Definitions
- the present invention relates to a training arrangement for perturbation training according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Training arrangements with a platform and a stand device, which are mechanically decoupled from each other in at least one direction, are known from the prior art. Such training arrangements are used for so-called perturbation training.
- the perturbation training is used to reduce the risk of falling in old people, for rehabilitation and for the prevention of injuries.
- a person is on the platform, hereinafter referred to as "patient”.
- the platform is then deflected.
- the patient must maintain balance and balance the movement of the platform. This achieves a training effect that prevents falls and injuries.
- So far passive training devices are used, which have a mechanically decoupled in at least one direction of the stand device platform.
- a deflection of the platform can be performed by the patient, or by another person, such as a physiotherapist. However, such excursions are not accidental and therefore easily foreseeable by the patient. If the patient triggers the deflection, he expects exactly with the deflection, which then takes place. When the physiotherapist triggers the deflection, the movement of the physiotherapist is easily recognizable to the patient. The patient can thus easily recognize in which direction and how much the deflection is carried out, without this having to be detected by his sense of balance.
- Stand device can be deflected.
- the deflection can be controlled by a computer.
- the patient is held by straps, so that a fall is avoided.
- the US 2008/0228110 A1 describes a perturbation training device in which a platform can be pivoted about a pivot axis.
- the pivot axis can be moved translationally relative to a standing platform.
- the invention has for its object to provide an improved training arrangement, in particular a training arrangement with poor predictable deflections.
- the training arrangement comprises drive means which are adapted to deflect the platform at least in a first and in a second direction relative to the stand device.
- This first direction is a horizontal direction when the platform is used in the operation of the training arrangement as a stand space for a person.
- a platform is understood in particular to mean an angular or round device with a flat surface which is directed upwards in the operating state of the training arrangement. This surface may be designed as a standing surface for a person, so that the platform thus has a footprint for a person.
- the drive means may be configured to deflect the platform in a second direction.
- the second direction extends perpendicular to the first direction.
- the second direction is a horizontal direction when the platform is used in the operation of the training arrangement as a stand space for a person. The deflection in two directions increases the randomness and thus the training effect for the patient. It is also possible that the training arrangement for deflections of the platform is formed in the entire plane.
- the drive means may for example also be connected to the stand device.
- the deflection of the platform can preferably take place with an acceleration of 5 to 20m / s 2 , in particular 8 to 15 m / s 2 .
- the platform can preferably be deflected by 25 to 100 mm, in particular by 30 to 70 mm, from a middle position.
- the drive means may be formed as electromagnetic drive means.
- Electromagnetic drive means may be formed mechanically decoupled with the platform. The electromagnetic force can be adjusted by electric coils and the current flowing through them. Electromagnetic drive means are also inexpensive to produce and structurally easy to implement. Another advantage is that electromagnetic drive means are very quiet.
- a magnet may be arranged on the platform.
- This magnet may for example be a permanent magnet or an electrical coil.
- the platform may be connected to the magnet via soft magnetic connection means.
- Soft magnetic connecting means are understood here in particular connecting means consisting of iron, cobalt and / or nickel.
- Soft magnetic fasteners may include fasteners of the materials specified in IEC 60404-1. A combination of materials is also possible.
- a plurality of electrical coils can be arranged on the stator device. Between the coils, a gap may be arranged, in which the magnet can protrude.
- the magnet can be so particularly easily deflected by a current flowing through at least one coil current. A deflection of the magnet results from the connection of the magnet to the platform in a deflection of the platform. The platform can therefore be deflected by a current flowing through at least one coil.
- the stator device Preferably, four coils can be arranged on the stator device, wherein two coils can each be arranged opposite each other and the gap in which the magnet is arranged, can be limited by all four coils.
- the magnet can be arranged between two opposite coils.
- a first coil may be arranged opposite a second coil.
- a third and a fourth coil may also be arranged opposite each other. The third and fourth coil can in each case be arranged adjacent to the first and second coil and vice versa.
- the platform can then be deflected in one direction, for example, by a current flowing through two opposing coils.
- a coil can attract the magnet and the coil opposite this coil can repel the magnet.
- this arrangement has the advantage that only half the current is required by each of the two coils used to deflect the platform. This can reduce the size of the coils and the size of the power supply.
- the platform can be deflected by a respective current flow through two adjacent coils. This ensures that deflections of the platform in the entire horizontal plane are possible.
- the first and the second directions are defined as the directions which are achieved by a current through only one coil or by two opposing coils.
- the first direction can So include an angle with the second direction, in particular, the first direction can be perpendicular to the second direction.
- the training arrangement may comprise capacitors.
- the capacitors may be configured to buffer electrical energy for the coils.
- An energy buffering is understood here in particular to mean that the capacitors store the electrical energy that is required for a deflection of the platform by the coils.
- the capacitors can be charged by a power supply.
- the electrical energy stored in the capacitors can then be used for jerky deflection of the platform. This avoids the need for the power supply to provide all the current required for deflection. Reducing the amount of current required can reduce the size of the power supply and the cost of producing it.
- the drive means may comprise an electric motor.
- An electric motor has the particular advantage that the required torque is easily adjustable and adjustable. In addition, a deflection of the platform in the entire horizontal plane can be achieved.
- the drive means may comprise a linear motor.
- a linear motor has the particular advantage that no translation from a rotational to a linear motion is necessary.
- the required force is very precise and easily adjustable in the linear motor.
