Claims (14)

  1. Kopf (14) zur Applizierung eines kosmetischen Produkts auf eine Körper-Oberfläche eines Verwenders, aufweisend
    - eine Muffe (30) zur Aufnahme eines Drehorgans (32) zur Produkt-Applizierung, wobei die Muffe (30) eine Seitenwand (50) aufweist, die eine interne Passage (31) definiert, die axial entlang einer Achse (A-A') zur Produkt-Ausgabe ausmündet über eine Stromabwärts-Öffnung (56) zur Produkt-Ausgabe,
    - ein internes Organ (70) zum Halten des Drehorgans (32), welches in der internen Passage (31) stromaufwärts von der Stromabwärts-Öffnung (56) angeordnet ist, wobei das interne Organ (70) axial bewegbar ist zwischen einer Stromabwärts-Position zum Halten des Drehorgans (32) in einer Konfiguration zur Absperrung der Stromabwärts-Öffnung und einer Stromaufwärts-Position zur Freigabe des Drehorgans (32),
    - wenigstens ein Organ (72) zur elastischen Beanspruchung des internen Organs (70) zum Halten zu dessen Stromabwärts-Position hin,
    wobei das oder jedes Organ zur elastischen Beanspruchung (72) das interne Organ (70) mit der Seitenwand (50) in der internen Passage (31) transversalverbindet, und
    wobei das oder jedes Organ zur elastischen Beanspruchung (72) zwischen der Seitenwand (50) und dem internen Organ (70) eine gebogene Form hat.
  2. Kopf (14) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aufweist eine Mehrzahl von Organen (72) zur elastischen Beanspruchung, die um die Achse (A-A') zur Ausgabe im Winkelabstand angeordnet sind, wobei jedes Organ zur elastischen Beanspruchung (72) das interne Organ (70) zum Halten mit der Seitenwand (50) der Muffe in der internen Passage (31) transversalverbindet.
  3. Kopf (14) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das interne Organ (70) sich in der Mitte der internen Passage (31) im Transversalabstand von der Seitenwand (50) erstreckt.
  4. Kopf (14) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das interne Organ (70), das oder jedes Organ zur elastischen Beanspruchung (72) und die Seitenwand (50) aus einem Materialstück sind, wobei das interne Organ (70) eine Stelle (130) zur Material-Einspritzung definiert.
  5. Kopf (14) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das interne Organ (70) eine Stromabwärts-Kuhle (76) begrenzt, die der Stromabwärts-Öffnung (56) zugewandt angeordnet ist.
  6. Kopf (14) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aufweist wenigstens einen Anschlag (90) zur Blockierung der axialen Verlagerung des Drehorgans (32), der in die interne Passage (31) vorsteht ausgehend von der Seitenwand (50).
  7. Kopf (14) gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlag zur Blockierung (90) von einer axialen Rippe gebildet ist.
  8. Kopf (14) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine externe Schürze (38) aufweist, die dazu bestimmt ist, eine Aufnahme (12) des kosmetischen Produkts zu umgreifen, wobei die externe Schürze (38) sich in der Verlängerung der Muffe zur Aufnahme (30) zur Stromaufwärtsseite hin erstreckt.
  9. Kopf (14) gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aufweist eine interne Schürze (42), die dazu bestimmt ist, in eine Aufnahme (12) des kosmetischen Produkts eingesetzt zu sein, wobei die interne Schürze (42) eine Stromaufwärts-Leitung (110) für den Fluss des Produkts begrenzt, die stromabwärtsseitig in die interne Passage (31) ausmündet.
