inside steam generator boilers on construction sites in order to absorb heavy loads. However, such devices have so far been more complex and expensive than having to take a break from work under the heavy loads being transported. It is therefore also an essential point of the invention that the safety net is arranged only in the area or in the space between the membrane wall and the scaffold. The safety net thus spans only a small part of the interior of the steam generator boiler, in particular at the edge of the interior, and is therefore considerably smaller than, for example, a safety net that would span the entire interior. Due to the smaller dimensions, the safety net can be quickly and easily set up and taken down again, which significantly increases cost-effectiveness.
The basic finding of the present invention is that, contrary to the previous opinion, it is still possible to use a safety net in the interior of the steam generator boiler, which was not previously considered to be economical, as long as this safety net is additionally held by at least one emergency brake, the function of which is that Falling movement of falling, especially heavy, loads that hit the safety net to be braked comparatively gently. By continuously braking the fall of the heavy load through the fall brake, such load peaks are damped and avoided. The drop brakes according to the invention therefore differ significantly in technical training and function from conventional fastenings for safety nets, for example steel cables. In addition, only the use of at least one drop brake allows the safety net to be carried out comparatively easily. Conventional safety nets have to be at maximum Resilience are designed to be significantly oversized in order to be able to intercept the load peaks described above. A fall brake brakes the fall so that occurring load peaks can be significantly reduced, which in turn allows the safety net to be designed to be easier and therefore quicker to install and remove. By using these drop brakes, it is possible to design the safety net to be less massive and in such a way that it is flexible enough to be set up and dismantled quickly and easily. The invention therefore makes it possible for the first time to set up a removable fall protection device suitable for the present application, which can be dismantled after the heavy loads have been transported, so that the interior of the steam generator boiler can be released for further assembly work. At the same time, the assembly and disassembly of the fall protection device according to the invention is possible so quickly and easily that, despite the additional work with the fall protection device, the economy of the construction site increases due to the parallelization of work, in particular in the area under the transported heavy load. The fall protection device according to the invention is installed in particular only during the transport of heavy loads, that is to say it is attached before the transports and removed after the transports, ie in maintenance phases, for example, in which heavy loads in the interior of the steam generator boiler have to be moved in higher areas. At the same time, the interaction of the safety net and the emergency brake is sufficient to confidently absorb the heavy loads, so that personal injury is excluded.
The safety nets according to the invention are particularly suitable for securing the gaps present between the framework arranged in the interior of the steam generator boiler and the membrane wall. Such a space thus represents a horizontal distance between the scaffold and the membrane wall, which extends upwards in the vertical direction, in particular from the bottom of the boiler or a floor level. In these areas in particular, people working below, for example on the scaffolding, must be protected against falling heavy loads. It is therefore preferably provided that an installation height of the safety net in the interior surrounded by the membrane wall corresponds at most to an overall height of the scaffold. The safety net is therefore preferably arranged in the vertical direction at the level of the scaffold or next to it. The space between the scaffold and the membrane wall is spanned by the safety net, so that heavy loads falling in the interior of the boiler are reliably braked and intercepted in addition to the scaffold. In particular, this type of construction precludes a load, particularly a heavy one, from falling down to the ground between the scaffolding and the net.
Sie entsprechen bevorzugt der Stahlseilnorm DIN EN 12385-4.Both the safety net and the emergency brake are adapted to the respective application. In particular, the transport height and the weight of the heavy load, both of which are known in advance, are used to determine the respectively necessary design of the safety net and the emergency brake. The safety net and the drop brake must be designed in such a way that the drop weight of the load is braked with absolute certainty in the event of a failure of the lifting gear, for example on the crane, and the further fall is prevented. The safety net consists, for example, of a steel mesh with a previously defined or calculated cross-section. The cross section of the steel cables of the safety net has to be large enough on the one hand to be able to absorb and carry the heavy load with the help of the fall arrester, on the other hand the cross section should be as small as possible so that the steel cables and the safety net have the greatest possible flexibility, which means that the rapid assembly and disassembly of the fall protection device according to the invention is made possible. It is therefore preferred that the safety net comprises steel cables, the diameter of which is at most 12 mm, preferably at most 10 mm, particularly preferably at most 8 mm and very particularly preferably at most 6 mm. The actual dimensioning is calculated for each application. The individual steel cables are connected to a network, for example, by crimping and / or screwing connections. They preferably comply with the steel cord standard DIN EN 12385-4.