- the drive means may comprise a pneumatically or hydraulically operated lifting cylinder.
- the deflection by means of a lifting cylinder has the particular advantage that a particularly fast deflection can take place. This has a greater training effect for the patient.
- the platform may be mechanically decoupled from the stand device by spring means.
- the training arrangement may further comprise blocking means.
- the blocking means may be adapted to at least partially block the spring means.
- the platform may be connected at four corners via the spring means with the stand device.
- the spring means may comprise two springs at each of the four corners.
- blocking means can now be blocked, for example, each one spring.
- the blocking means are designed to block a spring at each corner.
- the platform can be coupled, for example, in the first direction with the stand device, so that the platform is no longer deflected in the first direction, wherein the platform remains deflectable in the second direction. This can be beneficial for training with the elderly. It may also be possible to completely block the spring means.
- the training arrangement may comprise a control unit.
- the control unit may be configured to control the drive means using a random generator so that the platform is randomly deflectable. This increases the randomness of the deflection, which increases the training effect.
- the measuring means can be designed to determine a position of a person arranged on the platform, that is to say of the patient.
- the measuring means can thus provide feedback about the patient's situation. For example, it can be determined how much the deflection has disturbed the person's balance and how quickly the person has regained his balance if he has lost it.
- the training can be better tailored to the individual patient.
- the measuring means can in particular be designed to measure the deflection of the platform. This metric can be used to determine how quickly the person on the platform has brought the platform to rest.
- the measuring means are designed as a camera, which may be directed to the platform.
- the camera By means of the camera, both the position and the situation of the person on the platform can be detected. For example, it can be determined if the person has had a great deal of trouble keeping his balance.
- the measuring means are designed as a belt for the person on the platform.
- This belt may for example comprise acceleration sensors, by means of which the position and the movement of the person on the platform can be detected.
- the measuring means are arranged within the platform.
- Such measuring means may for example be designed as pressure sensors, which may be designed to detect the center of gravity of the person on the platform. This also allows the position of the person to be determined. Furthermore statements can be made about how difficult or easy the person has been to maintain his / her balance.
- the training arrangement may comprise a user interface, which is designed to output signals to the control unit and / or to receive signals from the control unit and / or from the measuring means.
- a user interface Through such a user interface, the training can be better tailored to the individual patient. For example, in order to prevent a healthy patient, fast and larger deflections may be selected, whereas for rehabilitation of an elderly patient after a fall, relatively slow and small deflections may be selected.
- a user interface for example, a screen can be used on which the patient and / or the physiotherapist can make settings.
- the user interface may be configured to display information. This information may include, for example, data received as signals from the measuring means. In such a case, the information is thus information about the position of the patient and about how easy or difficult the patient has been to keep his balance.
- FIG. 1 shows a training arrangement 100 with a stand device 102 and a platform 106.
- the platform 106 is in FIG. 1 transparent for clarity.
- the stand device 102 has holding means 104, which are also in FIG. 3 are clearly visible.
- the holding means 104 may serve a patient who is on the platform 106 to hold himself, for example, to avoid a fall.
- the platform 106 is spring loaded by means 108, which is also in FIG. 3 are clearly visible, mechanically decoupled from the stator device 102 in two directions.
- the platform 106 is quadrangular and connected at each of the four corners via two of the spring means 108.
- a first of these two spring means 108 serves for the mechanical decoupling of the platform 106 from the Stand device 102 in a first direction.
- a second of these two spring means 108 serves for the mechanical decoupling of the platform 106 from the stator device 102 in a second direction.
- the first and the second direction are perpendicular to each other, so that the platform is deflectable in the entire horizontal plane.
- blocking means are adapted to block the spring means 108.
- the platform 106 is mechanically coupled to the stand device 102.
- blocking selected spring means 108 it is also possible for the platform to be mechanically coupled to the stand apparatus 102 in one of the two directions in which it is deflectable in the unlocked state, while the platform 106 is mechanically decoupled from the other direction the stand device 102 is.
- Connecting means 110 connect the platform 106 with drive means.
- the drive means are formed in the embodiment shown as electromagnetic drive means. It should be noted, however, that other drive means for deflecting platform 106 may be used.
- the electromagnetic drive means comprise a magnet 112, which is connected to the platform 106 via the connection means 110.
- the magnet 112 is disposed between four coils 114. Now, when a current flows through one of the coils 114, the magnet 112 is attracted or repelled depending on the current direction of the respective coil 114.
- the magnet 112 can be deflected in a direction particularly advantageous in that a first current through a first Coil 114 flows so that the first coil 114 attracts the magnet 112.
- a second current may flow through a second coil 114 disposed opposite the first coil 114 such that the second coil 114 repels the magnet 112.
- the magnet 112 may be deflected using relatively low currents.
- the connecting means 110 are preferably made of a soft magnetic material such as iron, cobalt and / or nickel.
- Displacement of the platform 106 may also be achieved by flowing currents through, among other things, two adjacent coils 114. Thereby, a deflection of the platform 106 can be achieved in a direction that lies between the first and second directions described above. The platform 106 is thus deflected in any direction in a plane by the drive means. This plane runs in the operating state of the training arrangement 100 parallel to the ground.
- FIG. 2 a part of the stand device 102 is shown, on which the coils 114 are arranged and fixed. Between the coils 114, a gap 200 is arranged, in the operating state of the magnet 112, as in FIG. 1 shown, protrudes.

Abstract
Description

- In
