Description

The present invention relates to a device on an elevator system with a counterweight for detecting the position of a counterweight and a method for determining the position of a counterweight according to the preambles of the independent claims.

With the publication CN 201842550 a protective device for the shaft of the counterweight of an elevator system was known, which consists of a grid. This makes it possible to carry out maintenance work in the shaft pit without conflicting with the counterweight. However, a desired operating position of the counterweight in its lower end position can only be estimated estimated for lack of accessibility of the counterweight behind the grid, which adversely affects an accurate assessment of the operating condition. A like in the CN 201842550 presented device with a grid, which is mounted in a steel frame, is also expensive to manufacture and expensive to manufacture. However, the properly adjusted operating position of the counterweight is important for trouble-free operation and protection of the individual parts of the elevator installation.

JP2013-095571A discloses a device according to the preamble of claim 1.

It is an object of the invention to overcome the disadvantages of the prior art. In particular, a device and a method is to be provided, which allows precise control of the counterweight in at least one end position and simplified, and excludes the risk of accident for the inspector. In particular, it should be possible to check the position of the counterweight without having to shut down the elevator system or put it out of service.

This object is achieved by the devices and methods defined in the independent patent claims. Further embodiments emerge from the dependent claims.

A device according to the invention on an elevator installation with a counterweight has at least one sighting device. The counterweight can be moved from any operating position to an end position. The device has at least one, in particular at a distance from the counterweight in the end position and stationary, in particular transparent shielding portion. The sighting device is arranged such that its position relative to at least one reference position can be determined by visualization on a lower edge of the counterweight or on a marking on the counterweight.

Shielding section is understood to mean a section of a protective device which at least partially shields the counterweight from the shaft interior. Thus, the penetration of a service technician into the travel range of the counterweight can be made more difficult or even impossible. The protective device can be constructed of one or more shielding sections, which are designed for example as panels, wall elements, sheets, grids, truss structures, nets or the like, which are useful for shielding the counterweight.

The end position of the counterweight is defined by the end position of an elevator car. Preferably, the elevator car is connected via a deflection roller with the counterweight. By stretching or heating, but also by aging or wear of the rope or the elevator system, the end position of the counterweight can be variable over time.

The counterweight may be located in the same shaft as the elevator, but it may also be provided a separate counterweight shaft. Here and below, the term shaft is intended to include both possible variants.

Typically, for the end position of the counterweight, a range is defined in which the counterweight should be in normal operation.

A sighting device according to the invention is designed such that an object can be targeted, for example, via a fixed point.

The comparison position, as set forth herein, is a position from an area in which the counterweight must be in the normal operating position. Preferably, such comparison positions are upper and lower maximum positions. With such a device, the deviation of the counterweight from a desired to an actual position can be determined in a simple manner, without endangering the fitter or inspector or having to put the elevator system out of operation.

The device may comprise at least a second sighting device, with which the position of the counterweight with respect to at least one second comparison position can be determined. Such a device with two sighting devices makes it possible to determine an operating position of the counterweight relative to an example, upper and lower maximum position. The accuracy of the statement about the position of the counterweight can thus be increased.

Preferably, such a device for each comparison position on secondary means, which cooperate with the sighting device. Such secondary means are provided to avoid parallax errors. Between the sighting device and the associated secondary means a so-called sighting line can be created. Errors when reading the position of the counterweight are reduced or even avoided.

Preferably, the device is also part of a protective device to protect against collisions with the counterweight. The protective device comprises one or more shielding sections. The device can record a double function in the sequence. On the one hand it allows the control of the counterweight, on the other hand it is ensured that the counterweight is protected against unauthorized contact.

In a further preferred embodiment, the shielding section has a transparent element. A transparent element may in particular be made of plastic or glass. The transparent element allows unobstructed view of the counterweight. A transparent element made of plastic or glass also reliably prevents unintentional intrusion of a mechanic or checker into the travel range of the counterweight.

Further preferred is for each comparison position at least one sighting device in connection with the shielding section. This allows a one-piece production of the shielding section. The device can thus be installed as a single unit in a shaft of the counterweight or on a shaft of the counterweight.

