Claims (2)

  1. Vorrichtung, die geplant ist, um einen Rahmen (9) mit Kunststoffetiketten längs eines Druckpfades von einem Stapel (16) bis zu einem Druckerkopf (14) ohne die Benutzung einer Adapterplattezu transportieren, wobei die Vorrichtung umfasst:
    - einen Druckerkopf (14);
    - einen Rahmen (9) mit Kunststoffetiketten und Hakenstifte (15) am Unterteil des Rahmens (9);
    - eine Schiene, die aus zwei vertikalen Wänden (13) besteht, auf denen der Rahmen (9) positioniert ist, wobei die Wände (13) so geplant sind, dass sie den Rahmen (9) enthalten. Auf diese Wiese berühren die äußersten Hakenstifte (15) des Rahmens (9) die Außenseiten der Wände (13), so dass sich der Rahmen (9) in einer erzwungenen Position befindet und frei in Längsrichtung (10) in Richtung der Schiene gleiten kann, während er quer verriegelt ist; Die äußersten Hakenstifte (15) befinden sich außerhalb der Schiene;
    - Zwei Hakenmechanismen, die außerhalb der Schiene positioniert sind und zwei der äußersten Hakenstifte (15) des Rahmens (9), einen pro Seite, einhaken und den Rahmen (9) mit den Etiketten entlang des Druckpfads ziehen. Die Mechanismen werden jeweils von einem entsprechenden Motor in Längsrichtung der Schiene bewegt, wobei jeder der Mechanismen aus einem betätigten Hebel (11) besteht, der zum Ein- und Aushaken mit dem jeweils äußersten Hakenstift (15) geplant ist;
    - eine betätigte Hebelvorrichtung (12), die nur auf einer Seite der Schiene positioniert ist, wobei die Hebelvorrichtung (12) mit der Bewegung eines der beiden Hakenmechanismen verbunden ist und verwendet wird, um den jeweiligen Stift (15) des Hakenmechanismus einer Seite des Rahmens in Richtung der entsprechenden Seite der Wand (13) zu drücken, um jegliches Spiel zu entfernen.
  2. Verfahren für ein automatisches Ladesystem zur Verwendung in einer Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Stapeln der Rahmen (9) mit den Etiketten und den Hakenstiften (15) am Ende der Schiene und Verwenden der Hakenmechanismen zum Entfernen der Rahmen (9) durch einzelnes Einhaken der Rahmen (9) aus dem Stapel (16);
    - Transportieren des Rahmens (9) zur Druckposition unter dem Druckerkopf (14);
    - Lösen des Rahmens (9) mit den neu gedruckten Etiketten durch Zurückziehen der Hebel (11), Zurückgehen und Einhaken des nächsten Rahmens (9) des Stapels (16).
