Claims (10)
- Emballage fermé par un moyen de fermeture contre lequel et/ou sur lequel est placé un cachet en polymère thermodurcissable qui est de préférence en contact avec l'emballage, le cachet ne pouvant être retiré du moyen de fermeture et/ou de l'emballage sans être détruit et ce cachet comprenant des moyens pour reconnaître l'authenticité du cachet et donc de l'emballage, caractérisé en ce que le moyen destiné à reconnaître l'authenticité contient des pigments Stokes ou des pigments anti-Stokes qui nécessitent un dispositif de détection aux fins de la reconnaissance, et/ou des diatomées visibles pour l'œil armé.
- Emballage selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'emballage est un emballage alimentaire, de préférence une bouteille, plus préférentiellement une bouteille, encore plus préférentiellement une bouteille en verre, encore plus préférentiellement une bouteille de vin.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que l'emballage est une bouteille et le moyen de fermeture un bouchon en liège.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le polymère thermodurcissable est un polymère acrylique, de préférence un polymère acrylique modifié.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le cachet présente au moins un trou traversant.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, le cachet comprenant de plus des moyens pour enregistrer l'apport d'énergie thermique et/ou des moyens pour détecter le dépassement d'une température définie.
- Emballage selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le moyen permettant de démontrer l'apport d'énergie thermique contient un matériau poreux, lequel contient un composant qui peut être émis par diffusion thermique et qui, lors de son émission, émet un effet coloré, et/ou contient un matériau qui se décompose sous l'effet de l'énergie thermique et émet un composant contenu dans le matériau et émettant un effet coloré.
- Emballage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le matériau est microporeux et/ou inorganique ou organique.
- Emballage selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8 caractérisé en ce que le composant émet un effet coloré seul ou en réaction avec un partenaire de liaison.
- Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes caractérisé en ce que le moyen de détection de dépassement d'une température définie contient une liaison thermochrome irréversible et/ou un colorant micro-encapsulé.
