Description

The present invention relates to a lifting bridge with at least one liftable and lowerable roadway section, which opens at least on one side in a lowered position on a stationary roadway.

It will be on the WO 97/45594 A1 referenced, which discloses a bascule bridge, which closes the gap in the flood dam in the flood position, the folded-up bridge part. The WO 2008/022359 discloses a lift bridge in which a bridge girder is pivotally mounted on a pier to pivot a carriageway section located on the bridge girder from a horizontal position to a vertical position, thereby releasing the area between two bridge piers. In the case of flooding, however, there is the problem that both the bridge pier and the folded-up lane sections are flown.

For flood protection reveals the DE 103 27 396 B4 a bridge arrangement in which a bridge superstructure on a lowering device is movable to lower the bridge superstructure in the direction of the body of water. Regardless of whether the bridge superstructure is lowered or raised at high tide, there remains the problem that as the dike line rises, the roadway must also be sealed, which can be done with mobile flood protection walls. However, these must be mounted in time before the level rises so that the bridge must be locked at a very early stage.

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a lifting bridge that can be quickly converted from a driving operation to a flood operation.

This object is achieved by a lifting bridge with the features of claim 1.

According to the invention a sealing panel is provided below a liftable and lowerable roadway section, which abuts in a raised position of the roadway section on lateral walls, wherein the sealing panel forms a part of a flood protection wall together with the walls. This makes it possible, when lifting the roadway section in the raised position to move the sealing panel, so that they also form part of a flood protection wall forms, so that the changeover time between a road operation and a flood operation can be kept short. The sealing panel can cooperate with stationary walls, which are provided as masonry on the bank of the lifting bridge and, if necessary, form a flood protection wall with the sealing panel.

Preferably, in the raised position of the carriageway section on opposite sides, the sealing panel abuts in each case against a wall which forms a stop for the sealing panel. The two walls may be provided with sealing means at the transition to the sealing panel, wherein additionally or alternatively, the sealing means may also be provided on the sealing panel. The sealing panel preferably has a width which corresponds at least to the width of the roadway section. Preferably, the sealing panel is slightly protruding laterally so that the protruding areas can come into contact with the walls of the flood protection wall. As a "sealing panel" wall or plate-shaped elements can be used, which have sufficient stability to withstand the pressure of a flood.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sealing panel is pivotally mounted on at least one lifting rocker. The at least one lifting rocker has at least one swing arm, which is rotatably mounted on a bank-side fixed bearing and is slidably mounted on the roadway section. For this purpose, a guide rail can be provided below the roadway section for each swing arm of the lifting rocker. The use of a lifting rocker has the advantage that in the lowered position, the lifting rocker can absorb static forces, so that the roadway section is supported by the lifting rocker. In the raised position, the lifting rocker also supports the roadway section, but additionally holds the sealing board, which is pressed by the water pressure against the wall at high tide. The horizontal forces can be removed through the walls and the lower fixed bearing.

Preferably, the lifting rocker comprises two oscillating arms on which the sealing panel is fixed. In the case of wide lifting bridges, it is also possible to provide more than two oscillating arms, it being possible to design the sealing panel in one or more parts. Preferably, the sealing panel consists of one or more steel sheets, plastic sheets or other materials.

A lifting bridge 1 comprises a liftable and lowerable roadway section 2, which can be used for traffic routes, such as roads, rails or pedestrians. In a lowered position of the roadway section 2, this opens on opposite sides to roadways 3, which are provided on the bank side. The transition to the lanes 3 is formed substantially flush. The road section 2 may not shown facilities for the carriageway operation, such as crash barriers, railings, rails or other facilities have.

Below the roadway section 2 lifting rockers 4 are provided on opposite sides, which support the roadway section 2 in the lowered position. Each lifting rocker 4 comprises one or more oscillating arms 5 which are rotatably mounted on the bank side on a fixed bearing 7. In the illustrated embodiment, two oscillating arms 5 are shown, which are rotatably arranged on the bottom side in each case via a fixed bearing 7. At the two oscillating arms 5, a sealing panel 6 is fixed, which is moved together with the oscillating arms 5.

