Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wallboard and a wall construction system for the construction of walls in exhibition construction.
  • walls in exhibition construction are constructed from prefabricated individual parts.
  • Such walls are usually built at trade fairs by specialized companies.
  • Such companies are always anxious to realize the construction of walls as quickly and inexpensively as possible, so that they can meet the very high standards, in this regard, they are made by the exhibition organizer.
  • wall-mounting systems which include as a prefabricated parts horizontal frame members, vertical post members and plates.
  • the post elements and Zargenetti are usually manufactured as extruded aluminum parts and have over their length extension across a constant cross-section.
  • the post elements usually have a polygonal cross-section, for example a square cross section or a cross section in the manner of a regular octagon.
  • the frame elements usually have a hollow profile area extending over their entire longitudinal extension and, at least on one side, a groove which is likewise often identical to the grooves of the post elements.
  • the frame members At each end of its longitudinal extension, the frame members usually have clamping connectors which are inserted into the hollow profile area.
  • a plate for example, a pressboard or a glass plate is used.
  • the construction of walls is carried out as follows: On one side of a post member, in which a groove is located, two frame members are set so that the grooves of the frame elements with the groove of the post element converge and that to those facing the post element Ends of the frame elements arranged clamping connector projecting in sections in the groove of the post element.
  • various embodiments of the clamp connectors are known, for example, eccentric clamp connectors that jam with the groove of the post member.
  • wall-mounting systems are known in which wall panels are manufactured as prefabricated parts, which are then assembled at the fair to build walls.
  • a wall construction system is, for example, in DE 20 2010 006 529 disclosed.
  • the wall panels are made of a conventional post member and two conventional frame members and an edge profile member instead of the second post member.
  • the edge profile element is arranged between the horizontal frames so that the ends of the frame elements lying opposite the post element remain free, so that the post element of another wall construction board with a side on which it has a free groove, as explained above, attached to the frame elements and over Clamping connector of Zargenmaschine can be fixed with the Zargenmaschinen.
  • the plate of a wallboard must be held sufficiently well on the edge profile element.
  • the edge profile element must provide a spring which can engage in the groove of an attached post element of another wallboard, so that two prefabricated wallboard can be sufficiently stable connected to each other.
  • the described objects are achieved in that the edge profile element on the one hand has a groove element in which the plate is arranged, adjacent to the groove element a hollow profile area, are used in the conventional clamp connectors for connecting the edge profile element with the Zargenmaschinen, and beyond on the side opposite the groove element side of the hollow profile area a spring element that can be inserted into the groove of the post element of another wallboard.
  • the wall construction system described allows a fast construction of walls on a fair by providing sufficiently stable prefabricated wall panels.
  • the edge profile element with the various sections namely groove element, hollow profile area for receiving a clamp connector and spring element, must be very large, especially since a sufficiently large and stable hollow profile area and attached thereto must be provided sufficiently stable tongue and groove elements.
  • the production of the edge profile element is thus complex and material-intensive, which is all the more important as the edge profile element represents an additional component that is not required in the other known wall-mounted systems described.
  • more clamp connectors for connecting the edge profile element with the Zargenmaschinen are required, which increases the cost of the wall construction system even further.
  • the advantage of this wall construction system to be able to realize the construction of walls on a fair faster, thus counteracting the disadvantage of this wall construction system that the cost of producing the necessary parts for the wall system are high.
  • the present invention has for its object to provide a Wandbauplatte and a wall-mounting system that at least partially solves the disadvantages of conventional wall-mounted systems described above and allows the fastest possible and at the same time most cost-effective construction of walls on a fair.
  • the wallboard comprises four Frame members, each having a groove and are connected to a rectangular frame with a frame inner facing peripheral frame groove, wherein the frame groove is formed by the grooves of the frame members and a plate is inserted into the frame groove.
  • the four frame members thus form a frame, in the frame interior of which the plate is arranged.
  • the four frame elements thus enclose the plate.
  • the plate is disposed in the grooves of the four frame members, and the four frame members are fixed to each other via fixing means, so that the plate is securely held in the frame formed by the four frame members.
  • fixing means for example, conventional clamp connectors can be used, which are used in hollow profile areas of the Zargenmaschine, as explained in the prior art.
  • the skilled person is aware of various possibilities for realizing such fixing means for connecting two frame elements.
  • Two of the four frame members are formed as frame members extending in a vertical direction, one of which is formed as a post member and the other as an edge member.
  • the other two of the four frame members are formed as Zargen sculpture extending in a horizontal direction, wherein the Zargenmaschine abut each with a horizontal end to the post element.
