  • ergänzende Erwärmungen an den Einzelwerkzeugstufen zum Ausgleich von Temperaturverlusten und zur Konstanthaltung der nominellen Arbeitstemperatur ermöglicht werden,
  • optische und technologische Qualitätsmängel an den Aktivflächen der Einzelwerkzeugstufen und an den Schnitt- und Formflächen der Blechteile aus Magnesium- und hochfesten Aluminiumteile ausgeschlossen sind,
  • ein industrielles Herstellungsverfahren mit großer Fertigungstiefe in einem laufenden Prozess realisierbar ist,
    und dass
  • die Anwendungsvorteile von Blechteilen aus Magnesium und aus hochfesten Aluminiumteilen im Automobilbau und in anderen Produktherstellungsbereichen bezogen auf Leichtgewichtigkeit, Kostenminimierung und Qualität voll zum tragen kommen.

Claims (3)

Herstellverfahren für Blechteile aus Magnesium und hochfestem Aluminium in durch eine große Fertigungstiefe gekennzeichneter industrieller Fertigung bei Einhaltung werkstoffbedingter sowie teilespezifischer Arbeitstemperaturen dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass alle erforderlichen Verfahrensschritte durchgängig, nacheinander getaktet sowie gesteuert in einem mehrstufigen Werkzeug (4) ablaufen, wobei unmittelbar nach Abrollen vom Coil (7) gerichtetes Blechband (10) und nach dem Schneiden von Platinen (13) im angrenzenden mehrstufigen Werkzeug (4) in einer Schienenbahn (6) oder zwischen Greiferbacken (14) gehalten, positioniert und geführt ist,
dass dabei nacheinander das Blechband (10) oder die Platinen (13) • in einer Eingangs-Position (1) eine grundhafte Erwärmung auf oder zwischen Heizkomponenten (5) erfährt, • in einer Folge weiterer gereihter Fertigungs-Positionen (2) ein mehrfaches Schneiden, Formen und Ausschneiden mittels Einzelwerkzeugstufen durchführbar und gleichzeitig eine ausreichend ergänzende Aufwärmung auf die Temperatur der in der Eingangs-Position (1) erzeugten Erwärmung des Blechbandes (10), der Platinen (13) oder der Blechteile zum Zwecke einer Temperaturkonstanthaltung an den Aktivflächen der Einzelwerkzeugstufen, ausgehend von Basispunktstellungen weiterer Heizkomponenten (5) realisierbar ist und • in einer Ableit- und Auswurf-Position (3) die fertig hergestellten Blechteile aus dem mehrstufigen Werkzeug (4) mittels teilespezifisch strukturierter Transportmittel (8 und 9] ableit- und abtransportierbar sind.
