Description

The invention relates to an interior door system with a frameless glass door (glass door leaf) made of laminated glass and a door frame, on which the glass door is pivotally mounted.

The invention further relates to a so-called all-glass wall with such an inner door system.

Interior glass doors have enjoyed great popularity for decades, not least because of their energy-saving translucency and appealing aesthetics. A design-related disadvantage of glass doors and especially frameless glass doors (all-glass doors), however, is the low sound insulation.

The DE 295 07 176 U1 describes a frameless glass door with two parallel, mutually spaced glass panes and with a circulating on the outer region of the glass panes spacer profile, which tightly surrounds the arranged between the glass panes interior. The two parallel disks and the closed interior formed between them results in excellent noise insulation.

As already in the DE 295 07 176 U1 indicated, frameless glass doors can be formed for the purpose of noise insulation and insulation glass. This is usually a laminated glass with at least two glass sheets, which are connected by means of adhesive layer intermediate layer (sound insulation) (so-called laminated glass laminate), such as in the EP 2 767 394 A1 described.

The sound insulation can also be improved by the use of a so-called Zargenfalzdichtung on which the glass door leaf rests in the closed state, as in principle in the DE 296 15 130 U1 shown (see FIG. 2 and FIG. 4 ).

With the invention, an inner door system with a frameless glass door or a frameless glass door leaf is to be created, which has very good sound insulation properties.

This object is achieved by the internal door system according to the invention with the features of claim 1. With the independent claim, the invention also extends to an all-glass wall (for the interior), which comprises at least one interior door system according to the invention. Preferred developments and refinements of the invention are analogous to both subject matters of the dependent claims, the following description and the figures.

The interior door system according to the invention is characterized in that the glass door formed of laminated glass (see above) has an inner glass pane (inner glass door leaf) and a larger outer glass pane (outer glass door leaf), which projects beyond the inner glass pane, and arranged on the door frame two Zargenfalzdichtungen are one of which (with the glass door closed) seals against the protruding outer glass and the other against the inner (smaller surface) glass. In other words, of the two Zargenfalzdichtungen one or the first Zargenfalzdichtung against the outer glass (outer glass door leaf) and the other or the second Zargenfalzdichtung against the inner glass (inner glass door leaf) seals the glass door.

A door frame (door frame) is in particular a wall-mounted component (or a group of components), which is inserted into the relevant wall opening (door opening) and at least partially cladding lintel and soffits of this wall opening. Preferred embodiments are explained in more detail below.

Under a frameless glass door is understood in particular that the glass door in question, which is actually meant the glass door leaf, has no enclosure or enclosure. Preferably, the frameless glass door or the frameless glass door leaf (only) of a single laminated glass pane (double glazing, which in principle also a triple glazing is possible) is formed, in which the inner Glass pane and the larger-area outer glass sheet by means of sound insulation, in particular directly (ie without inclusion of cavities or the like) are glued together.

In Schließrichtung bzw. It is preferably provided that the inner glass pane forms the inside of the door and that the larger-area outer glass pane forms the outside of the door. The inner glass sheet forming the inside of the door and the outer glass sheet forming the outside of the door are defined by the closing pivoting direction. In the closing direction or closing pivoting direction, the inner glass pane is arranged in front of the outer glass pane, and in the opening direction the outer glass pane is arranged in front of the inner glass pane.

The double Zargenfalzdichtung is achieved in conjunction with the correspondingly formed glass door leaf made of laminated glass a very good sound insulation, which meets even superior sound insulation requirements (door noise class III).

Bevorzugt dichtet eine der beiden Zargenfalzdichtungen in diesem Überstandsbereich gegen die äußere Glasscheibe ab.Preferably, the outer glass pane to the inner glass pane forms a circumferential projection region, in particular a three-sided circumferential projection region which has a particularly uniform width of 9 mm to 21 mm and in particular of about 15 mm. Preferably, one of the two Zargenfalzdichtungen seals in this supernatant region against the outer glass.

The glass door may have a door lock, which is sound-insulated by at least one insert made of lead material. The insert is, for example, made of lead sheet with a preferred sheet thickness of 1.0 mm to 2.5 mm, in particular approximately 2.0 mm. The insert may also be formed from a lead-containing sealant or the like. To lock the door in particular include a latch, one or two door handle (door handle) for actuating the case and / or a door or lock bolt with lock cylinder for actuating the locking bolt. Lock latch, door handle, door latch and / or lock cylinder are preferably designed as a structural unit, wherein the lead insert can be arranged behind the cover.