  • the post member is thus arranged in the horizontal direction adjacent to the Zargenmaschinen.
  • the edge element is arranged with a first horizontal section between the frame elements and projects with a second horizontal section horizontally over the frame elements.
  • the edge element In the vertical direction, the edge element is thus arranged between the frame elements, whereas in the horizontal direction it overlaps only with its first horizontal section with the two frame elements.
  • the edge element is formed by a one-piece metal or plastic element and has a cross section formed as a U-shape perpendicular to the vertical direction.
  • the U-shape is open to the frame interior and formed by two side walls which are spaced apart from each other over the first horizontal portion and are interconnected only in the second horizontal portion.
  • the edge element provides its groove for receiving the plate.
  • the plate thus extends with a horizontal portion between the side walls, since the plate is arranged in the groove of the edge element.
  • the edge member has, in the second horizontal portion, a maximum width in a transverse direction perpendicular to the horizontal and perpendicular to the vertical direction, which is smaller than a width of the groove of the pillar member in the transverse direction.
  • the edge element Over the entire second horizontal section, ie also over its entire extension in the vertical direction, the edge element has at most the maximum width. In one embodiment, the edge element has a total of at most the maximum width.
  • the term "groove of the post element" of course always refers to the groove in which the plate is arranged.
  • the post element has at least one receiving groove which is identical to the groove of the post element, in which the plate is arranged.
  • the receiving groove thus denotes a free groove of the post element, in which not the plate of the wallboard is inserted.
  • the receiving groove can thus accommodate a section, in particular the second horizontal section of the edge element, of a further wallboard, so that two wallboard panels, as explained with reference to the prior art, can be placed against one another for the purpose of realizing walls in exhibition construction.
  • all four frame elements are formed as extruded parts, in particular extruded aluminum parts. As a result, the frame members can be made cheap and very stable.
  • all the frame elements have the same cross section over their entire longitudinal extent, ie the frame elements over their extent in the horizontal direction and the post element and edge element over their extent in the vertical direction.
  • the wallboard according to the invention can be produced very inexpensively, since the edge element is very simple.
  • the inventors have recognized that the U-shaped edge element has a sufficient rigidity thanks to its U-shape, so that a sufficiently rigid wallboard can be produced, which can be transported without damage and attached to other wallboard.
  • the inventors have recognized that the monotonous and homogeneously executed U-shaped edge element at the same time a groove function for receiving the plate and a spring function fulfilled for insertion into a receiving groove of a post element of an adjacent wallboard, and that moreover, the U-shaped edge element can be easily connected in various ways sufficiently robust with the Zargenmaschinen.
  • such a connection can take place in that a screw is screwed vertically into the edge profile element by a passage in a frame element, so that the thread of the screw jammed with the side walls of the U-profile.
  • the edge element may extend with its first horizontal section into the groove of a frame element, wherein a fixation between the edge element and Zargenelement can be effected via a screw which extends in the transverse direction and extends through passages in the Zargenelement and in the edge element.
  • tees can be inserted into the U-shape of the edge element and screwed to the side walls, wherein the connection between the frame element and edge element can be done by screwing the tee with the frame member.
  • the present invention thus enables the realization of a prefabricated wallboard for a wall construction system with minimal material costs and thus minimal manufacturing costs, since the edge element can be produced very easily and with very low material costs.
  • a contributing factor is that the inventors have recognized that the edge element has sufficient stability, without providing a connection between the side walls in the first horizontal section of the edge element, but that a connection of the side walls is sufficient only in the second horizontal section the side walls converge to form the bottom of the U-shape.
  • the grooves of the frame members each have a width in the transverse direction, the lower is the maximum width of the edge element in the transverse direction.
  • the minimum width of the grooves of the frame elements may each be less than the maximum width of the edge element.
  • the grooves of the Zargenimplantation and the groove of the post member may be identical.
  • the maximum width indicates the maximum extent of the edge element as a whole in the transverse direction.
  • edge element even more material can be saved.
  • provision of a very small width of the edge element can bring with it that the edge element rests very close to the plate, which can further stabilize the wallboard and in particular can also cause a visually pleasing impression of the wallboard.
  • one vertical section of the first horizontal section of the edge element is arranged in the groove of one of the two frame elements.
  • the edge member thus extends with a first vertical portion of its first horizontal portion in the groove of a first of the two frame members and with a second vertical portion of its first horizontal portion in the groove of a second of the two frame members.
  • the grooves of the post element and the horizontal frame elements facing the interior of the frame are each formed as undercut grooves. This allows the fixation of Zargenettin and post elements together and the fixation of Zargenmaschine be further improved with the edge element, since fixing means can engage behind the undercut of the grooves. It should be noted that an undercut groove is formed so that the width of the groove is reduced over a portion toward the frame interior, so that a fixing element can be arranged in the groove and through the portion of the groove in which the Width of the groove reduces, may be prevented from slipping out of the groove.
