Claims (2)

  1. Un dispositif configuré pour transporter un support (9) avec des étiquettes en plastique le long d'un chemin d'impression d'une pile (16) à une tête d'impression (14), sans plaque d'adaptation, le dispositif inclut:
    - une tête d'impression (14);
    - un support (9) contenant des étiquettes en plastique et des goupilles d'accrochage (15) sur la partie inférieure du support (9);
    - un rail constitué de deux parois verticales (13) sur la partie supérieure desquelles le support (9) est placé, les parois (13) étant configurées pour loger le support (9) de sorte que les goupilles d'accrochage (15) les plus externes du support (9) touchent les côtés extérieurs des parois (13) de façon que le support (9) soit en position forcée et qu'il soit libre de glisser longitudinalement dans la direction (10) du rail alors qu'il est verrouillé transversalement; les goupilles d'accrochage les plus externes (15) sont situées à l'extérieur du rail;
    - deux mécanismes d'accrochage positionnés à l'extérieur du rail et accrocher deux des goupilles d'accrochage les plus externes (15) du support (9), une pour chaque côté, et en faisant glisser le support (9) avec les étiquettes le long du chemin d'impression, les mécanismes sont déplacés chacun par un moteur correspondant dans la direction longitudinale du rail, chacun des mécanismes étant composé d'une commande à levier actionnée (11) qui est configurée pour activer et désactiver la goupille d'accrochage relative la plus externe (15);
    - un dispositif à levier actionné (12) qui est positionné sur un seul côté du rail, le dispositif à levier (12) étant articulé avec le mouvement d'un des deux mécanismes d'accrochage et utilisé pour pousser la goupille relative (15) du mécanisme de l'accrochage d'un côté du support vers le côté correspondant de la paroi (13) pour éliminer tout jeu.
  2. Une méthode pour un système de chargement automatique à utiliser dans un dispositif selon la revendication 1 comprenant les étapes suivantes:
    - empiler les supports (9) contenant les étiquettes et les goupilles d'accrochage (15) à l'extrémité du rail et utiliser les mécanismes d'accrochage pour extraire les supports (9) en accrochant les supports (9) un par un de la pile (16);
    - transporter le support (9) vers une position d'impression sous la tête d'impression (14);
    - débloquer le support (9) avec les étiquettes nouvellement imprimées en retirant les leviers (11), en remontant et en accrochant le support suivant (9) de la pile (16).
