Definitions
- the present invention relates to a building block for a masonry according to the preamble of claim 1, a masonry with a building block, a method for producing the masonry and a method for producing a brick.
- a masonry of a building is usually created by means of bricks, concrete blocks, sand-lime bricks, etc., which are cuboidal.
- the cuboid blocks are laid in horizontal rows, in the vertical direction, the stones are each half, laterally offset from each other, aligned.
- the object of the present invention in creating a simple and no additional work required measure to achieve increased earthquake resistance and thus increased bending strength in masonry masonry building blocks.
- a masonry building block according to the wording of claim 1 is proposed. It is proposed that the block for masonry on the upper surface has at least one projecting longitudinal elevation and on the lower support surface a corresponding receptacle which is designed to receive the above projecting elevation of another, identical building block. Contrary to that from the CH 701881 known building block is now further proposed according to the invention that the block has a massive largely volumencoussig completely filled block body with a proportion of free volume in the block as a result of perforations of only 5% or less of the total volume of the block.
- each side of the above projecting longitudinal survey dovetailed longitudinal grooves for example, referred to as so-called mortar pockets to allow a better connection to the next example.
- dovetail-like longitudinal grooves are also provided in the lower bearing surfaces per side of the lower receptacle or groove.
- the block cuboid with the upper protruding elevation and analogously in the lower bearing surface of the corresponding longitudinal recording, with any perforations in the block only in the horizontal direction.
- the cuboid block with the exception of small horizontal perforations largely solid volume solid filled with the appropriate material such as. Clay, concrete, gypsum or the like.
- the void volume due to the perforations is, according to a further embodiment, less than 2% of the total volume.
- the perforations are seen in cross-section in the longitudinal direction of the block, preferably in the lateral quarter of the Cross-sectional area arranged, ie in the central region of the block usually no horizontally extending holes are provided.
- longitudinal side grooves are provided on the side of the upper elevation and longitudinal grooves are provided in the longitudinal side surfaces of the building block in order to enable a better plastering of a masonry created with this building block.
- Special dimensions of the block for example, with respect to the above central longitudinal comb-like elevation is on the CH 701881 referenced where, for example, special dimensions in width and height of this survey as well as the lower longitudinal recess or groove are defined. These special dimensions, which define further possible embodiments of the present invention, are herewith part of the present invention in combination with the features defined according to the invention.
- the blocks defined according to the invention also result in increased sound insulation in the masonry created with the blocks due to the increased mass of the building blocks. These also provide improved moisture balance and better insulation such as heat / cold protection, as the solid-volume solid block allows greater heat storage than conventional devices.
- the recess formed in the lower bearing surface of the block in accordance with the elevation above is such that upon receiving the elevation of a further block disposed below the bearing surface, a space such as a joint is formed, for example, for introducing a binder such as a mortar.
- the building block according to the invention may be a cement stone, a brick, a sand-lime brick, a concrete block or the like.
- masonry pressure resistance perpendicular to the bearing joints and masonry pressure perpendicular to the butt joints is now proposed that the masonry is created by building blocks as defined above, the bearing joints by means of the above protruding surveys engaging in corresponding recesses in the bearing surfaces be arranged toothed about it.
- the blocks in a horizontal row in approximately half offset laterally against the blocks of the above and / or below arranged horizontal Row are arranged so that laterally offset interrupted butt joints arise.
- the shaping in particular of the above elevation takes place at the end of the extrusion or at the nozzle by means of cutting tools and not by appropriate shaping in the extrusion tool itself. It is also possible, likewise by means of the recess or groove in the lower bearing surface of the building block Create cutting.
- the extrusion is carried out with heated under steam loam at temperatures of, for example, about 40 ° to 50 °, whereby by applying a vacuum, a corresponding relaxation in the extruder can be achieved.
- the extrudate After cutting the extruded strand, the extrudate is cut in the wet state with a residual moisture of, for example, about 20% to the blocks and then the drying and firing according to the production of bricks more generally known process steps at.
- the bricks thus produced can be used as described above for the production of masonry, in particular, the above-arranged in the collection lateral longitudinal grooves allows better handling such as. Wearing the bricks.
