Durch manuelles Herunterdrücken des Stammes kann auf die Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 eine zusätzliche Kraft ausgeübt werden, so dass die Aufnahmeeinrichtung 10 weiter in Richtung der Bodenplatte 2 heruntergedrückt wird. Claims (12)

  1. Stand for clamping post- or pole-like parts, in particular Christmas trees, wherein the stand has the following features:
    - at least two retaining elements (30) are connected to a receiving device (10) for receiving the post-or pole-like part and arranged offset around a central axis (16) of a receiving compartment (16) of the receiving device (10) and can each be pivoted about a horizontal pivot axis (32) or about a pivot axis (32) with a horizontal component away from the central axis (16) in the direction of a release position or open position and towards the central axis (18) in the direction of a fixing position;
    - the receiving device (10) is mounted with a variable spacing from a baseplate (2) of the stand;

    - the tensioning device (40, 42) is connected to a flexible tensioning cable (81, 82) or to a plurality of flexible tensioning cables (81, 82) which is/are respectively coupled to a retaining element (30) or to a plurality of retaining elements (30);
    - by reducing the spacing between the receiving device (10) and the baseplate (2), the receiving device (10) drives the tensioning device (40, 42) via the coupling device (20) in such a way that the flexible tensioning cable (81, 82) or the flexible tensioning cables (81, 82) is/are pulled and/or forcibly urged in a pulling direction (Z) by the tensioning device (40, 42) such that the tensioning device (40, 42), by way of the flexible tensioning cable (81, 82) or by way of the flexible tensioning cables (81, 82), counteracts or prevents pivoting of the retaining element (30) or the retaining elements (30) away from the central axis (16) in the release position direction.
  2. Stand according to Claim 1, characterized in that the stand further comprises at least one guide device (4) which is connected to the baseplate (2) and by means of which the receiving device (10) is guided with a variable spacing from the baseplate (2).
  3. Stand according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the stand further comprises a lifting device which is connected to the baseplate (2) or a housing cover (8) and is arranged between the receiving device (10) and the baseplate (2) or the housing cover (8) and exerts a force on the receiving device (10) that increases the spacing between the baseplate (2) and the receiving device (10).

  5. Stand according to Claim 4, characterized in that the stand further comprises a force and/or spring device (56) which forcibly urges the blocking device (50) in the blocking position direction.
  6. Stand according to either of Claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the stand further comprises a release device (60) which is coupled in movement to the blocking device (50), wherein the blocking device (50) is transferred into the release position by actuating the release device (60).
  7. Stand according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the stand further comprises a number of second force and/or spring devices (38) which correspond to the number of the retaining elements (30) and which are respectively connected to a retaining element (30) and are respectively at least indirectly coupled to the receiving device (10) and respectively forcibly urge the retaining element (30) connected to them in the release position direction.
  8. Stand according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the following features:

  9. Stand according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the tensioning cable (81, 82) or the tensioning cables (81, 82) leads/lead from the tensioning device (40, 42) to all the retaining elements (30).
  10. Stand according to one of the preceding claims, characterized by the following features:

    - the first tensioning cable (81) is coupled to the second tensioning cable (82) by virtue of the fact that the first tensioning cable (81) is guided through the second loop (82') and the second tensioning cable (82) is guided through the first loop (81').
  12. Stand according to Claim 10, characterized by the following features:
    - one end of a first tensioning cable (81) is connected to the first tensioning device (40, 42) and the other end of the first tensioning cable (81) is connected to the second tensioning device (40, 42);
