  9. Tensioning element (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that at least one of the retaining elements (3a-3c) is fastened releasably to the basic body (2).
  10. Tensioning element (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it comprises means (5, 6) for fastening to the jumping mat (15).
  11. Tensioning element (1) according to claim 10, characterised in that the fastening means (5, 6) have two extensions (5) with an opening (6) for receiving a pin (17) respectively.
  12. Tensioning element (1) according to claim 10 or 11, characterised in that the fastening means (5, 6) are arranged such that the longitudinal axis of the retaining elements (3a-3c) is aligned transversely to the tensile force of the elastic cable (18) if the tensioning element (1) is fastened to the jumping mat (15).
  13. Trampoline (19) having a frame (16) and a jumping mat (15), characterised in that it has at least one tensioning element (1) according to one of the preceding claims.
  14. Trampoline (19) according to claim 13, characterised in that the jumping mat is tensioned by several cable pieces (18) which are hung on several tensioning elements (1) respectively.
