Definitions
- the present invention relates to a locking device with a locking element and with a latch element whose movements between a closed position and an open position in automatic mode are each automatically triggered.
- a locking device which is actuated automatically. From the automatic mode can be switched to a manual mode, or vice versa.
- a nut locking device must be electromagnetically unlocked or locked.
- the disadvantage of such a door lock is that in case of failure of the electromagnetic door opener and thus the automatic operation, an opening and closing can not be done in manual mode. A conversion is not possible because of the electromagnetically unlocked or locking Nusssperr worn.
- the object of the present invention is therefore to develop a device provided for automatic closing device of the type mentioned in such a way that it can also be opened by hand.
- the locking device With the locking device according to the invention, it is therefore possible to combine an automatic operation, in which an opening and closing operation is triggered completely automatically, with a manual operation, in which the opening and closing operation is triggered manually by means of an actuating device.
- the user can thus open, for example, a door provided with the closing device according to the invention even if an automatic operation is not possible. This is the case, for example, when the user has forgotten a buzzer for an electromagnetic door opener.
- the user can simply operate the actuator.
- the actuator may, for example, be a lock cylinder cooperating with a predetermined key.
- Another advantage of the present invention is that the actuator in manual mode when actuated for an opening operation first with a release lever an unlocking of the locking element and then interacts with the latch member via a snap-action lever.
- the timing of the unlocking device and the latch member causes first the locking element enters the open position and immediately after the latch element reaches the open position. This avoids that, when the trap is already retracted, it is still blocked by a locking element that has not yet been retracted.
- Another advantage of the present invention is that the unlocking device is blocked in automatic mode in the closed position on a stop and is released in manual mode for the opening process of the stop.
- Another advantage of the present invention is that the actuator engages when actuated in manual mode for the opening operation on the release lever to the unlocking device. This makes it possible that the release lever releases the unlocking directly from the stop.
- a further advantage of the present invention is that the latching lever engages the latching element upon actuation of the actuating device for the opening operation. This also makes it possible for the snap-action lever to retract the latch element directly from the closed position into the open position.
- release lever has a free trigger lever end that separates the release device from the stop when operating the actuator in the manual operation for the opening operation.
- Another advantage of the present invention is that the separation of the unlocking device from the stop causes the locking element to be moved to the open position. It is particularly advantageous that the locking element is biased in the closed position and moves automatically upon separation of the unlocking of the stop in the open position. Such a bias voltage can be generated for example by a compression spring, which facilitates the opening process. The opening process is thus triggered only by the separation of the unlocking of the stop and does not have to be supported by hand until the open position.
- the unlocking device has a pivot axis and upon actuation of the actuator pivots about the pivot axis and separates from the stop.
- the rotatable mounting of the unlocking device about the pivot axis leads to a structural simplification of the release mechanism.
- the snap-action lever has a free snap-action lever end, which engages the trapping element upon actuation of the actuating device and retracts it. Also with respect to the snap-action lever, it is favorable to form a free Schnapperhebelende for the attack on the trap element, which is not in contact with the actuator.
- the snap-action lever is biased in the closed position.
- the closed position of the trap element is supported and the release or the withdrawal only possible against a low resistance. This significantly facilitates the operation of the locking device according to the invention.
- a further advantage of the present invention is that the actuating device has an extension piece, which acts on actuation at least on the free Schnapperhebelende and causes a rotation of the latch lever. Likewise, it is advantageous that the actuating device has an extension piece, which acts on actuation at least to a second free Schnapperhebelende and causes a rotation of the latch lever, such that the first free snap-action end retracts the catch element.
- the actuator has an extension which, when actuated, engages at least a second free trip lever end and causes rotation of the trip lever such that the first free trip lever end separates the unlatching device from the stop.
- the actuator is a lock cylinder.
- the locking device according to the invention can be actuated not only with a signal generator but also with a simple key.
- FIG. 1 is a schematic side view of a main side of a locking device 1 according to the present invention in all details.
- FIG. 1 serves to obtain an overall impression of the closing device 1.
