Definitions
- the previously described carrier head of the scaffolding element is generally used to transfer a vertical load into a scaffolding.
- concrete formwork can be placed or mounted on the carrier head.
- the girder head can also be used as a temporary support for renovations.
- the document DE4027739 discloses such a scaffolding element.
- the object of the present invention is now to provide a framework element which can transfer significantly more vertical load via the girder head without being made significantly more massive and heavier.
- the object of the present invention is also to provide a scaffolding with such a scaffolding element.
- the object according to the invention is thus achieved by a scaffolding element for a scaffolding.
- the framework element has a carrier head with a threaded spindle.
- the scaffolding element also has a scaffolding tube with a spindle receiving section.
- the threaded spindle is partially inserted into the spindle receiving section.
- the spindle receiving section is located at a first axial end of the scaffold tube.
- a spindle nut is mounted on the threaded spindle in such a way that the carrier head, when the scaffolding element is mounted vertically, introduces its load into the scaffolding tube via the threaded spindle.
- the spindle receiving section has a first spindle positioning groove which reduces the inside diameter of the scaffold tube.
- the first spindle positioning groove significantly improves the vertical load-bearing capacity of the framework element without significantly increasing the weight of the framework element.
- the first spindle positioning groove increases the load-bearing capacity of the scaffolding element in two ways: On the one hand, the strength of the scaffolding tube in the area of the first spindle positioning groove is increased due to the shape of the first spindle positioning groove. On the other hand, the threaded spindle is better aligned in the scaffold tube due to the reduced inner diameter of the scaffold tube at the first spindle positioning groove. Overall, this results in a considerably improved suitability of the scaffold element for vertical load transfer.
- the threaded spindle is aligned as centered as possible in the scaffolding tube by the first spindle positioning groove, with a clearance fit between the threaded spindle and the scaffolding tube for inserting the threaded spindle into the scaffolding tube.
- the longitudinal axis of the threaded spindle has the angle ⁇ with respect to the longitudinal axis of the scaffolding tube, the angle ⁇ being less than 1 °, in particular less than 0.8 °, preferably less than 0.7 °.
- the vertical load is thereby introduced as centrally as possible into the scaffolding tube in order to keep the moments occurring in the scaffolding small.
- the first spindle positioning groove can extend parallel to the longitudinal axis of the scaffold tube. At least three grooves distributed over the circumference of the scaffolding tube are preferably provided for aligning the threaded spindle. In a preferred embodiment of the first spindle positioning groove, however, it extends in the circumferential direction of the scaffolding tube.
- the first spindle positioning groove can be interrupted in the circumferential direction of the scaffolding tube or formed circumferentially.
- a particularly effective centering of the threaded spindle in the scaffold tube takes place when the axial distance of the first spindle positioning groove from first axial scaffold tube end is smaller than the inner diameter of the spindle receiving portion.
- the spindle receiving section also has a second spindle positioning groove.
- the second spindle positioning groove is axially spaced from the first spindle positioning groove and reduces the inside diameter of the scaffold tube.
- the second spindle positioning groove defines the alignment of the threaded spindle in the scaffolding tube by at least two axially spaced spindle positioning grooves, whereby the alignment, in particular the centering, of the threaded spindle is particularly precise.
- the second spindle positioning groove can extend parallel to the longitudinal axis of the scaffold tube. At least three grooves distributed over the circumference of the scaffolding tube are preferably provided for aligning the threaded spindle.
- the second spindle positioning groove can extend in the circumferential direction of the scaffold tube. In this case, the second spindle positioning groove can be interrupted in the circumferential direction of the scaffolding tube or formed circumferentially.
- the spindle receiving section has a third spindle positioning groove.
- the third spindle positioning groove is axially further spaced from the first spindle positioning groove than the second spindle positioning groove.
- the third spindle positioning groove reduces the inner diameter of the scaffold tube. The alignment, in particular the centering, of the threaded spindle in the scaffolding tube is further improved by the third spindle positioning groove.
