  • the first fastening element for example a screw
  • the functional material is only partially upgraded by means of a blocking device, a break-in is delayed and such a blocking device achieves improved protection against break-ins.
  • a mounting set which achieves an assembly of a frame on a reveal of a wall with improved burglar protection and little effort in that the frame is not only fastened by inserting a first fastening element into a functional material, but also that a Blocking device (preferably adjacent to the functional material) for upgrading the functional material is mounted.
  • the blocking device is at least partially penetrated by the first fastening element and strengthens the functional material in such a way that when attempting to forcibly break out part of the functional material in the area of the first fastening element, the frame cannot simply be levered out of the reveal. Rather, an intruder still has to dismantle the blocking device for this.
  • a burglar becomes when the blocking device is released from the first fastening element and when it is removed the blocking device from the wall thus lose further time, which at least delays the attempted break-in in time.
  • a functional material can be upgraded with simple means to increase the security against burglary, without the installation of a frame (for example in the area of the insulation level of a building) being impaired or a high installation or material effort being required for this.
  • An exemplary embodiment of the invention makes it possible, in particular, to upgrade front-wall mounting systems using functional material in such a way that they can also be used in the area of burglar resistance in class RC 2.
  • the aim is to hold off the burglar for as long as possible; in burglar class RC 2, for example, it is 3 minutes.
  • a blocking device to a pre-wall mounting system, for example in the form of a profile strip attached to the reveal (for example made of metal or fiber-reinforced plastic), in which the frame (in particular a window frame) is attached (in particular screwed) in addition to the functional material, a sufficient Resistance time can be achieved.
  • the frame, including the window or door can still be exchanged with little effort if necessary.
  • Front-wall mounting systems can thus be upgraded to be burglar-resistant regardless of the functional material used.
  • the blocking device can be arranged relative to the functional material and the frame in such a way that the first fastening element can be introduced first through the frame and then through the blocking device and then into the functional material.
  • the blocking device can be spatially be interposed between the frame and the functional material, so that the first fastening element, designed for example as a screw, is first guided through the frame, then through the blocking device and finally into the functional material. This allows a simple assembly of the blocking device by a user without a significantly increased assembly effort compared to a conventional assembly of the frame.
  • Such an embodiment is for example in Figure 1 shown and can be installed particularly easily and intuitively by a user.
  • the blocking device can be or can be arranged relative to the functional material and the frame in such a way that the first fastening element can be introduced first through the frame and then through the functional material and finally into the blocking device.
  • the first fastening element is inserted by a fitter first through the frame, then through the functional material and only then into the blocking device.
  • Figure 2 Such an embodiment is in Figure 2 shown and also allows easy attachment of the blocking device to the outer surface of the wall.
  • the assembly set can have a second fastening element, wherein the blocking device can be arranged relative to the functional material, the frame and the wall or is arranged so that the second fastening element can be introduced into the wall through the blocking device.
  • the blocking device is not only connected to the functional material, but it can also be attached to the wall. As a result, it is also necessary for a burglar to dismantle the blocking device from the wall before levering the frame out of the wall after the functional material has been destroyed.
  • the second fastening element can be inserted directly into the soffit using the blocking device, which keeps the installation effort low while further increasing the security against break-ins . If, on the other hand, the first fastening element is first inserted through the frame, then through the functional material and only subsequently into the blocking device (as also described above), the blocking device can be installed on the wall by means of the second fastening element in the area of the vertical outer surface of the wall.
  • the blocking device can have or consist of a plate (in particular with at least one through hole).
  • a plate in particular with at least one through hole.

  • a free end of the first fastening element can additionally be fixed with a mechanical fixing structure.
  • a lock nut can be fitted or unscrewed when the free end of the first fastening element is provided with a corresponding external thread.
  • the blocking device can advantageously be designed as a multi-component, in particular as a plate on or near one main surface of the functional material and additionally as a tab or nut on the other opposite main surface of the functional material. A burglar must then first remove the fixing structure before he can thread the first fastening element out of the plate of the blocking device. This further increases the security against break-ins and delays the break-in process.

  • the first fastening element and / or the second fastening element can be a screw. It is particularly preferred if the first fastening element and / or the second fastening element has or have a core diameter of at least 6 mm, preferably of at least 8 mm, more preferably of at least 10 mm.
  • Other first fastening elements are possible, for example a nail or a rivet.
  • the first fastening element can have an anti-twist device (in particular a head that is laterally widened compared to a shaft), which prevents the first fastening element from rotating through the frame.
  • This anti-rotation device prevents the fastening element, which is designed as a screw, for example, from being rotated through the frame and the functional material from below in the event of a break-in attempt, as a result of which the window frame could be removed.
  • An anti-twist device to prevent the first fastening element from turning from below prevents this type of break-in.
  • Alternative or supplementary anti-rotation locks are, for example, the formation of an adhesive point or weld point for immobilizing the first fastening element in the frame and / or in the functional material.
  • the functional material can be selected from a group consisting of an insulating material and a foam, in particular a rigid foam, further in particular a rigid polyurethane foam.

  • the use of a dowel in combination with a screw as a second fastening element can be selected if the wall has macroscopic cavities and a screw alone cannot achieve the required fastening forces without a dowel. If, on the other hand, the wall is made of a material without such macroscopic cavities, a screw as a second fastening element can achieve a sufficient hold even without a dowel.
  • the frame can be a window frame or a door frame.
  • the reveal in the wall is formed by four flat surface sections connected to one another in a ring.
  • the reveal is delimited by three interconnected wall surface sections and an area of the floor.
  • the functional material can be or will be fastened to the wall by means of a third fastening element, in particular a screw.
  • the functional material can also be penetrated by the third fastening element, which is designed as a screw, without pre-drilling, since the functional material often has a very low strength.

In certain constellations, this can even be a hindrance, since then a possibly disruptive forced advance of the fastening element, which is designed as a screw, could arise in the strip. Rather, it may be sufficient that the window mounting screw (or another fastening element) is guided through the reinforcement strip (or another blocking device). In other exemplary embodiments, however, such a gripping of the fastening element can also take place in the blocking device.
  • the functional material can be destroyed first in the event of a break-in attempt, since due to its preferably heat-insulating properties, it has a low density and thus a rather low mechanical stability.

  • a burglar To remove the frame 102, a burglar must first break out the functional material 108 in the area of the first fastening element 110a and thereby expose the first fastening element 110a. Conventionally, a burglar could now simply lever the frame 102 out of the reveal 104. According to the invention, this is made impossible by the fact that the blocking device 112 is penetrated by the first fastening element 110a and is preferably additionally fastened to the wall 106 by means of the second fastening element 110b. The burglar therefore has to separate the blocking device 112 from the fastening element 110a and loses time for this. This delays the break-in process and increases the security against break-ins through the described upgrading of the functional material 108 by means of the blocking device 112.
  • the first fastening element 110a and the second fastening element 110b preferably have a core diameter of at least 6 mm, particularly preferably of at least 10 mm, in a respective shaft region.