- the present invention relates to a closure device 1, the components that contribute substantially to the manual triggering of an opening operation or closing operation, when an automatic opening should not be wanted and not possible.
- these essential components of manual operation are designated by "H”.
- Locking device 1 shown can be installed in a wall opening for closing components, such as in the moving part of a door.
- the locking device 1 is shown in a closed position.
- "closing device” also means a device which is meant for the opening process. The opening occurs in reverse of the closing process. In the following, therefore, only “closing device” is spoken, even if this closing device is used for opening.
- Fig. 2 the part of the locking device 1 is also in the closed position Fig. 1 shown.
- a locking element 3 and a latch member 5 In the closed position engage in the present embodiment, a locking element 3 and a latch member 5 through associated openings 7 in a faceplate 9 and in corresponding recesses (not shown) of a striking plate (not shown) to a wall opening or a door frame (not shown)
- a compression spring 11 is shown in a compressed state.
- the locking element 3 located in the closed position is biased by the compression spring 11 in a closed position, so that the locking element 3 can move automatically after opening an opening operation in the open position.
- an opening operation is triggered by an electromagnetic door opener (not shown). This causes the release of an unlocking 13th from a stop 14 and thereby the release of the spring action of the compression spring 11 and thus the withdrawal of the locking element 3 in the open position ( Fig. 3 ).
- an actuating device 15 which represents a cylinder lock in the present embodiment.
- a movement of the locking element 3 between the closed position and the open position can be triggered manually.
- the actuating device 15 on an extension piece 17.
- a release lever 19 is pivotally mounted.
- a snap lever 21 is pivotally mounted.
- the trigger lever 19 is in the present embodiment in the in Fig. 2 formed side view T-shaped and has a resting near the endpiece 17 first free release lever end 19.1.
- the trigger lever 19 has a second free release lever end 19.2, which rests in the vicinity of the unlocking device 13.
- the snap-action lever 21 has a first free Schnapperhebelende 21.1, which also rests in the vicinity of the extension piece 17.
- the snap-action lever 21 also has a second free Schnapperhebelende 2.12, which rests in the vicinity of the latch member 5 and engages in particular in the latch member 5.
- the extension piece 17 in Fig. 2 Upon actuation of the actuator 15, for example by turning a key in the cylinder lock, the extension piece 17 in Fig. 2 turned up (clockwise rotation), while the extension piece 17 abuts the first free release lever end 19.1 and the first free Schnapperhebelende 21.1 and presses the pivoting release lever 19 and the pivoting snap-action lever 21 in Fig. 1 up. It is irrelevant to the timing, to which the two aforementioned ends by the extension piece 17 first abuts. It can structurally also impact on both ends simultaneously. In fact, the end piece thus abuts at least one of the two ends. It is also conceivable that the extension first abuts one of the ends and then abuts this abutted end in turn to the other of the two ends. It is only important that the extension piece 17 provides the impetus for a movement of the release lever 19 and the latch lever 21.
- the unlocking device 13 is is pivotally mounted about an axis 23 and is blocked in the closed position of the locking device 1 with an edge 13.1 on the stop 14.
- the impetus of the second free release lever end 19.2 takes place in the vicinity of the edge 13.1, so that the second free release lever end 19.2 when triggered against the unlocking device 13, the edge 13.1 in Fig. 2 pushes up.
- the unlocking device 13 is thereby caused to pivot about the axis 23. This leads to a separation of the edge 13.1 from the stop 14th
- the locking element 3 can be freely withdrawn and by means of the compression spring 11 in the open position.
- the opening movements of the locking element 3 and the latch element 5 are indicated by arrows in FIG Fig. 2 shown.
- the snap lever 21 is by a spring means 25 in the open position ( Fig. 3 ), so that a movement in the closed position by the spring device 25 is supported.
- Fig. 3 the locking device 1 according to the invention is shown in the open position.
- the extension 17 of the actuator 15 has the first free release lever end 19.1 and the first free Schnapperhebelende pressed 21.1 upwards so that they now rest next to each other.
