  5. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that said outer rolling surface (21) comprises adhesive means (25) to prevent the outer surface (21) from sliding against the ground during its operation.
  6. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises a photovoltaic cell (26) electrically connected to recharge the said independent electrical power source (9).
  7. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises a handle (4) secured to at least one of the two parallel plates (31, 32).
  8. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the guiding means (40) comprise at least two rolling elements (41) respectively connected by pivoting pins to each of the two plates (31, 32), with the said rolling elements (41) operating according to a rolling movement without sliding with an inner surface (26) of the said casing (20).
  9. Device according to claim 8, characterised in that each of the said rolling elements (41) comprises a pair of wheels (42) secured to a shaft (43).
  10. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that it comprises antifriction elements (50) fitted at the parallel openings (22, 23) of the casing (20), with these antifriction elements (50) enabling to limit the coefficient of friction between the plates (31, 32) and the casing (20).
  11. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that each of the said parallel openings (22, 23) of the casing (20) has at least one installation (51) operating with a complementary form of the plate (31, 32) and intended to form a dust-proof labyrinth.
