Claims (9)

  1. Capsule (1) pour la préparation de boissons à infusion ou à matière soluble, comprenant un gobelet (2) adapté pour définir un volume intérieur (V) pour contenir au moins une substance (11) destinée à être infusée ou dissoute,
    le gobelet (2) étant fermé en haut par un recouvrement (6) et pourvu :
    sur le côté opposé du recouvrement (6), d'une ouverture (31) pour la sortie de la boisson infusée ; à l'intérieur, d'une base (33) ayant des reliefs s'étendant vers le recouvrement (6) ;
    à l'intérieur, d'un disque de scellement (5) fixé entre le volume intérieur (V) et les reliefs, adapté pour sceller la capsule (1) en bas ;
    la base (33) comprenant un labyrinthe (30) ayant une pluralité de parties de labyrinthe (320) adaptées pour empêcher le passage par capillarité de la boisson infusée vers l'ouverture (31), lorsque la pression à l'intérieur de la capsule (1) descend en-dessous d'une valeur seuil ;
    caractérisée en ce que le labyrinthe (30) comprend une pluralité de canaux capillaires (321), chaque canal (321) étant défini entre deux parties de labyrinthe (30) adjacentes et fermé en haut par le disque de scellement (5), la section transversale des canaux capillaires (321) étant entre 0,01 mm2 et 0,3 mm2, de préférence entre 0,08 mm2 et 0,15 mm2,
    et en ce que chaque partie de labyrinthe (320) s'étend radialement par rapport à la base (33) entre un enfoncement de collecte (330), défini entre un bord extérieur (360) et le labyrinthe (30), et un enfoncement de transport 340), défini entre le labyrinthe (30) et une partie centrale (310), et en ce que chaque canal capillaire (321) relie l'enfoncement de collecte (330) à l'enfoncement de transport (340).
  2. Capsule (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, la section transversale du canal capillaire (321) étant définie en termes de largeur (b) et de hauteur (h), la largeur (b) est entre 0,1 mm et 0,5 mm et la hauteur (h) est entre 0,1 mm et 0,6 mm.
  3. Capsule (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la longueur (LC) du canal capillaire (321), mesurée comme la distance, en chemin, entre une entrée (326) et une sortie (327) est supérieure à la longueur (LL) du labyrinthe (30) mesurée comme distance radiale (LL) entre l'entrée (326) et la sortie (327).
  4. Capsule (1) selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le rapport entre la longueur (LC) du canal capillaire (321) et la longueur (LL) du labyrinthe (30) est entre 1,5 et 5, de préférence entre 2 et 3.
  5. Capsule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le labyrinthe (30) comprend un nombre de canaux capillaires (321) entre 10 et 40, de préférence entre 20 et 30.
  6. Capsule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le canal capillaire (321) présente une forme en zigzag ou en « onde carrée » ou en ligne sinueuse.
  7. Capsule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le canal capillaire (321) présente une forme tortueuse, c'est-à-dire comprend une pluralité de courbes angulaires, de préférence à angles de 90°.
  8. Capsule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, pour chaque canal capillaire (321), une entrée (326) et une sortie (327) étant définies, tous les canaux capillaires (321) coulent vers une banque (9), c'est-à-dire un relief agencé de façon circonférentielle entre le labyrinthe (30) et l'ouverture (31) pour la sortie de la boisson infusée.
  9. Capsule (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le disque (5) est fixé de façon retirable sur un bord (360) de la base (33) afin de se séparer de celle-ci au moins partiellement à la suite de l'augmentation de pression à l'intérieur de la capsule (1) et en ce que l'ouverture de la capsule (1) pour la sortie de la boisson infusée se fait par déformation du disque (5) comme résultat de la pression exercée par le fluide à l'intérieur de la capsule (1).