A plurality of drop brakes, in particular drop brakes engaging on opposite edge regions of the safety net, are preferably provided in order to enable the falling heavy load to be intercepted evenly over the safety net.
The safety net is preferably attached at statically recalculated points in the steam generator boiler or outside the steam generator boiler, depending on the geometry. The number of attachment points is selected so that the calculated fall load is derived from the attachment points.
It is preferred if the safety net, in particular exclusively, is attached to the membrane wall and / or a supporting structure of the membrane wall, in particular a steel frame, in particular directly, on two opposite sides. For example, the safety net is rectangular, with two sides that are essentially parallel to each other being attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall. The other two, also opposite On the other hand, the safety net can preferably remain free. In this way, when a load hits the safety net in the area of the free sides, the safety net can bulge downward to a certain extent and thus slow down and absorb the falling load. However, it is also possible to fasten the safety net on all four sides to the membrane wall and / or a supporting structure of the membrane wall, in particular by means of a drop brake. Alternatively, it is also possible to attach all four sides of the safety net to two opposite sides of the membrane wall and / or a support structure of the membrane wall. The membrane wall comprises the tubes and the webs or fins connecting the tubes. The support structure of the membrane wall is typically a steel structure arranged outside the interior, in particular made of steel girders, to which the membrane wall is also attached.
If the safety net is designed as a rectangle that is not equilateral, and thus has two short and two long sides opposite each other, the safety net is preferably connected to the membrane wall and / or the supporting structure of the membrane wall via the two short sides, which are elongated relative to the long sides are shorter, in particular in the ratio of short to long side of at least 1: 5, in particular of at least 1:10.
The drop brake is generally arranged or clamped between the safety net and the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall. It thus represents the connecting element of the safety net to the diaphragm wall and / or to the supporting structure of the diaphragm wall. In particular, the fall arrester is already arranged so tightly that it does not have to tighten completely before tensile forces are applied to it before its braking function is triggered . In principle, the drop brake can be arranged at any point in the safety net. However, it is preferred if the drop brake has one end in the edge region of the safety net, in particular essentially in the middle of the opposite sides, and with its other end on the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall, in particular in the vertical direction above the safety net, is attached. In other words, the drop brake is attached to the safety net in the area that corresponds to the free sides of the membrane wall that are not attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure. The fall arrester thus attacks the safety net where the safety net can bend or arch down. In particular, it is precisely this movement of the safety net, triggered by a load falling on the safety net, that is to be braked and finally stopped by the emergency brake, as a result of which the emergency brake loads the safety network significantly reduced. Connecting the drop brake to the edge of the safety net, and not in the middle of its surface, has the advantage that the center of the safety net bulges downward more than the edge areas, as a result of which the load is safely caught in the middle of the safety net. This prevents the safety net from tilting, which could cause the load to fall further past the safety net.
It is generally sufficient if the safety net is firmly attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall. This means that no elements need to be used to attach the safety net itself to the membrane wall and / or the support structure, which elements are themselves designed as a drop brake. The drop brake can therefore only be arranged in addition to this attachment. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, however, it is provided that the safety net is attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall exclusively by means of drop brakes. In this case, for example, the securing of the safety net to the two opposite sides is also realized via drop brakes, which are arranged between these opposite sides and the membrane wall and / or the support structure. If the safety net is connected in this way directly to the membrane wall and / or the support structure via drop brakes, the additional drop brakes can be dispensed with. In a further preferred embodiment, however, in addition to the fastening of the safety net via fall brakes, further fall brakes are provided, which are tensioned from the edge regions of the center or from a middle of a side edge of the safety net to the membrane wall and / or the support structure. In this way, the pulling force is distributed to a large number of drop brakes due to the falling load, the design of which can be correspondingly weaker and therefore cheaper. It is only important that the total number of drop brakes and their design is sufficient for the falling load.
