Abstract

Kraftstoffzusatz umfassend: - 0,01 - 1Gew.% Glycerin - 0,01 - 1Gew.% Borax - 30 - 60Gew.% Schmierölmischung - 30 - 60Gew.% synthetische Verdünnung

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kraftstoffzusatz.
  • Bei Betrieb von Verbrennungsmotoren ergeben sich bei manchen Betriebszuständen aufgrund von unvollständiger Verbrennung Korrosionen und Verkokungen durch Verbrennungsprodukte und aufgrund sonstiger Rückstände Verunreinigungen, z.B. Verharzungen, im Brennraum, an den Ventilen und Düsenöffnungen, wodurch ein Leistungsabfall des Motors resultiert.
  • Mit bisher verwendeten Kraftstoffzusätzen kann nur eine geringe Erhöhung des Wirkungsgrades bei Verbrennungsmotoren erzielt werden.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, einen Kraftstoffzusatz anzugeben, welcher eine einfache Reinigung des Kraftstoffsystems und zugleich eine vollständigere Verbrennung und damit einhergehend eine Senkung des Kraftstoffverbrauches und Verringerung von CO2 und NOx ermöglicht.
  • Erfindungsgemäß wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass der Kraftstoffzusatz Folgendes umfasst:
    • 0,01 - 1Gew. % Glycerin
    • 0,01 - 1Gew.% Borax
    • 30 - 60Gew.% Schmierölmischung
    • 30 - 60Gew.% synthetische Verdünnung,
    wobei die Schmierölmischung aus folgenden Komponenten gemischt ist:
    • 1-5Gew.% 2.2'-oxybis[ethanol],
    • 1-5Gew.% Alkylamin,
    • 1-5Gew.% Fettsäureamid,
    • 0,1-1Gew.% N,N'-Methylen-bis-morpholin,
    • 0,1-1Gew.% Kaliumbenzoat,
    • 1-5Gew.% Propan-2-ol,
    • 0,1-1Gew.% Natriumpyrithion,
    • 1-5Gew.% Natriumsulfonat,
    • 1-5Gew.% Tallölfettsäure,
    • 60-90Gew.% mineralisches Schmieröl,
    • 1-7Gew.% Borsäure.
  • Die Vorteile der Erfindung sind:

  • Die vorstehend angeführten vorteilhaften Wirkungen für den Verbrennungsmotor und die Umwelt wurden anhand von Tests, Analysen und Großfeldversuchen technisch, chemisch und praktisch nachgewiesen.
  • In weiterer Ausbildung der Erfindung kann vorgesehen sein, dass ferner ein Dieselinjektorsystem-Cleaner und ein Bakterien- und Pilzblocker zugemischt ist, wodurch eine besonders vorteilhafte Verwendung als Zusatz zu einem Dieselkraftstoff möglich ist.
  • Eine weitere Variante der Erfindung kann darin bestehen, dass dem Kraftstoffzusatz ferner ein Benzin-Injektorsystem-Cleaner beigemischt ist, wodurch die besonders vorteilhafte Verwendung als Zusatz zu Benzin möglich ist.
  • Gemäß einem weiteren Ausführungsbeispiel kann dem erfindungsgemäßen Kraftstoff 0,01 - 1 Gew.% Bakterien- und Pilzblocker sowie 0,01 - 1 Gew.% Diesel-Ultra-DPF-Turbo-Systemreiniger zugemischt sein, wodurch die besonders vorteilhafte Verwendung als Zusatz zu einem Dieselkraftstoff ermöglicht wird. Dabei wird im Betrieb die Rußbildung reduziert und somit die Lebensdauer von Dieselpartikelfiltern verlängert.
  • Eine besonders bevorzugte Variante Verfahren zur Herstellung des erfindungsgemäßen Kraftstoffzusatzes kann darin bestehen, dass die Komponenten
    • Glycerin
    • Borax
    • Schmierölmischung
    • Synthetische Verdünnung
    in der angegebenen Reihenfolge nacheinander vermengt werden. BEISPIELE BEISPIEL 1 Mineralische Schmierölmischung

    0,1Gew.% Natriumpyrithion,
    3,5Gew.% Natriumsulfonat,
    5Gew.% Tallölfettsäure,
    75,8Gew.% mineralisches Schmieröl,
    3,5Gew.% Borsäure.

Claims (8)

  1. Kraftstoffzusatz umfassend:
    - 0,01 - 1Gew.% Glycerin
    - 0,01 - 1Gew.% Borax
    - 30 - 60Gew.% Schmierölmischung
    - 30 - 60Gew.% synthetische Verdünnung,
    wobei die Schmierölmischung aus folgenden Komponenten gemischt ist:
    1-5Gew.% 2.2'-oxybis[ethanol],
    1-5Gew.% Alkylamin,
    1-5Gew.% Fettsäureamid,
    0,1-1Gew.% N,N'-Methylen-bis-morpholin,
    0,1-1Gew.% Kaliumbenzoat,
    1-5Gew.% Propan-2-ol,
    0,1-1Gew.% Natriumpyrithion,
    1-5Gew.% Natriumsulfonat,
    1-5Gew.% Tallölfettsäure,
    60-90Gew.% mineralisches Schmieröl,
    1-7Gew.% Borsäure.
  2. Kraftstoffzusatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner 0,01-1Gew.% Dieselinjektorsystem-Cleaner und 0,01 -1Gew.% Bakterien- und Pilzblocker zugemischt ist.
  3. Verwendung eines Kraftstoffzusatzes nach Anspruch 3 als Zusatz zu einem Dieselkraftstoff.
  4. Kraftstoffzusatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ferner 0,01-1 Gew.% Benzin-Injektorsystem-Cleaner beigemischt ist.
  5. Verwendung eines Kraftstoffzusatzes nach Anspruch 4 als Zusatz zu Benzin.
  6. Kraftstoffzusatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass 0,01 - 1 Gew.% Bakterien- und Pilzblocker sowie 0,01 - 1 Gew.% Diesel-Ultra-DPF-Turbo-Systemreiniger zugemischt sind.
  7. Verwendung eines Kraftstoffzusatzes nach Anspruch 6 als Zusatz zu einem Dieselkraftstoff.
  8. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kraftstoffzusatzes nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2, 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Komponenten
    - Glycerin
    - Borax
    - Schmierölmischung
    - Synthetische Verdünnung
    in der angegebenen Reihenfolge nacheinander vermengt werden.
