Definitions
- the invention relates to a reinforcement connection element.
- Reinforcement connections with reinforcement elements accommodated in a storage box have been known for many years and serve to produce a connection reinforcement between a first concrete component initially produced and a second subsequently produced concrete component.
- the storage box is nailed in use to the inside of a formwork wall, with the projecting beyond the bottom of the storage box reinforcement in the formwork interior shows.
- the storage box and the connection elements protruding beyond the bottom of the storage box are integrated into the first concrete component.
- the cover of the storage box can be removed with the aid of a hammer so that the reinforcement elements are exposed. These can then be bent upwards and serve as reinforcement for the second concrete component to be concreted in a second concreting section.
- the concrete of the second concrete component also fills the interior of the Verwahrungkastens so that it is completely embedded in the concrete between the two concrete components.
- Such rebar connections with two slide-like storage boxes are associated with the disadvantage that they can only be used from a bracket width of 16 cm compared to conventional reverse bending connections.
- the reason for this is that a minimum embedment depth in the concrete of 3 cm must be taken into account for the joint plate.
- the distance between the joint plate and each of the joint plate facing wall of the two storage boxes must therefore be at least 3 cm. So that reinforcing bars with the usual diameter of 12 mm can be accommodated in the respective storage box as reinforcement elements, its minimum width must be 5 cm. Require the concrete components to be created a larger diameter reinforcement, so larger storage boxes must be used, which increases the distance of protruding from the bottom of the storage boxes reinforcing elements.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to provide a reinforcing connection element equipped with a joint plate, which is also suitable for large reinforcing diameters and small ironing widths. This object is achieved by the reinforcement connection element according to independent claim 1. Further advantageous aspects, details and Embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims, the description and the drawings.
- the present invention provides a reinforcement connection element for establishing a connection between a first and a second concreting section.
- the reinforcement connection element comprises a storage box, a plurality of reinforcing elements and a joint plate.
- the storage box comprises two side walls each extending in a longitudinal direction of the storage box, a bottom facing the first pouring portion in the installed condition, and a lid facing the second pouring portion in the installed condition, the side walls, bottom and lid defining an interior of the storage box.
- the reinforcing elements each have a first reinforcing element section penetrating the bottom of the repository box and a second reinforcing element section arranged in the interior of the repository box, the first reinforcing element section being installed in the first concreting section and the second reinforcing element section being installed in the second concreting section when installed ,
- the joint plate penetrates the bottom of the storage box and is firmly connected on both sides to the bottom of the storage box.
- the joint plate comprises a first in the installed state arranged in the first concreting Fugenblechabexcellent and a second in the installed state arranged in the second concreting Fugenblechabexcellent, the second Fugenblechabites is completely disposed in the interior of the storage box.
- the reinforcement connection element according to the invention instead of the two separate storage boxes known from the prior art, a single storage box is used in conjunction with a joint plate. In the interior of this storage box the arranged in the installed state in the second concreting joint plate portion is completely housed, so that the lid of the storage box can be deducted after creating the first concrete component in one go to expose the reinforcement. Due to the omission of the joint plate facing wall of the two carriage-like storage boxes are smaller widths of Reinforcement connection element possible.
- the reinforcing connection element according to the invention with joint plate can therefore also be used for low wall thickness or for large reinforcement diameter, which does not apply to the known from the prior art reinforcement connection elements with joint plate.
- connection of joint plate and bottom of the storage box is preferably carried out by welding or clinching.
- the bottom of the storage box is folded over in the areas adjacent to the joint plate, so as to form a larger contact surface.
- the joint plate is oriented substantially perpendicular to the bottom of the storage box.
- a substantially vertical arrangement of the joint plate relative to the bottom of the storage box is advantageous, since in this case the joint plate penetrates as far as possible into the respective concrete component.
- the same penetration depth can be ensured by using a larger-area joint plate.
- air pockets can be prevented during the casting of the concrete in certain cases.
- the side walls and the lid of the storage box are preferably made of a metallic flat material, in particular of a steel sheet and particularly preferably of black sheet metal.
