Ce témoin 700 est une pièce glissante mobile en translation selon les flèches F3 et F4 pour passer (flèche F3) sous l'action de la patte 200, d'une position de repos non illustrée où la surface d'appui de la patte 200 peut s'engager ou se désengager de ladite rampe 320', à une position engagée (telle qu'illustrée) où la pièce glissante 700 a glissé sous l'action de la patte 200 s'engageant de plus en plus profondément dans le module de retenue. Ce glissement a pour conséquence de faire apparaître extérieurement une saillie latérale 710 servant de témoin de bon positionnement de la patte 200. Claims (15)

  1. Device of the type of that providing for the attaching of roof elements (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5) of a shelter (A) for swimming pool,
    with the roof elements being mobile in horizontal translation in order to pass from a deployed position above the pool to a folded position and vice versa,
    said roof elements provided with edges (R) connecting with the ground,
    said device comprising a sub-assembly integral with the ground (400) and a sub-assembly (300) integral with the edge of the roof element,
    CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT the sub-assembly integral with the ground comprises a prong (200) mounted mobile with respect to the ground and which passes, during the movement of deployment and during the passage of the roof element to which it is intended,
    from an idle position where it does not constitute an obstacle to the displacement of the roof element,
    to a raised position wherein it engages for the purposes of retaining with the sub-assembly integral with the roof element.
  2. Device according to claim 1, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT said prong (200) is inscribed in idle position in a concave volume (410) preformed for this purpose in a plate (400) attached to the ground.
  3. Device according to claim 1, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT said prong (200) comprises at a first end, referred to as the low end (210), a pivot connection and at the second end referred to as the high end, a bearing surface (220) that engages with a retaining surface (310) preformed in a means of retaining (300) integral with the roof element.
  4. Device according to claim 3, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT it comprises a magnetic means (500) arranged immediately before the means for retaining (300) and which, arranged in such a way as to pass over the prong (200) in idle position during the movement of the roof element, lifts via magnetic attraction said prong (200) so that its bearing surface (220) is protruding and can engage with the means of retaining (300).
  5. Device according to claim 4, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT said means of retaining (300) comprises a ramp (320) proposing a contact surface inclined to the bearing surface (220) of the prong (200) once it is raised and which provides for its mounting and as such the raising of the prong (200) as the movement in translation of the roof element takes place, with the means for retaining (300) being preformed at the top of its ramp in order to propose a vertical retaining surface (310) opposing the movement of translation and a horizontal retaining surface that opposes the listing of the edge of the roof element.
  6. Device according to claim 1, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT the sub-assembly (300) integral with the edge (R) is housed in the latter, and the sub-assembly integral with the ground (400) is arranged in such a way that the edge (R) passes over.
  7. Device according to claim 2 wherein at least one means of rolling is associated to the edge, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT the plate (400') has at the rear of the recessed volume (410') receiving the prong (200), a vertical ramp for guiding (420') the means of rolling (120) providing for the proper position of the profile forming the edge with respect to the fixed portion of the device for attaching.
  8. Device according to claim 5, CHARACTERISED IN THAT it comprises an anti-return abutment (800) which, integral with the edge of the shelter and positioned in the vicinity of said vertical retaining surface, is mobile in order to pass under the action of the user, from an idle position wherein the bearing surface of the prong (200) can engage with or disengage from the means of retaining (300'), to an abutment position opposite the vertical retaining surface (310') in order to retain the bearing surface of the prong (200) inside said means of retaining (300') and prevent it from disengaging therefrom.
  9. Device according to claim 5, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT it comprises a proper positioning indicator (700) of the prong in the means of retaining, said indicator consisting in a part sliding horizontally under the action of the movement of the prong (200) in the means for retaining (300').
  10. Device according to claims 8 and 9, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT the anti-return abutment (800) as well as the proper positioning indicator (700) are housed in the edge (R) wherein is housed the means of retaining (300).
  11. Device according to claims 8 and 9, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT said edge (R) is preformed to allow to appear a portion of the abutment (800) and of the positioning indicator (700) in order to serve as a visual indicator of their position.
  12. Device according to claims 8 and 9, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT it comprises a part (500) made of plastic material forming a plug of a hollow profile (600) forming the edge (R) of the roof element, said plug (500) being preformed to receiver the means of retaining (300') of the prong mobile (200), the anti-return abutment (800) and the proper positioning indicator (700).
  13. Device according to claim 12, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT said plug (500) is preformed to receive the rotating shaft of at least one caster wheel whereon said edge (R) rests.
  14. Device according to claim 9, CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT the sliding part comprises a flexible and elastic projection (720) that, bearing against the means of retaining (300'), is deformed when the prong (200) is properly positioned and returns to its initial shape when the prong (200) has disengaged from the means of retaining.
  15. Telescopic shelter (A) for swimming pool comprising roof elements (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5) adopting a nesting configuration and sliding into one another in order to pass via horizontal translation over the pool from a deployed position to a folded position,
    said roof elements (M1, M2, M3, M4, M5) provided with edges (R) connecting with the ground,
    the edges of said roof elements comprising a longitudinal profile opened downwards and receiving in its hollow core:
    - at least one means of rolling (110, 120),
    CHARACTERISED BY THE FACT THAT said shelter engages with the device according to claim 1, and IN THAT
    the longitudinal profile opened downwards receives in its hollow core:
    - a magnetic module (500) providing for the lifting of the prong (200),
    - a means of retaining (300) located immediately at the rear of the magnetic module (500) and preformed with a ramp (320) that engages with the prong (200) once it is raised by the magnetic module (500) in order to raise the latter.
