Dies haben an ihren Enden Öffnungen, in welche die Zinken der Lastgabel eingeführt werden können. Claims (12)

  1. Lifting vehicle (1) for transporting high-volume bags (2), with a chassis (3) on which at least one front wheel (4) and at least two rear wheels (5L, 5R) are rotatably mounted, wherein a hoist is arranged on the chassis (3) in a manner adjustable between a lowered and a raised position by means of a lifting drive, wherein the hoist is configured as a lifting fork which has prongs (28L, 28R) for picking up a pallet (27), on which a high-volume bag (2) can be deposited, wherein the lifting drive has a lifting-framework load-carrying unit (6) with a guide on which a slide (14) carrying the prongs (28L, 28R) of the lifting fork is adjustable between a lowered and a raised position, wherein the slide (14) is mounted displaceably on at least two points of the guide that are spaced apart from one another in the direction of extent of the guide, wherein the chassis (3) has a left longitudinal member (31) and a right longitudinal member (32) which are connected in an approximately U-shaped manner to each other by means of at least one cross member (33), wherein a receiving space (11) for the high-volume bag (2) is arranged between the left longitudinal member (31) and the right longitudinal member (32), wherein adjacent to the free end of the left longitudinal member (31) and adjacent to the free end of the right longitudinal member (32) at least one rear wheel (5L, 5R) is in each case mounted on the relevant longitudinal member (31, 32), and wherein the rear wheels (5L, 5R) are connected in terms of drive to at least one drive motor (37L, 37R) arranged on the chassis (3),
    characterized in that a further hoist (7) which is carried by the slide (14) and has fastening means (10L, 10R) for connecting to carrying handles (9L, 9R) of the high-volume bag (2) is arranged on the chassis (3), in that the fastening means (10L, 10R) are arranged above the receiving space (11), and the receiving space (11) extends as far as the ground, and in that the guide of the lifting-framework load-carrying unit (6) has a profile which differs from a straight line and is configured in such a manner that, during the adjustment from the lowered into the raised position, the slide (14) tilts with its upper end away from the receiving space (11) for the high-volume bag.
  2. Lifting vehicle (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that, on the left and the right side of the lifting vehicle, the further hoist (7) in each case has at least two hook-shaped fastening means (10L, 10R) for connecting to carrying handles of the high-volume bag, in that the lifting fork has a left prong (28L) and a right prong (28R), and in that the fastening means (10L, 10R) located on the left side of the lifting vehicle protrude transversely with respect to the direction of longitudinal extent of the lifting vehicle (1) laterally over the longitudinal outer edge (40L) of the left prong (28L), said longitudinal outer edge facing away from the right prong (28R), and the fastening means (10L, 10R) located on the right side of the lifting vehicle protrude transversely with respect to the direction of longitudinal extent of the lifting vehicle (1) laterally over the longitudinal outer edge (40R) of the right prong (28L), said longitudinal outer edge facing away from the left prong (28R).
  3. Lifting vehicle (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that a left drive motor (37L) is arranged on the left longitudinal member (31) and is connected in terms of drive to the left rear wheel (5L) via a left revolving tension element, and/or in that a right drive motor (37R) is arranged on the right longitudinal member (32) and is connected in terms of drive to the right rear wheel (5R) via a right revolving tension element.
  4. Lifting vehicle (1) according to Claim 3, characterized in that the drive motors (37L, 37R) are configured as hydraulic motors which have hydraulic connections which can be connected with a hydraulic pump into a hydraulic circuit via an actuating device.
  5. Lifting vehicle (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the front wheels (4) and/or the rear wheels (5) are filled with air, and in that the diameter of the front wheels (4) and/or of the rear wheels (5L, 5R) is preferably greater than 13 inches, preferably greater than 15 inches and in particular greater than 16 inches.
  6. Lifting vehicle (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the at least one front wheel (4) is steerable and is preferably arranged on a drawbar (34).
  7. Lifting vehicle (1) according to one of Claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the prongs (28L, 28R) of the lifting fork are adjustable by means of an adjustment device (15) between a use position, in which they are substantially positioned in the receiving space (11), and an inoperative position, in which they are arranged next to the receiving space (11), and in that the further hoist (7) is connected in terms of drive to the lifting drive in such a manner that, in the inoperative position of the prongs (28L, 28R), said hoist is adjustable between the lowered and the raised position by means of the lifting drive.
  8. Lifting vehicle (1) according to one of Claims 1-7, characterized in that the further hoist (7) is in the form of a cross piece, and in that the cross piece is arranged above the prongs (28L, 28R) and is spaced apart vertically therefrom and is connected to the slide (14) via a mast (21).
  9. Lifting vehicle (1) according to Claim 7 and optionally 8, characterized in that the adjustment device (15) has a pivot mounting, by means of which the prongs (28L, 28R) are pivotably connected to the slide about a horizontal pivot axis, and in that a first locking device is provided, by means of which the prongs (28L, 28R) are lockable in the use position.
  10. Lifting vehicle (1) according to Claim 9, characterized in that the first locking device on the slide (14) has at least one first abutment point (29), against which at least one prong (28L, 28R) and/or a first stop (30) connected thereto can be positioned at a radial distance from the pivot axis in the use position.
  11. Lifting vehicle (1) according to Claim 9 or 10, characterized in that a second locking device is provided, by means of which the prongs (28L, 28R) can be locked in the inoperative position, and in that the second locking device on the slide (14) preferably has at least one second abutment point, against which at least one prong (28L, 28R) and/or a second stop connected thereto can be positioned at a radial distance from the pivot axis in the inoperative position.
  12. Lifting vehicle (1) according to one of Claims 7 to 11, characterized in that the lifting drive has at least one hydraulic cylinder (25) and a hydraulic pump interacting therewith, and in that the one end of the hydraulic cylinder (25) is supported on the chassis (3) and the other end of the hydraulic cylinder (25) is connected to the slide (14).