As already mentioned at the beginning, the safety of people on the construction site is the top priority for the invention. Under no circumstances should the speed of work be increased at the risk of endangering people. For this reason, it is preferred if the drop brake has both a train brake for braking the fall of loads landing in the safety network and a train protection device, the train protection device being designed to substantially abruptly stop the case of loads landing in the safety network when the Braking capacity of the train brake is reached or exceeded. The train protection therefore serves in particular to prevent the drop brake from breaking completely. Since the loads to be transported and their respective potential drop height are already known when planning the work, the removable fall protection device according to the invention can be designed such that the strength of the Safety net and the drop brake is sufficient in any case to safely absorb the falling loads. In order to make the safeguarding according to the invention even safer, the train protection can additionally be provided for this purpose, which is only used or only engages if the braking capacity of the train brake, for example of the belt absorber, is not sufficient to fully load the load brake and stop. The train protection is, for example, a rope, chain or band-shaped element made of an inflexible or rigid material, which essentially does not deform elastically or plastically even under the action of high tensile forces. The train protection is preferably arranged together with the train brake, that is to say attached to the same fastening points on the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall and the safety net as the train brake. As has already been explained, the train brake can be designed such that its length extends when energy is absorbed from the fall of the loads. The train brake therefore has an initial length in which the train brake still has the full braking capacity. In addition, the train brake has an end length into which the train brake can be extended or irreversibly deformed, and which is greater than the initial length. When the train brake reaches its final length, the entire braking capacity is used up and the train brake can essentially not be extended any further. It is therefore preferred that the train protection has a length that corresponds to the end length of the train brake or is only slightly larger. When installing the fall protection device, the train safety device is therefore longer than the train brake by the difference between the end length and the start length of the train brake and therefore sags. In particular, the train protection is designed in such a way that it can safely absorb the entire falling load and divert the resulting forces into its fastening.
It can thus be provided, for example, that the drop brake comprises a chain, for example made of steel, in addition to a train brake as a train safety device. Other materials and designs are also conceivable.
The maximum deflection of the safety net downwards when the load hits must also be determined in advance and adapted to the circumstances. This also results in the start and end lengths of the train brake and the length of the train protection. It is preferred if the drop brake has a vertical braking distance of at most 2.5 m, preferably at most 2.00 m, particularly preferably at most 1.5 m and very particularly preferably at most 1.25 m. The vertical braking distance refers in particular to the vertical distance between the positions of the lowest point of the safety net before and after the impact of a falling load. The lowest point of the safety net does not have to be in the same position in the horizontal plane before catching a falling load as after catching the load. The vertical braking distance therefore denotes the distance between two imaginary horizontal planes, one horizontal plane running through the lowest point of the safety net before the load is caught and the other through the lowest point of the safety net after the load is caught.
In addition or alternatively, it is preferred if the drop brake or at least one of the drop brakes, with respect to its longitudinal extension, is arranged in addition to the arrangement in the vertical direction substantially above the safety net at an angle to the safety net or to a virtual horizontal plane, preferably in a range of 30 ° up to 60 °, in particular in a range from 40 ° to 50 °. Seen from the safety net, the fall brake thus slopes upwards in the direction of the membrane wall. This relative positioning enables optimal braking.
In principle, the safety net can be attached to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall in various ways. On the one hand, however, it should be noted that the water or steam-carrying pipes of the membrane wall should not be damaged and should not be subjected to excessive stress by catching a falling load, in order to avoid the resulting damage. If, for example, passages through the membrane wall are required for fastening the safety net, these will preferably be arranged in the webs connecting the pipes and / or in particular passages not leading through the pipe interior. In this area you can install the safety net holes are made relatively easily, which are simply closed again after the fall protection device has been removed, so that the membrane wall is tight again. Specifically, for fastening the safety net, it can be provided that the safety net is fastened to a fastening rope which is led outwards from the inside of the steam generator boiler through the membrane wall, and that on the outside of the membrane wall by means of a thimble and a thimble inserted through the thimble. preferably beam-shaped, lock is secured. As described, holes are provided in the webs for the fastening cable to pass through the membrane wall. In particular, the fastening rope is inserted through the membrane wall with both ends coming from the inside, so that a tab is formed on the inside of the membrane wall. The safety net is preferably attached to this tab, for example using suitable shackles. The outwardly projecting ends of the fastening rope can each be pressed with a thimble. A lock can then be inserted through both thimbles, which positively locks the thimbles and the fastening rope in the direction of the membrane wall or the interior of the steam generator boiler. The lock can be a steel tube, for example. In this embodiment, two thimbles are provided for a fastening point with a fastening rope, through which the lock is inserted. The fastening rope preferably encompasses at least one tube of the membrane wall, but preferably at least two, in particular three or even more, tubes. The more pipes the fastening rope grips, the more pipes the potential pulling force caused by a falling load in the safety net is divided and diverted. From the outside, too, the barrier is preferably in contact with a plurality of tubes of the membrane wall, for example with at least two, preferably with at least four, particularly preferably with at least six, very particularly preferably with at least eight. This also leads to particularly good power dissipation and prevents damage to the membrane wall. For the attachment of the drop brake to the membrane wall and / or the support structure of the membrane wall, the same applies to the safety net. This applies to both the above and the following parts of the description.