- FIG. 1 shows in front perspective an inventive block 1, such as, for example, a brick.
- the block 1 has on its upper surface a longitudinal comb 3, which has an approximately rectangular or optionally square cross-section.
- a groove 5 is centrally formed, which is dimensioned such that the inclusion of a comb of a block to be arranged below it is possible.
- Recognizable finally are small slots 13, which are seen in the longitudinal direction in the outer region of the cross section of the block 1 longitudinally formed.
- small slots 13 which are seen in the longitudinal direction in the outer region of the cross section of the block 1 longitudinally formed.
- the elongated holes 13 are particularly advantageous for manufacturing reasons, since, for example, when extruding the clay mass for the production of bricks so that stress cracks can be avoided.
- each in the lateral longitudinal surfaces 9 to the upper elevation 3 or the comb 3 are dovetailed longitudinal grooves 11, which are also referred to as mortar pockets. These allow a better connection to a block to be arranged above the building block further to create a masonry.
- lateral lower bearing surfaces 10 also dovetail-shaped longitudinal grooves 11 'are provided.
- FIG. 2 shows the block FIG. 1 in cross-section, now clearly the massive full-volume design of the block is recognizable.
- the massive building block also enables better sound insulation, better insulation values due to greater heat storage and a moisture balance.
- FIG. 3 shows in cross-section fragmentary masonry 21 consisting of superposed building blocks 1 as turn, for example. Of bricks. It can now be clearly seen that each of the elevations formed above engages like a comb 3 in a corresponding groove or receptacle 5 of the respectively arranged above the block. Again recognizable are the Kleinlanglochaus principles 13. Next as in FIG. 3 can be seen gaps and joints 12 and 14, which are provided for the placement of a binder such as. Mortar. To improve the bond between the individual blocks, the so-called mortar pockets 11 are further provided, which are the dovetailed longitudinal grooves in the side surfaces of the comb 3.
- FIG. 4 shows a masonry 21 in front plan view, with concrete recognizable only the blocks 1 with the longitudinal grooves in 17 in the side surfaces. Shown are dashed lines both the protruding ridges 3 as well as the recesses formed in the support surface or 5.
- the longitudinal joint 12 is both externally visible still longitudinally continuous interlocked, in fact and truth through the ridges and grooves, whereby the breaking strength of the masonry, especially in the region of this longitudinal joint is massively increased.
- butt joint 16 nothing changes directly by being interrupted as known.
- FIG. 5 shows.
- FIG. 5 a cobblestone 23, which has no upper elevation or a comb but only a lower recess or groove. 5
- FIG. 6 shows in perspective a footstone 33, which has no lower recess but an upper ridge or an elevation 3.
- FIG. 7 again shows in perspective a Mauereckstein 35, which has a lower recess or groove 5, during which the upper ridge or the elevation 3 'is formed only a maximum along the half of the block.
- a foot brick 37 as shown in perspective in FIG. 8 no lower recess or groove, during which the upper comb 3 'is again formed only along half the length of the block.
- a block according to the invention takes place differently, depending on the material used or the block to be created. For example, cement stones or sand-lime bricks are produced by pressing the appropriate materials in molds.
- FIG. 9 schematically a nozzle 41, which is arranged at the extruder exit for generating the shape of not yet cut strand-shaped blocks.
- the two above recesses are cut away laterally to the comb or the survey, which is particularly schematically in front view of the extrusion process in FIG. 10 is recognizable.
- the still moist and warm clay mass is extruded from the extruder 61 through the nozzle 41 and by means of the cutting tool 43, the two strands 51 are cut off from the building block extrudate 63.
- the central comb 3 is generated and on the other hand, the two side surfaces 9, in which the dovetailed longitudinal grooves 11 can be seen.
- the lower recess or groove can be created by cutting by means of cutting tool 45 by a corresponding strand of still moist, warm Lehn is cut away below.
- the extruded strand of the still moist clay After the extruded strand of the still moist clay, it is cut in the wet state at a residual moisture content of, for example, about 20% and subsequently, for example, dried for 36 hours in a warm environment and then burned according to the known process to the inventive building block such as the brick.

Description

So zeigt bspw.
Figur 8 keine untere Ausnehmung bzw.