Preferably, the device is designed such that the respective secondary means is horizontally spaced from the respective sighting device. Horizontal spacing increases the accuracy of the device or measurement result since the longer a line of sight between the sighting device and the associated secondary means, the smaller the reading error becomes.

In a preferred embodiment of the device, the counterweight is located between the secondary means and the sighting device. An axis of movement of the counterweight cuts the line of sight. Here, a first secondary means of an upper comparison position by an upper sighting device is invisible seen and a second secondary means of a lower comparison position by a lower sighting device or seen through the upper sighting visible when the counterweight assumes a normal operating position in its lower end position. Preferably, each have a sighting device and a secondary means together, which are preferably arranged in a horizontal plane.

Alternatively, however, a sighting device can cooperate with two secondary means. In this alternative embodiment, the sighting device is preferably in a horizontal plane with the upper secondary means. The lower secondary means is here by the sighting device obliquely downwards and may be somewhat lower than would be the case for a lower secondary means with a separately cooperating sighting device.

With such an arrangement of the secondary means and the corresponding sighting device, a simple way of reading the position of the counterweight is provided. Preferably, the secondary means is attachable or applied to a wall of a hoistway. For attaching the secondary means no additional funds must be provided in the sequence.

Alternatively, however, it is also conceivable that the secondary agent is integrated in the shielding section of the device or is attached or attachable thereto. Thus, both the sighting device and the secondary means are attached to the same shielding section. Creation, installation and maintenance are thus simplified. Preferably, the sighting device and the secondary means are each attachable to opposite sides of the transparent element. If the sighting devices and the secondary means are mounted on opposite sides of the transparent element, then the device can be attached independently of the design of the shaft.

The transparent element preferably has a thickness of at least 1 cm, preferably 2 cm and particularly preferably at least 5 cm. A minimum thickness of the transparent element favors the accuracy in reading the position of the counterweight, in particular, the thicker the transparent element is, the longer the line of sight.

Preferably, the device is configured such that the sighting device and / or the secondary means are adjustable to preferred comparison positions of the counterweight. This allows the manufacture and manufacture of the device regardless of the particular use in an elevator. In particular, the sighting device can be adjusted with the secondary means to the respective required situation in an elevator installation.

Preferably, the sighting device or the secondary means respectively the sighting devices or the secondary means markings, which are in particular applied or engraved. By engraved or applied markings, the manufacture of the device is particularly user-friendly and inexpensive to manufacture.

In a preferred embodiment, the sighting devices and / or the secondary means may be adjustable elements. For example, wire elements, beams or profiles are conceivable. It is also conceivable, for example, to make the adjustable profiles pivotable in order to extend the sighting line.

By the comparison position, which provides a fixed reference, for example, to an impact buffer of the counterweight, the detection or reading of the position of the counterweight is simplified.

In order to determine an operating position of the counterweight in its end position, the elevator car is preferably moved from any operating position to its uppermost operating position to bring the counterweight in an end position. This allows the detection or reading of the position of the counterweight with respect to a predefined operating position of the elevator car. Typically, the elevator car is driven to its top floor, as this may represent a top possible operating position.

FIGS. 1a to 1c show an elevator system 100 in various operating conditions.

FIG. 1a shows an elevator system 100 with an elevator car 2, which is connected to a rope via a deflection roller 3 with a counterweight 1. The counterweight 1 is located in an end position above the stop buffer 4. The end position is present essentially between an upper and a lower maxima of a Endlagenbereichs (not designated here). The elevator car 2 is in an upper operating position, which is in particular a holding position of the elevator car 2 in a top floor of, for example, a building.

FIG. 1b now shows the elevator system FIG. 1a , For clarity, the reference numerals, as in FIG. 1a shown, omitted. The elevator car 2 is located at an elevator car distance 2a below the end position. However, the counterweight 1 has already ascended on the stop buffer 4. Typically, when raising the counterweight 1 on the stop buffer 4, an alarm is triggered and set the elevator system out of service. This situation arises when the counterweight 1 is outside the operating range. This may for example be because the rope connecting the elevator car 2 and the counterweight 1 is too long.

