Anschlusssysteme zwischen zwei weiterführenden Schutzeinrichtungen unterschiedlicher Bau- und Konstruktionsart sind im Stand der Technik bekannt. Bei diesen Schutzeinrichtungen unterschiedlicher Bau- und Konstruktionsart handelt es sich zum einen um Leitplankenkonstruktionen aus Metall mit Zugbandeigenschaften und zum anderen um Konstruktionen aus Beton. Bei diesen Konstruktionen wurde ein Übergangsblech an die Betonkonstruktion angeformt und mit den Schutzplanken sowie der Betonwand verbunden. Gleichzeitig muss aber auch die weiterführende Schutzeinrichtung ihre Aufgabe als Zugband über ihre gesamte Länge hinweg erfüllen. Hierzu weist sie üblicher Weise an ihren Enden eine im Erdreich verankerte Absenkung auf, die die bei einem seitlichen Anprall auftretenden Zugkräfte in den Untergrund einleitet.
