Claims (9)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Befestigung eines Pfosten (7) an einem Gitter (3), die Vorrichtung enthält ein Teil (4), das Befestigungselemente (5) an einem unteren Teil des Pfostens (7) umfasst sowie mindestens eine erste Spannzange (10), die dazu bestimmt ist, einen Draht (11) des Gitters (3) zu umschließen und daran befestigt zu werden, diese Spannzange (10) unterliegt Betätigungselementen (12) zum Schließen, die Betätigungselemente (12) enthalten eine Gewindestange (13), die am hinteren Teil der Zange (10) befestigt ist und durch eine im Teil (4) ausgesparte Öffnung führt, sowie eine Mutter (14), die um die Stange (13) herum angeordnet ist, auf der anderen Seite des Teils (4) bezogen auf die Zange (10), das Teil (4) enthält zwei Elemente (15), herausragend in Richtung und beiderseits der Spannzange (10), die Elemente (15) haben einen Abstand voneinander, so dass beim Anziehen der Mutter (14) die Zange (10) zwischen die beiden Elemente (15) eindringen kann, und so das Schließen der Zange (10) veranlasst.
  2. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (4) mindestens eine Kerbe (16) in Querrichtung enthält, die auf einen horizontalen Draht (11) des Gitters (3) aufgesetzt wird.
  3. Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannzange (10) so ausgerichtet ist, dass sie an einem vertikalen Draht (11) des Gitters (3) befestigt werden kann, und das Teil (4) die Form eines länglichen Profils in « U » - Form hat, dessen Arme die herausragenden Elemente (15) bilden, mit denen die Zange (10) geschlossen werden kann.
  4. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (4) mindestens eine zweite Zange (19) enthält, die ähnlich der ersten Zange (10) ist und vertikal unter der ersten Zange (10) angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spannzange (10, 19) aus einem einzigen Blechteil geformt ist, in « U » - Form geschnitten und geformt, dessen Arme (17) nach außen geneigt sind, die freien Enden der Arme (17) haben eine Hakenform und die Gewindestange (13) ist auf der Basis in « U » - Form, entgegengesetzt zu den Armen (17) befestigt.
  6. Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backen der Zange (10) jeweils eine Kerbe (18) aufweisen, ausgespart in einer orthogonalen Richtung bezogen auf die Annäherungsrichtung der Backen der Zange (10), die zur Aufnahme des Drahts (11) des Gitters (3) bestimmt ist.
  7. Geländer (2) dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es mindestens einen Pfosten (7) und eine Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) nach einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 enthält, die im unteren Teil des Pfostens (7) befestigt ist.
  8. Geländer (2) nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (1) anderseits an einem Gitter (3) befestigt ist, das einen abgeknickten unteren Teil enthält, der in den Boden eingegraben werden soll.
  9. Geländer (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vertikale Pfosten (7) einen quaderförmigen Querschnitt hat und mindestens zwei seitliche, durchführende Öffnungen aufweist und die Befestigungsvorrichtung (1) zwei Endflügel (8) enthält, die vorstehen, um seitlich den Pfosten (7) zu umspannen, die beiden Flügel (8) verfügen über zwei durchführende Öffnungen (9), die den Öffnungen des Pfostens (7) entsprechen, zur Durchführung der Befestigungsschraube.