Figure 1c now shows the situation FIG. 1a if the connecting cable between elevator car 2 and counterweight 1 is too short. The elevator car 2 is located in Figure 1c in a lower end position, which is typically defined by the elevator car 2 being on the lowest floor. The counterweight 1 from the Figure 1c has traveled with a counterweight distance 1a over the maximum permissible range. There is a risk of collision with the deflection roller 3. Such a situation can be detected when the elevator 100 in an end position as in FIG. 1b is described, with the counterweight 1, against the FIG. 1b , located above the stop buffer 4, when the elevator car 2 is in its uppermost end position (see FIG. 2 ).

FIG. 2 shows a schematic representation of an inventive device 10. The counterweight 1 is located in the present case in a lower portion of the shaft, which is delimited by a wall 16 of the shaft and a shielding portion 12. In the lower part of the shaft there is a stop buffer 4. In FIG. 2 the shielding portion 12 is shown on the left side, in the present case it is designed as a protective device 13. The shielding portion 12 comprises a transparent element 14 on which a first sighting device 10 and a second sighting device 10 'are mounted. The sighting devices 10, 10 'are in the present case colored or engraved markings on the transparent element 14. The transparent element 14 is, for example, an acrylic glass.

On the side opposite the shielding section 12 (in this case right in FIG FIG. 2 ) is a wall 16 of the shaft. On the wall 16 are a first secondary means 11 and a second secondary means 11 '. The secondary means 11, 11 'are presently colored markings on the wall 16 of the shaft. Between the sighting device 10 and the associated secondary means 11, a virtual sighting line 15 is shown. A corresponding virtual sighting line 15 'is shown between the second sighting means 10' and the second secondary means 11 '. A further sighting device with corresponding secondary means (not designated here) is shown between the aforementioned sighting devices 10, 10 ', respectively between the abovementioned secondary means 11, 11'. The counterweight 1 is in an operating position, which in the present case is just at the uppermost end of the operating range between the sighting lines 15 and 15 '.

FIG. 3 now shows a detail of the device 10 from FIG. 2 , In the present case, the shielding section 12 is designed directly as a protective device 13. The shielding section 12 in the present case has an opening into which a transparent element 14 is embedded. On the surface of the transparent element is a first and a second sighting device 10, 10 '. On the opposite side of the sighting device 10, 10 'are the secondary means 11, 11'. The sighting device 10, 10 'and the corresponding secondary means 11, 11' are mounted at a horizontal distance from each other on the transparent element 14 and engraved in the present case.

FIG. 4 shows a preferred alternative embodiment of the protection device 13 from FIG. 3 , In the present case, the protective device 13 is made up of first shielding sections 12 'and second shielding sections 12 "In the center of the protective device there is a transparent element 14 with associated sighting devices 10, 10." Individual shielding sections 12' and 12 "are joined to one another and in the present case are bolted together with beams ,

FIGS. 5a and 5b now each show a shield portion 12 'and 12 "from the FIG. 4 , Both shielding sections 12 'and 12 "have fastening means at their ends, which in the present case are designed as slots The shielding section 12' is made of an opaque element, the shielding section 12" consists of an opaque material in the region of its fastening openings. A transparent element 14 is inserted centrally of the shielding section 12 ", but it is also conceivable to manufacture the shielding section 12" completely from a transparent material, such as Plexiglas or glass.

The FIG. 6 now shows a further preferred embodiment of the protection device 13 from FIG. 3 , The shielding section 12 FIG. 6 is substantially the same design as the shield portion 12 from FIG. 4 , However, it differs in that the sighting devices 10 and 10 'are attached to a movable frame. In the present case, the shielding section 12 is again made up of first and second shielding sections 12 'and 12 " 13 is also a transparent element 14. On both sides of the transparent element 14 profiles 22 are arranged, on which the sighting devices 10, 10 'are slidably mounted. An individual adjustment of the device 10 is thus possible.

Figure 7a and Figure 7b now show shielding portions 12 'and 12 ", which are suitable for a protective device 13 as in the FIG. 6 shown, are suitable. In contrast to the shield sections 12 'and 12 "of the FIGS. 5a and 5b For example, the present shield portions 12 'and 12 "are made of FIGS. 7a and 7b additional profiles, which are in the vicinity of the mounting slots to the sighting devices 10, 10 '(see FIG. 6 ).
