Claims (11)

- Equipement de cuisson (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que l'équipement de capteur (3) présente au moins un équipement de blindage (7) optique qui est prévu pour assurer un blindage vis-à-vis d'influences de rayonnement, et en particulier contre un rayonnement thermique, qui agissent sur les unités de capteur (13, 23) à partir de l'extérieur d'une zone de détection (83) de l'équipement de capteur (3).