- the bottom of the storage box preferably also consists of a metallic flat material, in particular of a sheet steel and particularly preferably of black plate, but can also be made of a perforated metallic flat material, preferably made of an expanded metal.
- the bottom of the storage box is penetrated by the joint plate, so that the bottom is divided into two floor sections, wherein these floor sections are arranged relative to the joint plate on opposite sides.
- the first reinforcing element section may consist of simple bars, bars with terminal hooks and bars with bends.
- the first reinforcing element section is U-shaped, wherein the two legs of the U-shaped first reinforcing element section penetrate the bottom of the storage box on mutually opposite base sections with respect to the joint plate.
- Each reinforcing element according to this embodiment has a U-shaped section, wherein in each case one leg of the U-shaped section penetrates in each case a bottom section.
- a leg penetrates the bottom of the storage box so adjacent to a major surface of the joint plate and the other leg adjacent to the other, opposite major surface of the joint plate.
- the web of the U-shaped first reinforcement element section preferably has a length of 8 cm to 23 cm, preferably a length of 9 cm to 15 cm, more preferably a length of about 10 cm.
- the reinforcement connection element according to the present invention can also be used with relatively small ironing widths. Therefore, the length of the web of the U-shaped first reinforcing element section, which corresponds to the bow width, particularly preferably has the values given above.
- the reinforcing elements are preferably structural steel.
- the end faces of the storage box are preferably covered with caps, wherein the caps are particularly preferably made of styrofoam.
- the first joint plate section in a direction perpendicular to the bottom of the storage box on an extension of at least 3 cm, more preferably at least 4 cm, more preferably at least 5 cm.
- the reinforcement connection element according to the invention makes it possible to easily comply with the minimum embedment depth of the joint sheet in the concrete of 3 cm. Preferred embodiments allow even greater embedment depths.
- the second joint plate section in a direction perpendicular to the bottom of the storage box on an extension of at least 5 cm, more preferably at least 6 cm, more preferably at least 7 cm.
- the reinforcement connection element according to the invention makes it possible to easily comply with the minimum embedment depth of the joint sheet in the concrete of 3 cm. Preferred embodiments allow even greater embedment depths.
- the said preferred expansions of the second joint plate section apply in particular to embodiments in which the joint plate is provided with a seal coating. In cases where no seal coating is used, greater expansion of the second joint sheet portion may be required.
- the extent of the first joint sheet portion and the extent of the second joint sheet portion in a direction perpendicular to the bottom of the storage box may be the same or different.
- the extent of the first joint plate section is preferably greater than the extent of the second joint plate section.
- the distance between the joint plate and the legs of the storage box penetrating the legs of the reinforcement element section is at least 3 cm, preferably at least 4 cm, particularly preferably at least 5 cm.
- the reinforcement connection element according to the invention makes it possible to easily comply with the minimum embedment depth of the joint sheet in the concrete of 3 cm. Preferred embodiments allow even greater embedment depths.
- the two legs of the U-shaped reinforcing element section penetrate the bottom of the storage box with respect to the joint plate symmetrically arranged positions. This ensures that the distance between the two legs of the joint plate is the same. In principle, however, it is also conceivable to arrange the two legs asymmetrically relative to the joint plate. Likewise, as a rule, the web of the U-shaped reinforcing element section will run substantially perpendicular to the joint plate. In principle, however, it is also conceivable to arrange the web at an angle not equal to 90 ° to the joint plate.
- the joint plate is made of a sheet metal strip.
- it is a galvanized sheet, which is particularly preferably provided at least in sections, particularly preferably over the entire surface with a seal coating.

Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Bewehrungsanschlusselement. The invention relates to a reinforcement connection element.
Reinforcement connections with reinforcement elements accommodated in a storage box have been known for many years and serve to produce a connection reinforcement between a first concrete component initially produced and a second subsequently produced concrete component. The storage box is nailed in use to the inside of a formwork wall, with the projecting beyond the bottom of the storage box reinforcement in the formwork interior shows. After the first concreting process, the storage box and the connection elements protruding beyond the bottom of the storage box are integrated into the first concrete component. After hardening of the concrete and removal of the formwork, the cover of the storage box can be removed with the aid of a hammer so that the reinforcement elements are exposed. These can then be bent upwards and serve as reinforcement for the second concrete component to be concreted in a second concreting section. The concrete of the second concrete component also fills the interior of the Verwahrungkastens so that it is completely embedded in the concrete between the two concrete components.
