Claims (9)

  1. Agencement de bande (1) pour portes, fenêtres ou analogues, comprenant une bande de cadre (2) pour une fixation côté cadre, une bande de battant (6) pour une fixation côté battant et un dispositif de réglage de jeu de joint (8) côté bande de battant, le dispositif de réglage de jeu de joint (8) présentant une vis de réglage (9) présentant une tête de vis (10) fixée sur un disque de palier (11) pour le réglage du jeu de joint, un coussinet de palier (19) étant prévu pour y visser la vis de réglage (9), le disque de palier (11) étant disposé dans un logement de disque (14) de la bande de battant (6), tandis que la partie se raccordant au disque de palier (11) de la tête de vis (10) se trouve en dehors du logement de disque et le coussinet de palier (19) étant prévu sur une plaque de montage (21) fixée dans l'état monté côté battant, le disque de palier (11) étant placé dans le logement de disque (14) d'une part avec mobilité rotative et d'autre part transversalement au plan de logement du logement de disque (14) au moins essentiellement sans jeu, le disque de palier (11) étant recouvert sur au moins deux, en particulier trois ou quatre positions de palier séparées (17) et, pour le serrage du disque de palier (11), au moins deux, de préférence trois et en particulier quatre vis de fixation (29) étant prévues pour insertion dans les ouvertures filetées (30) sur la bande de battant (6) et, de préférence, le disque de palier (11) faisant saillie avec son bord dans la zone au moins d'une ouverture filetée (30),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le diamètre (D) du disque de palier (11) est au moins le double du diamètre (d) de la tête de vis (10),
    en ce que le diamètre (D) du disque de palier (11) correspond à entre 80 % et 100 % de la largeur (B) de la bande de battant (6),
    en ce que le disque de palier (11) peut être inséré pour le montage dans une ouverture de type fente (16) prévue sur la bande de battant (6) côté extérieur dans le logement de disque (14) et
    en ce que le disque de palier (11) inséré dans le logement de disque (14) après insertion de la vis de réglage (9) sur une douille filetée (18) est fermement relié avec la vis de réglage (9).
  2. Agencement de bande selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vis de réglage (9) présente à la suite du disque de palier (11) une section (28) dépourvue de filetage, notamment formée à travers la douille filetée (18) et/ou en ce qu'une zone dépourvue de filetage correspondante est prévue dans le coussinet de palier (19) en plus d'une zone filetée et/ou en ce que la section dépourvue de filetage de la vis de réglage (9) est disposée au moins essentiellement sans jeu dans la zone dépourvue de filetage du coussinet de palier (19).
  3. Agencement de bande selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de réglage en hauteur (31) côté bande de battant est prévu, comprenant un excentrique de réglage en hauteur (32) placé sur la plaque de montage (21) et en ce que, de préférence, l'excentrique de réglage en hauteur (32) agit depuis le dessus sur la bande de battant (6).
  4. Agencement de bande selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une ouverture de palier ou une zone d'ouverture de palier est prévue sur la plaque de montage (21) au-dessus ou au-dessous de la bande de battant pour l'insertion d'un excentrique de réglage en hauteur (32).
  5. Agencement de bande selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de vis (15, 30) pour la vis de réglage (9) et/ou la vis de fixation (29) sont formées comme des trous oblongs pour le réglage en hauteur côté battant.
  6. Agencement de bande selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les trous oblongs pour les vis de fixation (29) sont disposés et/ou formés sur la bande de battant (6) de sorte que le coussinet de palier (11) fasse saillie dans la zone de tous les trous oblongs dans la position de réglage en hauteur maximale supérieure et maximale inférieure.
  7. Agencement de bande selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'affichage (35) est prévu pour l'affichage du trajet de déplacement du dispositif de réglage de jeu de joint (8) et/ou du dispositif de réglage en hauteur (31).
  8. Agencement de bande selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, côté externe sur la bande de battant (6) sont prévus des marquages (38, 39) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal et/ou transversal destinés à coopérer avec au moins un marquage (41, 42) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal et/ou transversal sur un montant d'affichage (40) de la plaque de montage (21) recouvrant côté externe la bande de battant (6).
  9. Agencement de bande selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la bande de battant (6) et/ou la plaque de montage (21) sont vissées directement sur le battant (7) et/ou sur la plaque de montage (21) et/ou sont vissées sur une contre-plaque (25) pouvant être insérée dans le battant.