  • the wallboard has two connecting elements, wherein the edge element is connected by means of the two connecting elements with the two frame elements, wherein each connecting element is associated with exactly one frame element and is arranged with a first vertical holding portion between the side walls of the edge element and with a second vertical Holding portion is disposed within the groove of the associated Zargenelements.
  • the first vertical holding portion is thus arranged in the transverse direction between the side walls of the edge element and in the horizontal direction adjacent to the plate and in the vertical direction at least in sections at the level of the plate.
  • the connecting element can thus be very easily fixed to the edge element.
  • a screw or a clamping wedge or a Klebefix ist be provided.
  • the second vertical holding section which is arranged in the groove of the connecting element associated Zargenelements
  • a very simple fixation of the connecting element can be realized with the associated Zargenelement, for example via a screw, a clamping wedge or a Klebefix mich.
  • the stable fixing between the associated frame element and the edge element can be realized reliably and simply via the connecting element, which acts as a fixing means.
  • the connecting elements can be kept small and simple.
  • the fixation between frame element, connecting element and edge element can be simplified, and on the other hand, the manufacturing costs can be kept low.
  • the first holding portion via a separate first fastening means on the edge element and the second holding portion via a separate second fastening means attached to the associated Zargenelement As fastening means, for example screws, split pins or clamping wedges can be used.
  • fastening means for example screws, split pins or clamping wedges can be used.
  • the provision of the two separate fastening means can particularly simplify the assembly of the wallboard and at the same time allow a very stable assembly of the wallboard.
  • At least one of the connecting elements may have a T-shaped cross-section perpendicular to the horizontal direction, the T-shape being formed by a base beam extending in the vertical direction and a transverse beam extending in the transverse direction Holding portion as the base bar and second holding portion is formed as the crossbar. From the T-shape of the cross-section results that the crossbar protrudes on both sides with respect to the transverse direction over the base beam.
  • the provision of the T-shaped connecting element has the significant advantage that the base beam between the side walls of the edge element can be arranged and fixed to these, while the crossbar is in the groove of an associated Zargenelements, so that due to the considerable Extension of the crossbar in the groove is given sufficient opportunity to fix the crossbar in the groove.
  • the provision of the T-shaped connecting element thus brings a particularly simple and reliable fixation of edge element and Zargenelement each other with it and at the same time ensures a very simple realization of the connecting element.

  • a thickness in the transverse direction of at least 3 mm, in particular of at least 4 mm.
  • the second holding section has, on its side facing the edge element, a step profile extending in the transverse direction.
  • the groove of this connection element associated Zargenelements is bounded on its side facing the frame inside by two undercut forming undercut sections which extend in the transverse direction and form a slot opening between them.
  • the width of the groove thus increases from the groove opening along the vertical direction to the undercut portions.
  • the undercut portions thus each extend from a groove wall to the groove opening. Due to the provision of the undercut portions, the groove is thus formed as an undercut groove.
  • the second holding portion of the connecting element is arranged with a central portion of its effetnverlaufs in the slot opening and lies with two the middle portion framing side portions at the two undercut portions within the groove.
  • the step profile is thus formed by the step between a first side portion and the middle portion and the step between a second side portion and the middle portion.
  • a fixing bore is provided with an internal thread in the central portion, which extends in the vertical direction through the central portion, wherein in the Fixing a screw fixing screw is screwed, which presses against one of the groove opening in the vertical direction opposite groove bottom, whereby the fixing screw presses the side portions against the undercut portions.
  • a thickness decreases in the transverse direction of the first holding section in the vertical direction up to the second holding section via a step, wherein the fixing screw in the vertical direction above the step and is arranged at least in sections in the transverse direction at the level of the step.
  • this can ensure that the fixing screw can be arranged so that it is accessible during assembly, since it can be provided in the transverse direction at the height of the slot opening, and thus by screwing the fixing screw into the fixing hole described pressing the side sections of the second holding portion can be ensured against the undercut portions.

  • the plate is at least over a substantial portion of the vertical extension length of the edge element from the area in the second horizontal portion of the edge element, in which the side walls are interconnected.
  • a bending of the edge element can thus be set without a spacer element, which can bring about deformations of the wall construction board.
  • the spacer element may, for example, extend over the entire vertical section.
  • the spacer element may, for example, also extend beyond the vertical section. It is essential that the spacer extends at least with a portion within the vertical portion.