- the third spindle positioning groove can extend parallel to the longitudinal axis of the scaffold tube. There are preferably at least three over the Grooves distributed around the scaffold tube are provided for aligning the threaded spindle. Alternatively, the third spindle positioning groove can extend in the circumferential direction of the scaffold tube. The third spindle positioning groove can be interrupted in the circumferential direction of the scaffolding tube or formed circumferentially. The third spindle positioning groove is preferably less spaced axially from the second spindle positioning groove than the second spindle positioning groove is spaced from the first spindle positioning groove.
- the second spindle positioning groove reduces the inner diameter of the scaffolding tube just as much as the first spindle positioning groove.
- the third spindle positioning groove can also reduce the inner diameter of the scaffold tube. The radial play of the threaded spindle in the scaffold tube is thereby significantly reduced, the threaded spindle nevertheless remaining easy to insert into the scaffold tube.
- the scaffold tube can have a pin receiving section at its second axial scaffold tube end, which is opposite the first axial scaffold tube end, into which a pin of a further scaffold element can be inserted.
- the pin receiving section can have a first pin positioning groove which reduces the inner diameter of the scaffold tube.
- the scaffold tube is mechanically reinforced in the area of the pin receiving section by the first pin positioning groove.
- the first pin positioning groove can extend parallel to the longitudinal axis of the scaffold tube. At least three grooves distributed over the circumference of the scaffolding tube are preferably provided for aligning the threaded spindle. Alternatively, the first pin positioning groove can extend in the circumferential direction of the scaffold tube. The The first pin positioning groove can be interrupted in the circumferential direction of the scaffolding tube or formed circumferentially.
- the axial distance between the first pin positioning groove and the second axial scaffold tube end is preferably smaller than the inner diameter of the first pin positioning groove.
- the pin receiving section has a second pin positioning groove which is axially spaced from the first pin positioning groove and which reduces the inside diameter of the scaffold tube.
- the pin of a further framework element is thereby centered on two pin positioning grooves that are axially spaced from one another in the pin receiving section.
- the second pin positioning groove can extend parallel to the longitudinal axis of the scaffold tube. At least three grooves distributed over the circumference of the scaffolding tube are preferably provided for aligning the threaded spindle. Alternatively, the second pin positioning groove can extend in the circumferential direction of the scaffold tube. The second pin positioning groove can be interrupted in the circumferential direction of the scaffolding tube or formed circumferentially.
- the scaffold tube has a further stiffening groove in the area of the junction, which is spaced less than 15 cm from the junction in a second axial direction and reduces the inner diameter of the scaffold tube or increases the outer diameter of the scaffold tube.
- the second axial direction is opposite to the first axial direction.
- the nodal point is reinforced by a further stiffening groove in both axial directions by a stiffening groove in each case.
- the spindle positioning groove (s) and the stiffening groove (s) preferably reduce the inside diameter of the scaffold tube to the same extent.
- the object of the invention is also achieved by a scaffolding with a scaffolding element described above.
- FIG. 1 shows a framework element 10 according to the prior art.
- the scaffolding element 10 has a scaffolding tube 12 .
- a spindle receiving section 14 is formed in the scaffolding tube 12.
- a threaded spindle 16 is inserted into the spindle receiving section 14.
- the threaded spindle 16 has an external thread 18 .
- the known framework element 10 also has a spindle nut 20 .
- the spindle nut 20 has an internal thread 22 with which the spindle nut 20 is attached to the external thread 18 of the threaded spindle 16.
- the spindle receiving section 14 has the same inner diameter throughout in the axial direction.
- the angle ⁇ is typically 1.29 °.
- FIG Figure 2 shows in contrast to Figure 1 a scaffold element 10 according to the invention.
- the scaffold element 10 according to FIG Figure 2 has a scaffolding tube 12 with a spindle receiving section 14.
- the framework element 10 has a threaded spindle 16 on which a spindle nut 20 is arranged.
- the spindle receiving section 14 has a first spindle positioning groove 24, a second spindle positioning groove 26 and a third spindle positioning groove 28 .
- the spindle positioning grooves 24, 26, 28 define the effective inner diameter of the spindle receiving section 14 for the threaded spindle 16.
