Claims (13)
- Concasseur à mâchoires pour broyer des matériaux pierreux, comprenant une première mâchoire de concassage (3) et une deuxième mâchoire de concassage (4), au moins l'une des deux mâchoires de concassage (3) étant fixée sur une bielle de concassage (5), la mâchoire de concassage étant serrée dans la direction longitudinale entre au moins un logement de fixation (13) prévu au niveau de la bielle de concassage et au moins un élément de serrage (18) venant en contact fonctionnel avec la mâchoire de concassage (3), l'au moins un élément de serrage (18) étant guidé essentiellement dans la direction longitudinale (3a) de la mâchoire de concassage (3) de manière déplaçable dans un guide (15) fixé à la bielle de concassage (5),
caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément de serrage (18) est en contact avec au moins un élément élastique à ressort (16, 21a, 21b), l'au moins un élément élastique à ressort, lorsque la mâchoire de concassage (3) est serrée, ayant une direction d'action pressant l'élément de serrage (18) contre la mâchoire de concassage, et en ce que la direction d'action de l'au moins un élément élastique à ressort (16, 21a, 21b) est orientée dans la direction longitudinale de la mâchoire de concassage. - Concasseur à mâchoires selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément de serrage (18) est réalisé en forme de cale.
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un élément élastique à ressort est formé par au moins un cylindre de travail (16) et/ou au moins un ressort de compression (21a, 21b).
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément élastique à ressort (16, 21a, 21b) vient en contact fonctionnel par une extrémité avec l'au moins un élément de serrage (18) et s'appuie par une extrémité opposée contre une butée (17) prévue sur la bielle de concassage (5) .
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément élastique à ressort est formé par au moins deux ressorts de compression (21a, 21b) disposés parallèlement l'un à l'autre et en contact fonctionnel avec l'élément de serrage (18).
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu en outre un dispositif de traction (20, 25) connecté à l'élément de serrage (18), avec lequel l'élément de serrage (18) peut être déplacé dans le sens opposé à la direction d'action de l'au moins un élément élastique à ressort (16, 21a, 21b).
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de traction est formé par un cylindre de traction hydraulique ou pneumatique (25).
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de traction hydraulique ou pneumatique (25) est en liaison avec un accumulateur de pression.
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de traction (20) est formé par au moins une broche filetée (20a, 20b) coopérant avec un écrou (20e, 20f).
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un élément élastique à ressort est formé par un cylindre de travail réalisé sous forme de cylindre de traction et de compression et est en liaison avec l'élément de serrage en forme de cale (18) pour déplacer l'élément de serrage en forme de cale dans la direction de la mâchoire de concassage (3) ainsi que dans la direction opposée.
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des moyens d'ajustement de pression sont prévus pour ajuster la force de pression agissant par l'au moins un élément élastique à ressort sur l'élément de serrage (18).
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la mâchoire de concassage fixée à la bielle de concassage se compose de plusieurs mâchoires de concassage partielles (3a, 3b, 3c) qui sont fixées les unes derrière les autres dans la direction longitudinale de la mâchoire de concassage à la bielle de concassage.
- Concasseur à mâchoires selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs logements de fixation (13a, 13b, 13c) et plusieurs dispositifs de serrage (14a, 14b, 14c) sont prévus au niveau de la bielle de concassage, de telle sorte que chacune des mâchoires de concassage partielles (3a, 3b, 3c) soit serrée dans la direction longitudinale entre l'un des logements de fixation (13a, 13b, 13c) prévus au niveau de la bielle de concassage et au moins l'un des dispositifs de serrage (14a, 14b, 14c) venant en contact fonctionnel avec la mâchoire de concassage partielle (3a, 3b, 3c), chaque dispositif de serrage (14a, 14b, 14c) présentant au moins un élément de serrage qui est guidé de manière déplaçable essentiellement dans la direction longitudinale de la mâchoire de concassage dans un guide fixé à la bielle de concassage (5).