Such rebar connections with two slide-like storage boxes, however, are associated with the disadvantage that they can only be used from a bracket width of 16 cm compared to conventional reverse bending connections. The reason for this is that a minimum embedment depth in the concrete of 3 cm must be taken into account for the joint plate. The distance between the joint plate and each of the joint plate facing wall of the two storage boxes must therefore be at least 3 cm.
Despite the solutions known from the prior art, therefore, the use of waterproof, equipped with a joint plate reinforcement connections remains limited to relatively small reinforcement diameter and large widths.
The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a reinforcing connection element equipped with a joint plate, which is also suitable for large reinforcing diameters and small ironing widths. This object is achieved by the reinforcement connection element according to independent claim 1. Further advantageous aspects, details and Embodiments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims, the description and the drawings.
The present invention provides a reinforcement connection element for establishing a connection between a first and a second concreting section. The reinforcement connection element comprises a storage box, a plurality of reinforcing elements and a joint plate. The storage box comprises two side walls each extending in a longitudinal direction of the storage box, a bottom facing the first pouring portion in the installed condition, and a lid facing the second pouring portion in the installed condition, the side walls, bottom and lid defining an interior of the storage box. The reinforcing elements each have a first reinforcing element section penetrating the bottom of the repository box and a second reinforcing element section arranged in the interior of the repository box, the first reinforcing element section being installed in the first concreting section and the second reinforcing element section being installed in the second concreting section when installed , The joint plate penetrates the bottom of the storage box and is firmly connected on both sides to the bottom of the storage box. The joint plate comprises a first in the installed state arranged in the first concreting Fugenblechabschnitt and a second in the installed state arranged in the second concreting Fugenblechabschnitt, the second Fugenblechabschnitt is completely disposed in the interior of the storage box.
In the case of the reinforcement connection element according to the invention, instead of the two separate storage boxes known from the prior art, a single storage box is used in conjunction with a joint plate. The reinforcing connection element according to the invention with joint plate can therefore also be used for low wall thickness or for large reinforcement diameter, which does not apply to the known from the prior art reinforcement connection elements with joint plate.
The connection of joint plate and bottom of the storage box is preferably carried out by welding or clinching. Preferably, the bottom of the storage box is folded over in the areas adjacent to the joint plate, so as to form a larger contact surface.
According to a preferred embodiment, the joint plate is oriented substantially perpendicular to the bottom of the storage box. For sealing the working joint between the first and the second concrete component, a substantially vertical arrangement of the joint plate relative to the bottom of the storage box is advantageous, since in this case the joint plate penetrates as far as possible into the respective concrete component. In an arrangement deviating from this vertical orientation of the joint plate, the same penetration depth can be ensured by using a larger-area joint plate. In a non-vertical orientation of the joint plate, for example, air pockets can be prevented during the casting of the concrete in certain cases.
The side walls and the lid of the storage box are preferably made of a metallic flat material, in particular of a steel sheet and particularly preferably of black sheet metal.
The bottom of the storage box preferably also consists of a metallic flat material, in particular of a sheet steel and particularly preferably of black plate, but can also be made of a perforated metallic flat material, preferably made of an expanded metal. Through the perforations of the expanded metal concrete vat can swell easily on the opposite side, resulting in a particularly good mutual connection of the two concreting sections.
The bottom of the storage box is penetrated by the joint plate, so that the bottom is divided into two floor sections, wherein these floor sections are arranged relative to the joint plate on opposite sides. The first reinforcing element section may consist of simple bars, bars with terminal hooks and bars with bends. According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first reinforcing element section is U-shaped, wherein the two legs of the U-shaped first reinforcing element section penetrate the bottom of the storage box on mutually opposite base sections with respect to the joint plate. Each reinforcing element according to this embodiment has a U-shaped section, wherein in each case one leg of the U-shaped section penetrates in each case a bottom section. A leg penetrates the bottom of the storage box so adjacent to a major surface of the joint plate and the other leg adjacent to the other, opposite major surface of the joint plate.
