Claims (10)

  1. Geschirrspülmaschine vom Förderband- oder Tunnel-Typ, umfassend:
    - mindestens einen Spülbereich (R), wo ein oder mehrere Spülarme (1) angeordnet sind, die das Geschirr mit Wasser, das optional zu einem Spülmittel hinzugefügt wird, besprühen,
    - mindestens einen Vorspülbereich (PR), wo ein oder mehrere Vorspülarme (2, 3) angeordnet sind, die das Geschirr mit rezirkulierender Flüssigkeit, die Spülmittel und Reinigungsmittelrückstände aufweist, und mittels einer ersten Pumpe (P1) besprühen,
    - mindestens einen Sammelbehälter (VR1, VR2), der unter mindestens einem der Spül- und Vorspülarme (1, 2, 3) angeordnet ist,
    - einen oder mehrere Waschbereiche (L1) mit jeweils einem oder mehreren Waschbehälter(n) (V1), wo ein oder mehrere Wascharme (5) angeordnet sind, die das Geschirr mit rezirkulierender Flüssigkeit besprühen, die von einem jeweiligen Wasserbehälter (V1) stammt, die einem Spülmittel hinzugefügt wird und die zu den Wascharmen (5) mittels einer jeweiligen weiteren Pumpe (PL) befördert wird,
    - mindestens einen Trocknungsbereich, der derart konfiguriert ist, dass Wasser von dem Geschirr durch einen warmen Luftstrom, der von draußen stammt und der in einen Übergangsbereich des Geschirrs befördert wird, verdampft,
    - wobei der mindestens eine Sammelbehälter (VR1, VR2) und der eine oder die mehreren Waschbehälter (V1) miteinander über ein Umfüllsystem derart in Verbindung stehen, dass die Behälter nacheinander mit Flüssigkeit befüllt werden, beginnend von dem mindestens einen Sammelbehälter (VR1, VR2) der Spül- und Vorspülbereiche,
    wobei die erste Pumpe (P1), die mit den Vorspülarmen (2, 3) in Verbindung steht, einen ersten Strömungskanal (16) aufweist, der mit mindestens einem Ventil oder einer Drossel (17) ausgestattet ist, worin eine Flüssigkeitsmenge, die in dem mindestens einen Sammelbehälter (VR1, VR2) vorhanden ist, fließt, wobei die Flüssigkeitsmenge zu einem Vorwaschbereich (L2) oder entsprechend einem Ausflusskanal (SC) der Geschirrspülmaschine befördert wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeitsmenge zu einem Wärmetauscher (7) des Trocknungsbereiches und von hier in einem zweiten Strömungskanal (18) befördert wird, der in den Vorwaschbereich (L2) oder entsprechend dem Ausflusskanal (SC) der Geschirrspülmaschine fließt.
  2. Geschirrspülmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Vorwaschbereich (L2) mit einem jeweiligen Vorwaschbehälter (V2), wo das Geschirr feucht ist, stromaufwärts vor dem mindestens einen Waschbereich (L1) vorgesehen ist, wobei das Geschirr feucht ist oder mit einem oder mehreren Vorwascharm(en) (6) mit rezirkulierender Flüssigkeit, die von dem Vorwaschbehälter (V2) stammt, besprüht wird und zu den Vorwascharmen (6) mittels der weiteren jeweiligen Pumpe (PL) befördert wird.
  3. Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Strömungskanal (18) einen Endinjektor (4) aufweist, der in dem Vorwaschbereich (L2) derart angeordnet ist, dass die Flüssigkeitsmenge direkt im Vorwaschbehälter (V2) ohne Durchgänge in dem Waschbehälter (V1) eingespritzt wird.
  4. Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Flüssigkeitsmenge, die in dem Wärmetauscher (7) fließt, Wärme an die von außen stammende Luft abgibt, die gleichmäßig zu einem Gebläse (8) transportiert wird und durch mindestens einen Widerstand (9a) des Trocknungsbereiches erwärmt wird.
  5. Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Flüssigkeitsumfüllphase zwischen den Behältern (VR1, VR2, V1, V2) in einer Richtung vorgesehen ist, die zu der Transportrichtung des Geschirrs entgegengesetzt ist, um die Wasch- und Vorwaschtanks (V1, V2) mittels Wasser, das in die Geschirrspülmaschine in den Spülbereich (R) zugeführt wird, zu regenerieren.
  6. Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Vorspülbereiche (PR) vorgesehen sind, wobei jeder der Vorspülbereiche (PR) einen oder mehrere Vorspülarm(e) (2, 3) und einen jeweiligen Sammelbehälter (VR1, VR2) aufweist, wobei jeder der Vorspülbereiche (PR) die erste Pumpe (P1) verwendet.
  7. Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein erster Vorspülbereich (PR) ein vorgeschaltetes Ventil (11) aufweist, das in der Lage ist, die Flüssigkeitsmenge, die zu den Vorspülarmen (3) des ersten Bereiches geführt wird, zu bestimmen.
  8. Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Sammelbehälter (VR1, VR2) mit den Waschbehältern (V1) in Verbindung steht.
  9. Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens einer der Sammelbehälter (VR1, VR2) direkt mit einem Auslasskanal (SC) der Geschirrspülmaschine in Verbindung steht.
  10. Geschirrspülmaschine nach mindestens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gebläse (8) des Trocknungsbereiches mit einer Verkleidung oder mit einem Gehäuse (9), das mit den Widerständen (9a) ausgestattet ist, und mit einem Trichter (9b) in Verbindung steht, wobei der Trocknungsbereich auch mindestens eine Dunstabzugshaube und/oder eine Absaugvorrichtung oder ein Gebläse (15) aufweist.
