Description
Siehe z.B
With the invention, in particular bulk goods in flexible empty open bags, so-called open sacks, filled. The invention is particularly suitable for filling bulk materials such as cement, high-quality grout, other building materials or the like in open bags, where appropriate, different bag sizes can be processed so as to be able to fill filling weights between about 1 kg and 10 kg. Also conceivable are larger and smaller filling weights. Such open sacks can also be referred to as bags or small bags.
Various devices have become known in the art for filling flowable materials into open sacks. See eg
In contrast to the filling of bulk materials or liquids in open sacks or bags, when filling such materials into containers with fixed side walls, so much effort is not required, since open-top containers with fixed side walls always assume a precisely defined position and position. Therefore, open-topped containers such. As buckets or boxes or z. B. prefabricated rigid paper bags with solid walls on conveyor belts or the like can be positioned and thus spent to the filling stations, where from above the material to be filled is introduced. In the filling of flowable materials in flexible open bags that is not so easy, because due to the flexible bag material made of plastic when transported on a conveyor belt no defined filling is available or can be guaranteed.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a device and a method available, which it is possible with less effort to fill open-topped bags reliably.
This object is achieved by a device having the features of claim 1 and by a method having the features of
A device according to the invention is used for filling flowable materials such as fluids and bulk materials in empty open sacks. In this case, the device has a fixed part and a movable part. On the moving part are several mitbewegliche filling places provided. At each filling station a holding device is attached to the movable part. At the fixed part several treatment stations are provided distributed. At least one treatment station is designed as a transfer station for taking over empty open sacks. At least one treatment station is used to at least partially fill an open bag and at least one particular other treatment station, a weighing unit is provided. In this case, a bag receiving unit for receiving a bag is attached to each holder device. The bag receiving unit is adapted to receive and guide the bag. At the processing station equipped with a weighing unit, the bag receiving unit can be at least temporarily decoupled from the holding device in terms of its force in order to enable a separate weighing of the bag receiving unit with the open bag.
The device according to the invention has many advantages. A considerable advantage of the device according to the invention results from the fact that a bag which is to be filled and which is still empty is received on a bag receiving unit at the transfer station. Following this, the bag receiving unit with the moving part is moved to the other treatment stations where the open bag is filled. In order to enable a precise filling, the bag receiving unit can be decoupled from the holding device in terms of its power at the processing station equipped with a weighing unit, so that a precise weighing of the bag receiving unit with the bag and the material filled therein is enabled.
In preferred embodiments, the device has a filling carousel as a movable part, on which distributed over the circumference, the various treatment stations are preferably arranged in each case stationary. The various treatment stations may be attached in their entirety to a fixed part such as a base frame or the like, or may be separately fixed to the ground respectively. In particular, the filling carousel is rotatable. The filling carousel turns preferably during operation stepwise or clocked. The device is particularly preferably suitable and adapted to fill bulk goods in empty open bags.
A bag receiving unit is designed in particular as a receiving box. The bag receiving unit receives an open bag to be filled and guides the open bag during movement of the movable part. Preferably, the bag receiving unit is again coupled to the holding device after the weighing of the bag receiving unit at the treatment station equipped with a weighing unit before the holding device is moved further. The weighing unit comprises at least one weighing cell.
The holding device can be attached as a rotating arm to a filling carousel and constitute a fastening device for fastening a bag receiving unit.
Preferably, a plurality of different treatment stations is provided. In addition to a transfer station for taking over an open bag to be filled, preferably at least one treatment station with a filling in the coarse flow and at least one treatment station is provided in which a filling takes place in the fine flow. Particular preference is given to using further treatment stations for compaction. It is possible and preferred that the treatment station also serves as a weighing station for filling in fine flow. Then, during the filling in the fine flow with the weighing unit, the weight can be determined so that a weight-accurate filling is made possible. Between the treatment station for filling in the coarse stream and the treatment station for filling in the fine flow preferably at least one compression station is provided to vent and compress bottled bulk material whose enriched with air volume would otherwise be too large for the complete filling in one step into the container.
In all embodiments, it is preferred that the receiving box or the bag receiving unit formed like a tube is and has at least one upper open end. Through the open-top end of the bag receiving unit can be fed to be filled an open bag.
In all embodiments, it is preferred that a base platform is arranged on the fixed part below the bag receiving unit. Particularly preferably, the base platform extends below at least a substantial part of the movement path of the bag receiving unit.
Preferably, the bag receiving unit is exchangeable and / or it is the base platform height adjustable. For example, differently high-trained bag receiving units can be provided on the movable part to allow the filling of different filling weights. In appropriate adaptation, the base platform is adjusted in height.
Particularly preferably, the bag receiving unit is designed to be open at the bottom, so that the open bag can be at least partially supported by means of the basic platform. Such a configuration is very advantageous because the bag receiving unit serves to hold and guide a picked open bag, while the base platform provided under the bag picking unit receives and discharges the substantial part of the weight of the open bag. By means of the bag receiving unit, a defined and reproducible guidance of the open sacks can be ensured, so that the handling, in particular when filling small quantities, is considerably facilitated.
In preferred embodiments, a bottom plate can be inserted into the bag receiving unit, which is designed to be open at the bottom, and is supported on the base platform at least at the transfer station. The bottom plate is exposed to a movement of the movable part of a relative movement to the base platform. In such embodiments, the bottom plate may be formed as a sliding plate or a wear plate. The open-top bag is supported by the filling and relative movement during movement of the movable part over the bottom plate on the Starting platform. As a result, a relative movement of the bottom of the sack to the base platform is avoided, which could lead to soiling, scratches or damage to the bottom of the sack. By using a base plate, for example, slides over the base platform of the fixed part or rolls on it, such damage or visual impairment of the open bags to be filled are reliably avoided.