The web of the U-shaped first reinforcement element section preferably has a length of 8 cm to 23 cm, preferably a length of 9 cm to 15 cm, more preferably a length of about 10 cm. As already explained, the reinforcement connection element according to the present invention can also be used with relatively small ironing widths. Therefore, the length of the web of the U-shaped first reinforcing element section, which corresponds to the bow width, particularly preferably has the values given above.
The reinforcing elements are preferably structural steel. The end faces of the storage box are preferably covered with caps, wherein the caps are particularly preferably made of styrofoam.
Preferably, the first joint plate section in a direction perpendicular to the bottom of the storage box on an extension of at least 3 cm, more preferably at least 4 cm, more preferably at least 5 cm. The reinforcement connection element according to the invention makes it possible to easily comply with the minimum embedment depth of the joint sheet in the concrete of 3 cm. Preferred embodiments allow even greater embedment depths. Preferably, the second joint plate section in a direction perpendicular to the bottom of the storage box on an extension of at least 5 cm, more preferably at least 6 cm, more preferably at least 7 cm. The reinforcement connection element according to the invention makes it possible to easily comply with the minimum embedment depth of the joint sheet in the concrete of 3 cm. Preferred embodiments allow even greater embedment depths. The said preferred expansions of the second joint plate section apply in particular to embodiments in which the joint plate is provided with a seal coating. In cases where no seal coating is used, greater expansion of the second joint sheet portion may be required.
The extent of the first joint sheet portion and the extent of the second joint sheet portion in a direction perpendicular to the bottom of the storage box may be the same or different. The extent of the first joint plate section is preferably greater than the extent of the second joint plate section.
Preferably, the distance between the joint plate and the legs of the storage box penetrating the legs of the reinforcement element section is at least 3 cm, preferably at least 4 cm, particularly preferably at least 5 cm. The reinforcement connection element according to the invention makes it possible to easily comply with the minimum embedment depth of the joint sheet in the concrete of 3 cm. Preferred embodiments allow even greater embedment depths.
In general, the two legs of the U-shaped reinforcing element section penetrate the bottom of the storage box with respect to the joint plate symmetrically arranged positions.
The joint plate is made of a sheet metal strip. Preferably, it is a galvanized sheet, which is particularly preferably provided at least in sections, particularly preferably over the entire surface with a seal coating.
The seal coating can in principle be applied to the joint plate in any manner known to the person skilled in the art. Preferably, the coating is a self-adhesive coating which is pressed onto the joint plate. It creates a simple way a durable connection between the coating and the joint plate.
In principle, any type of coating can be used as the seal coating in the context of the present invention. Particularly suitable are coatings which consist of butyl rubber, bitumen, bentonite, bitumen rubber, a hot melt adhesive, a plastic-modified bitumen coating, reacting with fresh concrete plastic-modified coating or a swellable plastic. "Swellable plastic is understood to mean all conventional thermoplastic elastomers equipped with a swellable material." Swellable plastics can be obtained in the form of films or in the form of tapes on the market.
Butyl rubber is polyisobutylene modified with resins and fillers (e.g., calcium carbonate). Bitumen rubber is a petroleum-derived product whose exact composition varies.
Bentonite is a swellable mixture of different clay minerals. The main constituent is montmorillonite (60-80%), and accompanying minerals are quartz, mica, feldspar, pyrite or calcite.
To produce the reinforcing connection element according to the invention, the metal sheet of the storage box is produced in the overall width and provided with holes for the reinforcing elements. To form the storage box, the sheet is cut through in the middle and folded. The joint plate is fixed (clinched or welded) between the folds. Subsequently, pre-bent U-shaped reinforcing elements Threaded through the pre-drilled openings of the storage box. Finally, the lid of the storage box is attached and fixed.
The application of the reinforcement connection element according to the invention is analogous to the known from the prior art reinforcement connection elements. The storage box is nailed to the inside of a formwork wall, with the projecting beyond the bottom of the storage box reinforcement in the formwork interior shows.