About the two lifting arms 4, the road section 2 of the lowered position in FIG. 1 via an intermediate position ( FIG. 2 ) in a raised Position according to FIG. 3 to be moved. At each lifting rocker 4, a sealing panel 6 is provided, which is oriented substantially vertically in the raised position. The sealing panel 6 is pivoted when pivoting the oscillating arms 5 against an end face 10 of a wall 11, which forms part of a flood protection wall. The wall 11 extends in the illustrated embodiment perpendicular to a dike wall 12, which runs parallel to the shore, with other courses of the wall 11 and the dyke wall 12 may be provided. The sealing panel 6 is wider than the track portion 2 and abuts with the protruding portions on the end face 10 of the walls 11 to provide a seal. For this purpose, additional sealing means may be provided on the sealing panel 6 and / or the wall 11.

In the area of the lifting rocker 4, a base 14 is provided below the sealing panel 6, which extends between the walls 11 and substantially seals a lower edge of the sealing panel 6 in the raised position. For this purpose, 6 corresponding sealing means may be provided on the base 14 and / or the sealing panel.

In FIG. 3 is symbolically marked the flood with a dike line 15, which extends along the dyke wall 12, the wall 11 and the sealing panel 6. By sealing the sealing panel 6 relative to the base 14 and the wall 11 penetration of water to the roadway 3 is largely avoided. If the dike wall 12 is designed as a mobile flood wall, it can be mounted long before the water reaches the dike line 15, so that within a very short time by raising the carriageway section 2, the flood wall in the lifting bridge 1 can be closed.

In the FIGS. 4 to 6 the lifting of the roadway section 2 is shown once again in an enlarged view. When lifting the carriageway section 2 is according to FIG. 5 a block 16 can be seen, which is formed on the base 14. The block 16 serves to support the road section 2 in the lowered position on the underside so that the loads are discharged into the ground via the roadway section 2 in the lowered operating position. Over the width of the roadway section 2, a plurality of blocks 16 may be arranged distributed.

In the FIGS. 7 to 9 the lifting bridge 1 is shown from below. Each lifting rocker 4 comprises rocker arms 5, the shore side rotatably mounted on a fixed bearing 7 are. At the end facing the roadway section 2 each swing arm 5, a slider or a roller 8 is provided, which is guided on a guide rail 9 below the roadway section 2 slidably. The guide rail 9 may have a U-shaped cross section, so that the swing arm 5 is forcibly guided by the roller 8 or the slider and is only linearly movable. In FIG. 7 In this case, the lowered position is shown, in which the lifting rocker 4 is used for load transfer, wherein the lifting rocker 4 forms an angle to the horizontal of at least 20 °, preferably at least 25 °. As a result, even heavy loads can be absorbed by the roadway section 2 and the lifting rockers 4.

If the roadway section 2 should now be raised in case of a flood, the lifting rockers 4 are pivoted, for example via a hydraulic drive, wherein the sliders 8 are moved along the guide rail 9, as shown in the FIGS. 8 and 9 is shown. The drive can be fixed to the roadway section 2 and moved a swing arm 5 along the guide rail 9, wherein preferably at each swing arm 5, a drive is provided. In FIG. 9 the raised position of the track section 2 is shown, in which the sealing panel 6 is substantially vertically aligned and abuts against the base and the end faces of the walls. At high tide, the sealing panel 6 is supported by the walls 11 and the base 14.

In a modified lifting bridge, not shown, a lifting rocker 4 may be provided with a sealing panel 6 only on one side. On the opposite side of the roadway section 2 may be supported on a pedestal, for example, when the roadway section 2 extends obliquely upward to the pedestal and therefore on this page no flood protection measures are required.

It is also possible for a lifting bridge according to the invention, on the one hand, to be liftable and lowerable on the shore side via a lifting rocker 4 and to support the roadway section 2 on a bridge pier on the opposite side. At the bridge pier, a further lifting rocker 4 can be rotatably mounted.

In the illustrated embodiment, two swing arms for supporting the roadway section 2 are provided. Of course, it is also possible to provide a lifting rocker 4 with more than two oscillating arms 5. In addition, can the sealing panel 6 consist of one or more steel sheets which extend at least over the width of the roadway section 2.

The movement of the sealing panel 6 is preferably coupled to the lifting rocker 4, wherein the sealing panel 6 can also be moved via a tightening mechanism or another mechanism when the roadway section 2 is raised or lowered. The lifting rocker 4 may also be designed as a multi-joint mechanism or as a vertically movable carriage to raise or lower the roadway section 2.
