Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines aus einem Gussbauteil und einem Koppelbauteil ausgebildeten Hybridbauteils, insbesondere eines Achsbauteils für ein Kraftfahrzeug, wobei das Hybridbauteil durch ein Gießverfahren mit Sandkern 7 hergestellt wird, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass das Koppelbauteil auf dem Sandkern 7 als Träger positioniert wird und mit einem Gusswerkstoff umgossen wird, wobei nach Erstarren des Gusswerkstoffes der Sandkern 7 ausgeschüttelt wird.