  10. Kopf (14) gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aufweist ein Drehorgan (32) zur Produkt-Applizierung, das in der Muffe zur Aufnahme (30) montiert ist in Anlage gegen das interne Organ (70),
    wobei das Drehorgan (32) montiert ist, um mit dem internen Organ (70) mitbewegbar zu sein zwischen einer Konfiguration zur Versperrung der internen Passage (31), in welcher das Drehorgan (32) teilweise über die Muffe zum Halten (30) vorsteht zum Schließen der internen Passage (31) zur Stromabwärtsseite hin, und einer Konfiguration zur Produkt-Ausgabe, in welcher das Drehorgan (32) die interne Passage (31) zur Stromabwärtsseite hin teilweise freigibt zum Ermöglichen eines Strömens des Produkts zwischen dem Drehorgan (32) und der Seitenwand (50) durch die Stromabwärts-Öffnung (56) hindurch.
  11. Vorrichtung (10) zur Konditionierung und zur Ausgabe eines kosmetischen Produkts, aufweisend
    - einen Kopf (14) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei der Kopf (14) ein Drehorgan (32) zur Produkt-Applizierung aufweist, das in der Muffe zur Aufnahme (30) in Anlage gegen das interne Organ (70) montiert ist,
    wobei das Drehorgan (32) montiert ist, um mit dem internen Organ (70) mitbewegbar zu sein zwischen einer Konfiguration zur Versperrung der internen Passage (31), in welcher das Drehorgan (32) teilweise über die Muffe zum Halten (30) vorsteht zum Schließen der internen Passage (31) zur Stromabwärtsseite hin, und einer Konfiguration zur Produkt-Ausgabe, in welcher das Drehorgan (32) die interne Passage (31) zur Stromabwärtsseite hin teilweise freigibt zum Ermöglichen eines Strömens des Produkts zwischen dem Drehorgan (32) und der Seitenwand (50) durch die Stromabwärts-Öffnung (56) hindurch,
    - eine Aufnahme (12), die dazu bestimmt ist, das kosmetische Produkt aufzunehmen, wobei der Kopf (14) auf die Aufnahme (12) montiert ist.
  12. Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kopfs (14) gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte aufweist:
    - Bereitstellen einer Form (120), die definiert eine erste Kavität (122) zur Bildung des internen Organs zum Halten (70), eine zweite Kavität (124) zur Bildung der Seitenwand (50) und wenigstens eine Zwischenkavität (126) zur Bildung eines Organs zur elastischen Beanspruchung (72), das eine gebogene Form hat, zwischen der Seitenwand (50) und dem internen Organ (70), wobei die oder jede Zwischenkavität (124) die erste Kavität (32) und die zweite Kavität (124) transversalverbindet,
    - Einspritzen in die erste Kavität (122) eines Fluidmaterials, das dazu bestimmt, nach der Verfestigung, das interne Organ (70), die Seitenwand (50) und das oder jedes Organ zur elastischen Beanspruchung (72) zu bilden,
    - sukzessives Füllen der oder jeder Zwischenkavität (126), danach der zweiten Kavität (124) mit dem Material, das in die erste Kavität (122) eingespritzt wird,
    - wenigstens teilweise Verfestigen des Fluidmaterials zum Bilden des Kopfs (14).
  13. Verfahren zum Applizieren eines kosmetischen Produkts auf eine Körper-Oberfläche eines Verwenders, aufweisend die folgenden Schritte:
    - Bereitstellen einer Vorrichtung (10) gemäß Anspruch 11,
    - Applizieren des Drehorgans (32) auf eine Körper-Oberfläche eines Verwenders,
    - gemeinsames Verlagern des Drehorgans (32) und des internen Organs zum Halten (70) zu der Konfiguration zur Ausgabe hin entgegen dem Organ zur elastischen Beanspruchung (72),
    - Ausgeben des kosmetischen Produkts um das Drehorgan (32) herum durch Strömen des Produkts zwischen dem Drehorgan (32) und der Seitenwand (50).
  14. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aufweist, nach dem Schritt des Ausgebens, das elastische Beanspruchen des internen Organs zum Halten (70) zu dessen Stromabwärts-Position hin mittels des oder jedes Organs zur elastischen Beanspruchung (72) zum Zurückführen des Drehorgans (32) in dessen Konfiguration zum Schließen.