In order to distribute the derivation of the acting forces from the safety net to the membrane wall or the supporting structure of the membrane wall as well as possible, it is preferred if the safety net is fastened to several fastening points. This applies in particular to both sides to which the safety net is attached. In particular, it is provided that the safety net on at least two, preferably at least three, particularly preferably at least four and very particularly preferably at least five fastening points on each of two mutually opposite sides, in particular with a fastening rope as described above, having. The fastening points are also preferably evenly spaced in the longitudinal direction of the respective side. The force dissipation is further preferably distributed in that the same lock is inserted through several thimbles. For example, the lock rests on a large number of pipes, all of which contribute to dissipating the forces. It is therefore preferred that the safety net is fastened with thimbles by at least two fastening ropes, and that the lock is inserted through both thimbles, in particular through all thimbles arranged on one side of the safety net. This embodiment is not only characterized by a particularly advantageous power dissipation, but is also particularly simple and quick to install.
The above-mentioned object is also achieved by a power plant, in particular a fossil power plant, or a waste incineration plant with a steam generator boiler as described above. All of the features, advantages and effects of the steam generator boiler according to the invention described above also apply in a figurative sense to the power plant according to the invention or the waste incineration plant according to the invention. To avoid repetition, reference is therefore made to the above statements.
In addition, the above-mentioned object is also achieved by a method for securing maintenance work on a steam generator boiler with a membrane wall at least partially surrounding an interior and a scaffold erected in this interior for maintenance purposes, the scaffold at least partially spaced from the membrane wall delimiting the interior is arranged so that there is at least one space between the frame and the membrane wall, as described below. With regard to the method according to the invention, reference is also made to the above statements regarding the steam generator boiler. All the features, advantages and effects of the steam generator boiler according to the invention in the figurative sense also apply to the method. The method according to the invention comprises the steps: installing a removable fall protection device by opening a safety net that only spans the at least one space between the scaffold and the membrane wall for catching heavy falling loads in the steam generator boiler in an interior space at least partially surrounded by a membrane wall below a maintenance point at the Membrane wall of the steam generator boiler; Arranging at least one drop brake between the safety net and the membrane wall and / or a support structure of the membrane wall, the drop brake being designed to brake the case of loads landing in the safety net; and dismantling the removable fall protection device after carrying out the maintenance work to release the interior of the steam generator boiler. In the present case, the term “maintenance work” also includes only the simple one Transporting a heavy load. The method according to the invention is also based on the basic idea that by using a fall arrester a sufficiently flexible safety net can be used, which, because of its small dimensions and to cover only the spaces between the scaffold and the membrane wall, can be quickly and easily assembled and dismantled economically which, with the help of the drop brake, is at the same time sufficiently strong to be able to stop the heavy falling loads with absolute certainty.
Another preferred step of the method according to the invention is to equip the drop brake with both a train brake for braking the fall of loads landing in the safety network and a train protection device for stopping the fall of loads landing in the safety network if the braking capacity of the train brake is exceeded. Since the safety of the workers is paramount, this additional security measure is also preferably carried out in the method according to the invention.
To attach the removable fall protection device, that is to say in particular the safety net and / or the fall brake, it is also possible to provide at least one hole in the membrane wall, in particular in the webs connecting the pipes. This is preferably followed by passing a fastening rope through the at least one hole and in particular fastening the fastening rope to the membrane wall by means of a lock, in particular a lock inserted through at least one thimble of the fastening rope and / or fastening the fastening rope to the supporting structure of the membrane wall. If a heavy load actually falls during the maintenance work on the steam generator boiler, the method preferably also includes braking the fall of a load landing on the safety net by the train brake, and in particular stopping the case in the event that the brake capacity of the train brake is reached or exceeded a load landing on the safety net by the train protection. After the maintenance work has been completed and the removable fall protection device has been dismantled, the at least one hole in the web of the membrane wall is closed in particular.

So that a falling load can be reliably absorbed by the
The