- the spindle positioning grooves 24, 26, 28 make the threaded spindle 16 much less inclined in the scaffold tube 12.
- the angle ⁇ between the longitudinal axis 23a of the threaded spindle 16 and the longitudinal axis 23b of the scaffolding tube 12 is in particular less than 0.8 °, preferably less than 0.7 °. In comparison to the framework element 10 according to Figure 1 the vertical load-bearing capacity of the scaffold element 10 is thereby increased by approximately 10%.
- the spindle receiving section is mechanically reinforced against buckling by the spindle positioning grooves 24, 26, 28.
- FIG. 2 a further scaffolding element 30 is shown (dashed), the pin 32 of which can be inserted into the scaffolding tube 12.
- the scaffold tube 12 thus has a first axial scaffold tube end 34 into which the threaded spindle 16 can be inserted. Furthermore, the scaffold tube 12 has a second axial scaffold tube end 36 into which the pin 32 of the further scaffold element 30 can be inserted. At the second axial scaffold tube end 36, a pin receiving section 38 for receiving the pin 32 in the scaffold tube 12 is formed. A mechanical reinforcement of the pin receiving section 38 and an improved centering of the pin 32 takes place by a first pin positioning groove 40 and a second pin positioning groove 42.
- FIG. 3 shows another scaffold element 10 according to the invention.
- the scaffold element 10 has a node 44 with a coupling point 46 .
- the coupling point 46 is in the present case in the form of a rosette.
- Cross bars 48, 50 are arranged at the coupling point 46.
- the scaffold tube 12 has a first stiffening groove 54 which is formed in a first axial direction 56 at a distance from the coupling point 46 in the scaffold tube 12.
- a second stiffening groove 58 is formed in the first axial direction 56 at a distance from the coupling point 46 in the scaffold tube 12.
- Shoulders 60, 62 of crossbars 48, 50 rest on the scaffold tube 12 between the first reinforcement groove 54 and the second reinforcement groove 58 in the area of the scaffold tube 12.
- the first stiffening groove 54 and the second stiffening groove 58 thus form a mechanically particularly stable region of the scaffold tube 12 in which, in particular, the mechanical stability against denting of the scaffold tube 12 is very high.
- the scaffolding tube 12 has a further stiffening groove 64 .
- the further stiffening groove 64 is spaced apart from the coupling point 46 in a second axial direction 66 .
- the first axial direction 56 and the second The axial direction 66 run along the longitudinal axis 23b of the scaffolding tube 12, the second axial direction 66 being opposite to the first axial direction 56.
- tuck-in lugs 68, 70 of crossbars 48, 50 can be mechanically particularly firmly pressed onto scaffolding tube 12 without plastic deformation of scaffolding tube 12 when the crossbars 48 and / or 50 are loaded.

- FIG 4 shows a scaffolding 74 with several scaffolding elements, of which for the sake of clarity in Figure 4 only a first frame element 10 is provided with a reference number.
- the framework element 10 has, for example, a node 44 at which - likewise by way of example - a cross bar 48 is arranged. Due to the small representation of the scaffolding 74 in Figure 4 no groove according to the invention visible.
- the framework element 10 has a carrier head 76 .
- the invention relates in summary to a scaffolding element 10 with a scaffolding tube 12 into which a threaded spindle 16 is partially inserted at one end.
- the threaded spindle 16 is guided by at least one spindle positioning groove 24, 26, 28, in particular a plurality of spindle positioning grooves 24, 26, 28.
- the scaffolding tube 12 is in the area the threaded spindle 16 received in the scaffolding tube 12 is mechanically reinforced.
- the maximum inclination of the threaded spindle 16 in the scaffolding tube 12 is reduced by the spindle positioning groove (s) 24, 26, 28.

Description
- a) Einen Trägerkopf mit einer Gewindespindel;
- b) ein vertikal im Baugerüst montierbares Gerüstrohr mit einem Spindelaufnahmeabschnitt an einem ersten axialen Gerüstrohrende, wobei die Gewindespindel in den Spindelaufnahmeabschnitt teilweise eingeführt ist;

- In
