Claims (14)

  1. Steuerungsplattenanordnung (1) eines Spültanks, die umfasst: eine Montagegegenplatte (2) mit einem Rahmen (10), der eine Öffnung (11) begrenzt; eine Steuerungsplatte (3); und ein Befestigungssystem, das die Platte mit der Gegenplatte (2) verbindet, so dass die Plate (3) in Bezug auf die Gegenplatte (2) beweglich ist zwischen einer geschlossenen Position, in der die Platte (3) integral in die Gegenplatte (2) eingepasst ist und der Gegenplatte (2) zugewandt und benachbart zu ihr angeordnet ist und die Öffnung (11) vollständig schließt, und einer offenen Position, in der die Platte (3) von der Gegenplatte (2) gelöst ist und die Öffnung (11) wenigstens teilweise offen lässt; wobei das Befestigungssystem (4) ein Gelenkelement (30) umfasst, das sich entlang einer Längsachse (A) erstreckt und zwei entgegengesetzte seitliche Enden (32, 33) hat, die jeweils mittels erster Drehelemente (51, 52) an der Gegenplatte (2) und mittels zweiter Drehelemente (53; 54) an der Platte (3) eingehängt sind; wobei die Drehelemente (51, 52; 53, 54) aus jeweiligen Stiftpaaren (51, 53) und Auflagern (52, 54), in die von den Stiften eingegriffen wird, bestehen, wobei die Stifte und Auflager jeweils von dem Gelenkelement (30) und von der Gegenplatte (2) und der Platte (3) oder umgekehrt getragen werden, wobei die ersten und zweiten Drehelemente (51, 52; 53, 54) jeweilige parallele Drehachsen definieren, die in der geschlossenen Position der Platte (3) in der Öffnung (11) in einer Zwischenposition zwischen zwei seitlichen Seiten (16) der Gegenplatte (2), welche die Öffnung (11) begrenzen, positioniert sind; wobei das Gelenkelement (30) einen aus Kunststoff hergestellten monolithischen Körper (40) umfasst, der derart geformt ist, dass er elastisch verformbar und quer zu der Längsachse (A) des Gelenkelements (30) flexibel ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    das Gelenkelement (30), das durch den Körper (40) gebildet wird, elastisch verformbar ist, um selektiv anzunehmen: einen unverformten Ruhezustand, den das Gelenkelement (30) annimmt, wenn es nicht in der Plattenanordnung (1) montiert ist und keinen Kräften ausgesetzt ist; und einen gespannten verformten Zustand, den das Gelenkelement (30) annimmt, wenn es in der Plattenanordnung (1) montiert ist, wobei die Stifte (51, 53) in die jeweiligen Auflager (52, 54) eingesetzt sind und die Platte (3) in der geschlossenen Position ist; die Stifte (51, 53) jedes Paars entlang jeweiliger Stiftachsen ausgerichtet sind und die jeweiligen Auflager (52, 54) entlang jeweiliger Auflagerachsen ausgerichtet sind; in der geschlossenen Position der Platte (3) der Abstand zwischen den Stiftachsen in dem unverformten Ruhezustand größer als der Abstand zwischen den Auflagerachsen ist; das Gelenkelement (30) in dem gespannten verformten Zustand ist, wenn die Platte (3) in der geschlossenen Position ist.
  2. Plattenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Gelenkelement (30) mit der Längsachse (A) im Wesentlichen parallel zu den seitlichen Seiten (16) der Gegenplatte (2) positioniert ist.
  3. Plattenanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Platte (3) in der offenen Position von der Gegenplatte (2) gelöst ist, aber über das Gelenkelement (30) damit verbunden bleibt und die Öffnung (11) wenigstens teilweise offen lässt.
  4. Plattenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (40) eine Grundplatte (41) und zweite Armpaare (42, 43), die von der Grundplatte (41) vorstehen und die jeweiligen entgegengesetzten seitlichen Enden (32, 33) des Gelenkelements (30) bilden und mit jeweiligen Drehelementen (51, 53) versehen sind, umfasst.