- the compression spring 11 is relaxed and the locking element 3 is completely withdrawn. Also, the trapping element 5 is completely withdrawn.
- the unlocking device 13 is made of the in Fig. 2 shown, slightly oblique locking position, pivoted into a nearly horizontal position and separated with its edge 13.1 from the stop 14.
- the spring device 25 is tensioned.
- a subsequent closing operation is carried out either in automatic mode by an electromagnetic door opener or in manual mode by the actuator 15.
- manual mode leads z.
- B. a rotation of a key counterclockwise in the in Fig. 2 illustrated position to the reverse motion sequences of the components involved.

Description
The present invention relates to a locking device with a locking element and with a latch element whose movements between a closed position and an open position in automatic mode are each automatically triggered.
However, it is desirable that automatically locking and opening locks, in particular door locks, can also be opened and closed in an emergency with the aid of a key and a cylinder lock matching the key.
The object of the present invention is therefore to develop a device provided for automatic closing device of the type mentioned in such a way that it can also be opened by hand.
The object is achieved with the features of claim 1.
With the locking device according to the invention, it is therefore possible to combine an automatic operation, in which an opening and closing operation is triggered completely automatically, with a manual operation, in which the opening and closing operation is triggered manually by means of an actuating device. The user can thus open, for example, a door provided with the closing device according to the invention even if an automatic operation is not possible. This is the case, for example, when the user has forgotten a buzzer for an electromagnetic door opener. In this case, the user can simply operate the actuator. The actuator may, for example, be a lock cylinder cooperating with a predetermined key.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the actuator in manual mode when actuated for an opening operation first with a release lever an unlocking of the locking element and then interacts with the latch member via a snap-action lever. The timing of the unlocking device and the latch member causes first the locking element enters the open position and immediately after the latch element reaches the open position. This avoids that, when the trap is already retracted, it is still blocked by a locking element that has not yet been retracted.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the unlocking device is blocked in automatic mode in the closed position on a stop and is released in manual mode for the opening process of the stop.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the actuator engages when actuated in manual mode for the opening operation on the release lever to the unlocking device. This makes it possible that the release lever releases the unlocking directly from the stop.
A further advantage of the present invention is that the latching lever engages the latching element upon actuation of the actuating device for the opening operation. This also makes it possible for the snap-action lever to retract the latch element directly from the closed position into the open position.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the release lever has a free trigger lever end that separates the release device from the stop when operating the actuator in the manual operation for the opening operation.
This makes it possible to design the release lever so that it can engage the unlocking device on a free end which is not in contact with the actuating device.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the separation of the unlocking device from the stop causes the locking element to be moved to the open position.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the unlocking device has a pivot axis and upon actuation of the actuator pivots about the pivot axis and separates from the stop. The rotatable mounting of the unlocking device about the pivot axis leads to a structural simplification of the release mechanism.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the snap-action lever has a free snap-action lever end, which engages the trapping element upon actuation of the actuating device and retracts it. Also with respect to the snap-action lever, it is favorable to form a free Schnapperhebelende for the attack on the trap element, which is not in contact with the actuator.
It is also advantageous that the snap-action lever is biased in the closed position. As a result, the closed position of the trap element is supported and the release or the withdrawal only possible against a low resistance. This significantly facilitates the operation of the locking device according to the invention.
A further advantage of the present invention is that the actuating device has an extension piece, which acts on actuation at least on the free Schnapperhebelende and causes a rotation of the latch lever. Likewise, it is advantageous that the actuating device has an extension piece, which acts on actuation at least to a second free Schnapperhebelende and causes a rotation of the latch lever, such that the first free snap-action end retracts the catch element.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the actuator has an extension which, when actuated, engages at least a second free trip lever end and causes rotation of the trip lever such that the first free trip lever end separates the unlatching device from the stop.
Another advantage of the present invention is that the actuator is a lock cylinder. As a result, the locking device according to the invention can be actuated not only with a signal generator but also with a simple key.
