- Liner interne destiné à l'habillage d'un conteneur de mélange (1) comportant sur la face supérieure une ouverture de remplissage (4) ainsi qu'une bride (5) en saillie vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial et sur la face inférieure un canal d'écoulement (8) avec, disposé dans ce dernier, un clapet d'écoulement (23) réglable d'une position ouverte à une position fermée et vice-versa, raccordable, afin de réaliser un processus de mélange du produit de mélange en vrac qui y a été placé, à une tête de mélange (18) d'une mélangeuse (19) industrielle supportant un ou plusieurs outils de mélange, lequel liner interne (11) supporte sur la face supérieure, une bride (17) en saillie vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial et, quand il est placé dans le conteneur de mélange (1), venant prendre appui contre la bride (5) du conteneur de mélange (1) et présente sur la face inférieure, un prolongement de canal d'écoulement (14) s'engageant dans le canal d'écoulement (8) du conteneur de mélange (1), qui s'engage d'une telle longueur dans le canal d'écoulement (8) du conteneur de mélange (1) que celui-ci atteint au moins le clapet d'écoulement (23) qui se trouve en position fermée, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement de canal d'écoulement (14) du liner interne (11) présente des évidements (15) d'axe diamétralement opposés l'un à l'autre, par lesquels sont mis à disposition deux prolongements de serrage (16, 16.1) qui s'étendent sur le clapet d'écoulement (23) se trouvant en position fermée du conteneur de mélange (1).
- Liner interne selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le liner interne (11) est fabriqué dans une matière synthétique inerte par rapport au produit de mélange qui doit y être chargé.
- Liner interne selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le liner interne (11) est fabriqué dans un matériau en polyéthylène notamment en PEBD (polyéthylène basse densité).
- Liner interne selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le liner interne (11) est fabriqué à partir de plusieurs pièces unitaires (12, 13, 14, 17) soudées entre elles.
- Agencement, comprenant un conteneur de mélange (1) comportant sur la face supérieure une ouverture de remplissage (4) ainsi qu'une bride (5) en saillie vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial et sur la face inférieure un canal d'écoulement (8) avec, disposé dans ce dernier, un clapet d'écoulement (23) réglable d'une position ouverte à une position fermée et vice-versa, raccordable, afin de réaliser un processus de mélange du produit de mélange en vrac qui y a été placé, à une tête de mélange (18) d'une mélangeuse (19) industrielle supportant un ou plusieurs outils de mélange, ainsi que comportant un liner interne (11) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4.
- Agencement selon la revendication 5, avec un clapet d'écoulement (23) qui, lorsqu'il est en position fermée, agit par sa face extérieure circonférentielle contre la paroi interne des prolongements de serrage (16, 16.1) du liner interne (11), de sorte que les prolongements de serrage (16, 16.1) sont maintenus par serrage entre le clapet d'écoulement (23) et la paroi interne du canal d'écoulement (8).
- Procédé pour faire fonctionner une mélangeuse industrielle comprenant un conteneur de mélange (1) comportant sur la face supérieure une ouverture de remplissage (4) ainsi qu'une bride (5) en saillie vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial et sur la face inférieure un canal d'écoulement (8) avec, disposé dans ce dernier, un clapet d'écoulement (23) réglable d'une position ouverte à une position fermée et vice-versa, et comprenant un liner interne (11) placé dans le conteneur de mélange (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, le conteneur de mélange (1) étant raccordé, pour le processus de mélange du produit de mélange en vrac qui y a été placé, à une tête de mélange (18) de la mélangeuse (19) industrielle supportant un ou plusieurs outils de mélange selon les étapes suivantes :- Mise à disposition du conteneur de mélange (1) comportant sur la face supérieure une ouverture de remplissage (4) ainsi qu'une bride (5) en saillie vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial et sur la face inférieure un canal d'écoulement (8) avec, dans ce dernier, un clapet d'écoulement (23) réglable d'une position ouverte à une position fermée et vice-versa,- Mise en place du liner interne (11) dans le conteneur de mélange (1) pour revêtir sa paroi interne ainsi que son canal d'écoulement (8), au moins jusqu'à atteindre le clapet d'écoulement (23) dans sa position fermée, lequel liner interne (11) arrive, par sa bride de serrage (17) à la bride (5) du conteneur de mélange (1)- Fermeture du clapet d'écoulement (23) du conteneur de mélange (1) et serrage du ou des éléments du prolongement d'écoulement (14) du liner interne (11) s'étendant au moins jusqu'au clapet d'écoulement (23) entre le clapet d'écoulement (23) et la paroi interne du canal d'écoulement (8),- Remplissage du conteneur de mélange (1) revêtu du liner interne (11), par l'ouverture de remplissage (4) supérieure, avec le produit de mélange à mélanger,- Raccordement du conteneur de mélange (1) à la tête de mélange (18) de la mélangeuse (19) industrielle, au cours duquel processus, la bride (17) du liner interne (11), orientée vers l'extérieur, se trouve maintenue par serrage entre la bride (5) du conteneur de mélange et une bride (21) complémentaire disposée sur la tête de mélange (18),- Montée en surpression à l'intérieur de la chambre de mélange formée par le conteneur de mélange (1) avec son liner interne (11) et la tête de mélange (18),- Réalisation du processus de mélange, typiquement dans une disposition en hauteur du conteneur de mélange (1) et de la tête de mélange (18), la tête de mélange (18) étant disposée sous le conteneur de mélange (1)- À la fin du processus de mélange: désolidarisation du conteneur de mélange (1) et de la tête de mélange (18) et vidange de celui-ci en ouvrant le clapet d'écoulement (23) et en laissant s'écouler le produit de mélange mélangé et- ensuite - si nécessaire - extraction du liner interne (11), ceci étant réalisé si un autre produit de mélange doit ensuite être mélangé dans le conteneur de mélange (1).