  5. Plattenanordnung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Arme (43) jeweilige Stammabschnitte (44), die von der Grundplatte (41) vorstehen, und jeweilige Drehabschnitte (45), die von den Stammabschnitten (44) vorstehen und derart geformt sind, dass sie in Bezug auf die Stammabschnitte (44) flexibel sind, die zum Beispiel über jeweilige Verbindungsabschnitte (46) mit beschränktem Schnitt mit den Stammabschnitten (44) verbunden sind, haben.
  6. Plattenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die ersten Drehelemente (51, 52) erste Stifte (51), die auf dem Gelenkelement (30) eingerichtet sind, und erste Auflager (52), die auf der Gegenplatte (2) ausgebildet sind und in die von den ersten Stiften (51) eingegriffen wird, umfassen; und die zweiten Drehelemente (53, 54) zweite Stifte (53), die auf dem Gelenkelement (30) eingerichtet sind, und zweite Auflager (54), die auf der Platte (3) ausgebildet sind, umfassen.
  7. Plattenanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Befestigungssystem (4) umfasst: eine Endbefestigung (28), die an einem ersten seitlichen Ende (29) der Plattenanordnung (1) eingerichtet ist; und eine lösbare Sperrvorrichtung (34), die an einem zweiten seitlichen Ende (33) entgegengesetzt zu dem ersten seitlichen Ende (29) der Plattenanordnung (1) eingerichtet ist und die die Drehung der Platte (3) in Bezug auf die Gegenplatte (2) über das Gelenkelement (30) selektiv blockiert und zulässt.
  8. Plattenanordnung nach Anspruch 7, wobei die lösbare Sperrvorrichtung (34) ein bewegliches Element (60) umfasst, das beweglich ist, um in ein auf der Platte (3) angeordnetes Kontaktelement (61) einzugreifen und es zu lösen.
  9. Plattenanordnung nach Anspruch 8, wobei das Gelenkelement (30) derart geformt ist, dass es als eine Feder auf das bewegliche Element (60) wirkt.
  10. Plattenanordnung nach Anspruch 9, wobei das bewegliche Element (60) gegen die elastische Wirkung, die von dem Gelenkelement (30) auf das bewegliche Element (60) ausgeübt wird, beweglich ist, wenn das Gelenkelement (30) das bewegliche Element (60) kontaktiert.
  11. Plattenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, wobei das Gelenkelement (30) wenigstens einen Kontaktabschnitt (47) hat, der von dem Gelenkelement (30) vorsteht, um mit dem beweglichen Element (60) zusammen zu wirken.
  12. Plattenanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, wobei das bewegliche Element (60) umfasst: einen Steuerungsabschnitt (63), der von dem Rahmen (10) vorsteht und in einem Hohlraum (64) aufgenommen ist, der in dem Umfangsrand (65) der Platte (3) ausgebildet ist; und einen Hakenabschnitt (66), der selektiv in das Kontaktelement (61) eingreift.
  13. Plattenanordnung nach Anspruch 12, wobei das Kontaktelement (61) von dem Halteabschnitt (55) auf einer Rückseite (56) der Platte (3) vorsteht und ein verschiebbares Auflager (67), in dem der Hakenabschnitt (66) des beweglichen Elements (60 gleitet, begrenzt.
  14. Plattenanordnung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, wobei das bewegliche Element (60) zwischen zwei Betriebspositionen beweglich ist: einer gesperrten Position, in der der Hakenabschnitt (66) in das Kontaktelement (61) eingreift und die Platte (3) mit der Gegenplatte (2) verriegelt, wobei insbesondere die Drehung der Platte (3) in Bezug auf die Gegenplatte (2) über das Gelenkelement (30) verhindert wird; und einer gelösten Position, in der der Hakenabschnitt (66) nicht in das Kontaktelement (61) eingreift und die Platte (3) in Bezug auf die Gegenplatte (2) über das Gelenkelement (30) drehbar ist.
