Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Dichtung, insbesondere eine selbsttätig absenkbare Bodendichtung für Türen, wobei die Dichtung ein Dichtungsgehäuse, ein Dichtmittel, das vorzugsweise in dem Dichtungsgehäuse angebracht ist und Befestigungsmittel zur Befestigung des Dichtungsgehäuses in einer Nut einer Tür, eines Fensters oder dergleichen aufweist. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner ein Türblatt mit einer solchen Dichtung, ein Verfahren zum Herstellen solcher Dichtungen, ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Türblatts mit einer solchen Dichtung.The invention relates to a seal, in particular an automatically lowerable floor seal for doors, the seal having a seal housing, a sealant which is preferably fitted in the seal housing and fastening means for fastening the seal housing in a groove of a door, a window or the like. Dieses ist zwar grundsätzlich möglich und auch kostengünstiger als eine manuelle Montage, insbesondere bei hohen zu montierenden Stückzahlen. - ein Verfahren zur Herstellung und zur Montage einer erfindungsgemäßen verbesserten Dichtung vorzuschlagen und
- eine Vorrichtung zur Montage der Dichtung in Türblättern vorzuschlagen.

Eine erfindungsgemäße Dichtung ist gegenüber einer eingangs genannten Dichtung so fortgebildet, dass die Befestigungsmittel vor der Montage der Dichtung in der Nut zumindest teilweise unverlierbar an dem Dichtungsgehäuse angeordnet sind. Unverlierbar im Sinne der Erfindung bedeutet, dass die mit dem Dichtungsgehäuse verbundenen Teile der Befestigungsmittel sich durch die während des Transports einer Dichtung üblicherweise auftretenden Kräfte nicht von dem Dichtungsgehäuse lösen. Unverlierbar im Sinne der Erfindung bedeutet jedoch nicht notwendigerweise, dass die Befestigungsmittel so mit dem Dichtungsgehäuse verbunden sind, dass sie mit der Hand oder mittels eines Werkzeuges nicht ganz oder teilweise von dem Dichtungsgehäuse lösbar wären.