Preferably, at least one locking unit is provided with which the bag receiving unit can be transferred from a locking position coupled to the holding device into a force-free position or decoupling position. In this case, the at least one locking unit is preferably provided on the holding device and in particular attached thereto. Particularly preferably, each holder device has in each case at least one locking device in order to enable a specific coupling and decoupling of the associated bag receiving unit on each holder device.
In a transfer of a bag receiving unit from the coupled locking position to a decoupling position, the bag receiving unit is preferably lowered so far that the bag receiving unit can be placed on the underlying platform or scale platform.
The weighing platform is assigned to the weighing unit, so that the weighing unit can be used to record the weight of the weighing platform including a bag receiving unit parked thereon.
Preferably, the locking unit has a height-adjustable clamping cone, which is intended to act together with a retaining tab on the bag receiving unit. For example, the retaining tab may have a locking opening, in which engages the clamping cone. Due to the conical shape of the clamping cone, an automatic centering takes place during the transfer to the locking position.
Preferably, the bag receiving unit is raised in the locking position and the bag receiving unit can be lowered into the force-free decoupling position on a scale platform. The balance platform is preferably mechanically separated from the base platform. Preferably, the scale platform with its upper edge is at the same height as the upper edge of the base platform. Particularly preferably, a narrow gap is provided between the scale platform and the base platform, over which the base plate slides during the relative movement. The dimensions of the scale platform are chosen so that a bag receiving unit can be found on it completely. The scale platform preferably has a surface which is smaller than twice the base area and in particular is smaller than 1.5 times the base area of a bag receiving unit.
In preferred embodiments, at least one bag receiving unit and in particular each bag receiving unit is equipped with a recognition unit which comprises a unique identifier. Particularly preferred electronic detection units are used, such as RFID. Through such techniques, a sensor on the stationary part can uniquely identify the respective bag picker units. If a first test run or a reference run is carried out without filling, the tare weight of the bag-receiving units can be determined as a whole or individually on a complete cycle, so that a more accurate filling is made possible. A change in the weight of the tare weight can also be used to detect contamination or other weight-changing change in the bag receiving unit and, if appropriate, output a warning signal.
In any case, the type and thus the respective shape and size of the bag receiving unit can be detected via a detection unit on the bag receiving unit. Furthermore, a control device can unambiguously deduce whether or not the suitable bag receiving units are attached for filling the intended product and the intended quantity. If impermissible combinations are detected, further processing can be stopped or a warning signal can be output. Likewise, the device can be automatically moved to the appropriate position via such detection.
In preferred embodiments, the treatment station equipped with the weighing unit is assigned a filling tube. In particular, the filling tube at the treatment station equipped with the weighing unit serves for the filling in the fine flow. This treatment station can be referred to collectively as a weighing station or as a fine flow filling station.
In preferred developments, at least one further treatment station is provided, which is also associated with a filling tube. Such a treatment station usually has no weighing unit. In particular, a filling in coarse flow takes place at such a treatment station. For example, there may be a timed filling in the coarse stream, in which for a fixed predetermined and variable period of z. B. 1 second, 1.5 seconds, 2 seconds, 3 seconds or the like, a filling of the material to be filled takes place through the filling tube. In addition, the product previously filled in the coarse flow is then determined at the weighing station, so that at the weighing station the filling in the fine flow can be made up to the desired final weight. Depending on the determined final weight in the case of coarse-flow filling, the time duration for subsequent fillings in the coarse flow can be correspondingly reduced or increased in order to compensate for fluctuations in the product to be filled.
In all embodiments, it is particularly preferred that at least one of the treatment stations is designed as a compression station. Possible and preferred is the use of multiple compression stations. In particular, at least one compression station is used between the treatment station for filling in the coarse flow and the treatment station with the filling in the fine flow. By a compression of the filled bulk material after filling in the coarse flow is a reduction of the Material level reached. As a result, the necessary for filling a certain amount of bag volume can be reduced, whereby costs for the bag material can be saved.
In all embodiments, it is preferred that the bag receiving unit has a plurality of suction openings, so that the wall of the bag is applied to the receiving space. When the wall of the bag abuts against the receiving space of the bag receiving unit, a reliable and reproducible bag shape and filling opening of the open bag can be ensured. This avoids errors and increases reproducibility.
Through the suction openings, a vacuum is generated when receiving an open bag to be filled in the receiving space, which ensures that the open bag is sucked into the bag receiving unit and that the bag wall is pressed against the receiving space in a form-fitting manner. The suction can be maintained during treatment at the individual treatment stations. It is possible and preferred that the suction at the weighing station or weighing station is stopped or reduced when the bag receiving unit is transferred to the decoupling position.
In all embodiments, it is preferred that the movable part is moved clocked.
The inventive method is used for filling of flowable materials such as fluids and bulk materials in empty open bags. The filling takes place with a device having a fixed part and a movable part, wherein on the movable part a plurality of movable filling spaces are provided and wherein at each filling a holder means is fixed to the movable part. Several treatment stations are distributed on the fixed part, wherein at least one treatment station takes over empty open bags in succession as transfer station and at least one treatment station at least partially fills the bags. At at least one other treatment station, a weighing unit is provided. At each holder device, a bag receiving unit for receiving a bag is attached. The bag receiving unit picks up the open bag at the transfer station and guides the bag. The bag-receiving units are moved with the moving part successively to the treatment stations. At the processing station equipped with a weighing unit, the corresponding bag receiving unit is temporarily decoupled in terms of its forces at the respectively present holding device in order to carry out a separate weighing of the bag receiving unit with the open bag.
The method according to the invention also has many advantages, since it enables a simple and effective filling of flowable materials and in particular of bulk materials in empty open sacks.

Each
