Fig. 2 verdeutlicht, dass die Fixiervorrichtung 13 eine Anzahl von übereinander angeordneten Trägerplatten 17 aufweist, die jeweils unabhängig voneinander durch Verschiebeantriebe 15 in Wagenlängsrichtung 11 verstellbar ausgebildet sind. Jeder Trägerplatte 17 ist eine mit der Fixiervorrichtung 13 verbundene Längsführung 18 zugeordnet. Mit Hilfe der Gleitvorrichtungen 21 werden die Schienen 5 zentriert und gelangen mit ihren Enden 22 in die Klemmeinrichtungen 14. Durch Beaufschlagen der Antriebe 20 werden die beiden Schienen 5 an der Fixiervorrichtung 13 bzw. am Schienenladezug 1 fixiert. Nach erneutem Beaufschlagen des Verschiebeantriebes 15 werden die Schienen 5 geringfügig in Richtung Ende 12 des Schienenladezuges 1 bewegt. Nun werden die nächsten beiden Schienen 5 eingebracht, bis die gesamte Trägerplatte 17 mit Schienen 5 bestückt ist.
