    caractérisée en ce que la ferrure est dotée d'un dispositif de fermeture (21), qui est fixé à la tringlerie d'actionnement (7), à l'intérieur de la rainure de ferrure (20), au moyen d'un boîtier (26), et qui peut être couplé avec la tringlerie d'actionnement (7) par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce de guidage (24), sachant que la pièce de guidage (24) peut être mue par actionnement de la tringle de manoeuvre (8) de la tringlerie d'actionnement (7) et fait passer, d'une position d'ouverture, opposée à la direction d'abaissement du battant (2), avec escamotage dans le boîtier (26) du dispositif de fermeture (21), à une position de fermeture avec un champ d'actionnement libre (30), un pêne pivotant (29), qui est commandé par un guidage entraîneur (27), qui équipe la pièce de guidage (24), et est monté à rotation autour d'un point de rotation (28) sur le boîtier (26) du dispositif de fermeture (21), sachant que, lors du passage à la position de fermeture, une extrémité libre (46) du pêne pivotant (29) est en prise avec un tourillon (32), qui est fixé sur le dormant (1) et est associé à l'engagement du pêne (22), sachant que l'engagement du pêne (22) est doté d'une plaque de verrouillage (62), qui, disposée, presque à fleur, sur le dormant (1), est dotée d'une découpe (63) à travers laquelle s'engage le pêne pivotant (29), et qui, avec l'engagement de l'extrémité libre (46) du pêne pivotant (29) dans un espace libre (64) formé entre le tourillon (32) et la plaque de verrouillage (62), définit une position d'entrebâillement.
  2. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (26) du dispositif de fermeture (21) est formé par deux coquilles de boîtier (35, 36) de conception symétrique, sachant que la paroi (37), côté longitudinal des coquilles de boîtier (35, 36), forme, avec une patte (39), disposée parallèlement à la paroi (37), par rapport à une ouverture (38) longitudinale des coquilles de boîtier (35, 36), tout au moins sur une surface (40) des coquilles de boîtier (35, 36) le système de guidage de la pièce de guidage (24).
  3. Ferrure selon la revendication 2
    caractérisée en ce que les coquilles de boîtier (35, 36) sont reliées par adhérence en un composant monobloc par le biais d'un rivetage et sont dotées de moyens de fixation (56) pour la fixation par engagement positif et / ou par adhérence sur la tringlerie d'actionnement (7).
  4. Ferrure selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que la paroi (37) forme l'intervalle (41) intérieur entre les coquilles de boîtier (35, 36), sachant que l'intervalle (41) se conforme à l'épaisseur respective du matériau de la pièce de guidage (24) et du pêne pivotant (29), la position montée, couplée au mouvement de déplacement étant presque sans jeu.
  5. Ferrure selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que la pièce de guidage (24), en saillie hors de l'ouverture (38) du boîtier (26), en direction de la tringlerie d'actionnement (7), est dotée d'un entraîneur (42), qui peut être couplé par engagement géométrique avec une découpe (43) de la tringle de manoeuvre (8) de la tringlerie d'actionnement (7).
  6. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le pêne pivotant (29) est doté, au point de rotation (28), de tourillons (44), qui, en saillie sur les deux côtés, sont montés en rotation dans un trou (45) des coquilles de boîtier (35, 36).
  7. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le pêne pivotant (29) est doté, sur le côté orienté vers la pièce de guidage (24), d'un élément de couplage (45) en forme de L, qui est reçu par le guidage entraîneur (27), et qui, dans la position de fermeture extraie du pêne pivotant (29), empêche un pivotement manuel en raison de la forme en L du guidage entraîneur (27) en engagement géométrique avec l'élément de couplage en forme de L (45).
  8. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité libre (46) du pêne pivotant (29) est réalisée à la manière d'un crochet et s'étend sur un rayon pressant le battant (2) contre le dormant (1) et l'y maintenant lors du passage à la position de fermeture.
  9. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que les extrémités libres (46, 47) du pêne pivotant (29) présentent de préférence la forme d'un arc de cercle autour du point de rotation (28) ou s'étendent tout au moins sur un rayon.
  10. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que l'engagement du pêne (29) et le tourillon (32), dans la position de fermeture, et l'engagement du pêne (29) entre le tourillon (32) et la plaque de verrouillage (62), dans la position d'entrebâillement, sont recouverts par la plaque de verrouillage.
  11. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'engagement du pêne (22) est fabriqué à partir d'un matériau en forme de bande, coudé, sachant que les plaques (49, 50), coudées à angle droit par rapport à la plaque de base (48) en décrivant un U, forment le réceptacle du tourillon (32) et relient par adhérence le tourillon (32) au moyen d'un rivetage.
  12. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que le tourillon (32) est doté d'un rouleau (51), qui est monté en rotation entre les plaques (49, 50), et que l'intervalle (52) entre les plaques (49, 50) est adapté à l'épaisseur du matériau du pêne pivotant (29), sachant que les bords extérieurs (57) du pêne pivotant (29) sont arrondis au moins dans la région de l'organe d'engagement du pêne (22).
  13. Ferrure selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que l'engagement du pêne (22) et une plaque de fixation (55) adhérant au dormant (1) sont reliés en translation horizontale l'un par rapport à l'autre, dans la direction de déplacement du battant (2), au moyen d'un dispositif d'ajustage (65), et que, lors de l'actionnement du dispositif d'ajustage (65), l'intervalle entre la plaque de fixation (55) et l'engagement du pêne (22) peut être réglé.
  14. Ferrure selon la revendication 13,
    caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'ajustage (65) consiste en une broche filetée (66), qui, montée sur la plaque de fixation (55), est reliée en rotation à la plaque de base (48) de l'engagement du pêne (22) au moyen du filetage (67), et que, sur la plaque de fixation (55), sur chacun des deux côtés, il est doté de tourillons de guidage (68) distancés de la broche filetée (66), qui reçoivent les alésages (69) de la plaque de base (48) en les guidant concentriquement, sachant que, par le biais, d'un engagement d'outil (70), dont est dotée la broche filetée (66), un réglage en continu de l'intervalle situé entre la plaque de fixation (55) et l'engagement du pêne (22) peut être effectué.