To improve the sound insulation, the glass door may have at least one bottom (gap) seal. Preferably, the glass door to a double bottom seal, which is in particular formed of two separate bottom gaskets, each with at least one self-lowering sealing strip, one of which is on the inside (ie on the inner glass door leaf) and the other outside (ie on the outer glass door leaf). Both bottom gaskets can be used to operate one Fall / Keilschiebermechanismus or the like, such as in the DE 20 2004 011 753 U1 described.

This in Fig. 1 The door system or door module 100 shown comprises a frameless glass door 110 (glass door leaf) formed from laminated glass (eg VSG) and a door frame 120, on which the glass door or the glass door leaf 110 can be pivoted by means of door hinges 140 is attached. Accordingly, the glass door 110 is a so-called stop door.

The laminated glass door 110 has a flat inner glass pane 112 and a flat outer glass pane 114 (double glazing, which in principle also enables triple glazing), which are adhesively bonded to one another (see FIG Fig. 2 ). Both glass panes 112/114 are preferably safety glass (eg ESG). Between the two glass panes 112 and 114 is a single or multi-layer acoustic insulation film 113. The outer glass pane 114 is larger in area than the inner glass pane 112 and the two glass panes 112/114 are glued together so that the outer glass pane 114 with respect to the outer edge of inner glass pane 112 forms a 3-sided circumferential projection area 115, which is in Fig. 1 is illustrated by the two dashed lines ( Fig. 1 shows the outside of the glass door 110). This projection region 115 may have a circumferential width of, for example, 15 mm. Due to this projecting region 115, the glass door 110 is formed, as it were, with a three-sided circumferential step 116 between inner disk 112 and outer disks 114 (see FIG Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 ).

How out Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 seen, the door frame 120 is also corresponding to the stepped or formed with shiplap glass door 110 also stepped or formed with a three-sided circumferential double stage 126. The door frame 120 thus has a double fold leading to double overlap and two arranged in the folding stages, three-sided circumferential Zargenfalzdichtungen 131 and 132 which seal in different planes. At the in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 illustrated closed state (the closing direction is indicated by the arrow S) seals the first and outer Zargenfalzdichtung 131 in the protrusion region 115 against the protruding outer glass pane 114, whereas the second or inner Zargenfalzdichtung 132 seals against the inner glass 112. The double sealing thus takes place at the inner edge region of the outer glass pane 114 and at the inner edge region of the inner glass pane 112. Between the two Zargenfalzdichtungen 131 and 132 forms a substantially trapped air cushion, which favors the sound insulation.

The two Zargenfalzdichtungen 131/132 form virtually a 3-sided circumferential sealing system on the upper, transversely or horizontally running edge of the door and the two lateral, vertically running door edges. The lower door gap or bottom gap is sealed by two identical floor seals 160 with self-lowering sealing strips 161, which are fixed inside and outside of the glass door 110 and are operated substantially synchronously when closing and opening the glass door 110. Between the two lowered sealing strips 161, a sound-absorbing air cushion can form. At the bottom B, a threshold 170 or the like may additionally be attached.

The glass door 110 also has a door lock 150 with two door handles 151. How out Fig. 3 can be seen, the door lock 150 is formed with a cover or aperture 152, behind which is formed a lead sheet formed insert 153, which serves the sound insulation. Such lead-sheet insert 153 can also be arranged on the other side of the door or on both sides. Furthermore, the lead-sheet insert 153 can also be shaped and, for example, have the shape of an inner housing (shielding housing). In an analogous manner, soundproof lead-sheet inserts can also be provided on the door hinges 140.

At the in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 shown first embodiment of a door system 100 according to the invention, the door frame 120 is formed of wood. The wall connection to a building interior or partition wall of any type (for example, a solid wall in masonry, concrete or drywall or even a glass wall) is not shown. The two three-sided circumferential Zargenfalzdichtungen 131/132 are exemplified as mushroom profile and hollow profile seal.

At the in Fig. 4 shown second embodiment, the door frame 120 is formed of a plurality of interconnected aluminum profiles. The aluminum (door) frame 120 has a plurality of hollow chambers, which may be at least partially filled with a sound-absorbing material 124 in order to improve the sound insulation. Both Zargenfalzdichtungen 131/132 are exemplified here as a hollow profile seals.

Furthermore, in Fig. 4 also the connection of the door frame 120 to a laminated glass pane 20 of an all-glass wall 10 is shown. The door system 100 is part of this all-glass wall 10. The glass door or the glass door leaf 110 and the adjacent laminated glass panes 20 of the glass wall 10 are not flush, but have a surface offset. Because of the door frame 120, however, the inner and outer surface offset are barely perceptible. With the new construction shown excellent sound insulation is achieved, which was previously not possible. Incidentally, apply to the in Fig. 4 Embodiment shown analogous to the explanations to the first embodiment.
